    Love You Ashley Flowers
Your parents have to be so proud of you. You are so successful. I’m proud of you and I’ve never even met you. Keep up the great work!

    Disrupting the storyline
Far to many ads it makes it difficult to come back to the storyline when they occur on a cliffhanger. Narrator uses “like” a lot and hypotheticals that aren’t true to stories

    Come back!!
Loved this podcast!! Please produce more!

Really interesting to hear about cases from all over the world.

    She did it again!!
Honestly Ashley has got to be the best podcaster there is. I’ve not listened to a single one of her programs I didn’t enjoy. She deserves all of the awards. I love that she has multiple different kinds of shows with different subjects, because you can definitely get burnt out on listening to normal murder true crime.. i still love her original but with everyone and their grandma doing traditional true crime casts these days it’s super refreshing to find these gems of hers. I hope she continues putting out new shows with various different categories! These are really engaging and interesting, super exciting listen, I NEVER find myself having to skip through Ashley’s dialogues which happens super often when I am listening to other shows, even shows I enjoy a lot, because hosts tend to over talk or over describe a single thing which ends up being pointless filler. I actually find myself rewinding to relisten repeatedly, to really digest and think about what she says and I love that if you accidentally skip you need to go back. Don’t miss a second, it’s all filled with great listening!

    Engrossing!
I liked that this was a small 15 episode set. I’m a crime Junkie so I figured I’d give this mini podcast a shot. The hours flew by and I finished my crochet project. I love the international inclusion mixed with culture. Not something I’ve seen before. Would love to see a follow up.

    Confused
A big fan of Ashley and her podcasts. Constantly have listened to her. She’s who got me all into podcasts. Lately, it seems as if she’s talking soooo much faster. Even in the new Supernatural episode about werewolves. She never used to talk this speedily. There are parts that sound like the disclaimer at the end of a car or big pharma commercial. Anyways, really enjoy her work other than that. Great narration and dictation and enthusiasm!

    Please continue this series!
This podcast is beautifully researched, told in a compelling way, and a great insight into cases around the world. Really hoping Ashley decides to make another season!

    Enjoyed it, but….,
I love learning about other cultures & countries. Very interesting, but please Ashley, for the love of God, please stop saying “SUPER” I don’t know if you’re aware of it, but you overuse this word soooo much!

Love the international side to true crime
I love traveling and learning from other cultures. It’s no different when it comes to true crime. This has become one of my favorite true crime podcasts and I look forward to it each week

    Ashley Flowers
I agree with lexxxy_sparks that I don’t like Ashley Flowers podcasts but the idea of this one is good. I don’t like that she promotes herself rather than the podcast. And truthfully the podcasts would do better if she left her name out of it because I avoid those.

    SoSo
Lost interest fast. Feels contrived and phoney. Even the 5 star ratings are questionable. Trying too hard and diluting herself as she claws to be the Queen of Pod.

Noticeable Apologies based on identity politics
I couldn’t help but notice that there was definitely overtones of making apologies for Juana and her behavior. This is generally a theme on Crime Junkie where identity politics plays into in how the murderer in question is covered. Ashley will say that circumstances never excuse behavior, but everything said leadung up to that statement implies otherwise. Nearly every serial killer had a horrible childhood and endured unforgivable circumstances when they were most vulnerable. I know there’s a lot of pressure in American society to be a “good” woke person but let’s not apologize for any person who commits crimes against others, regardless of their sex, race or socioeconomic status, etc.

    Editing on Monster of Florence
Whoever edited this episode needs to do better. The episode cuts off before the narrator is even finished telling the story. There are several other points throughout the episode that skip sections or repeat sections. Frustrating to listen to.
  • lexxxy_sparks
    Good podcast
Really liked this podcast and I don’t like Ashley flowers in crime junkies. This was different and the crimes in different countries just very interesting

    Not long enough
I loved this podcast, I’ve listened to all 15 episodes. Ashley is so good at talking about these cases and I was always looking forward to Tuesdays when a new episode was coming out!

    More, Please!!
Ashley this is addictive, you are brilliant in your narration. 15 episodes not enough, please consider doing more!!
  • juliamom42
    Wonderful
Best podcast Ashley Flowers has because it’s just the story and not loaded with politics.

    Love it!!
Just finished the series. I wish you would continue!!

    Was 5 stars, now 1
Hey Ashley, when you have an emergency, who you gonna call? The Ghostbusters? Not all police officers are perfect. (One that note, not all podcasters are perfect.) Hopefully you don’t ever have a situation where you do have to call 911, but if you do, you might change your tune a bit. You are a good podcaster and seem like a lovely person, but perhaps you could shed some light on the many police officers who are courageous and selfless and help the families of murder victims.

    Amazing!
I loved this podcast so much. Ashley, pretty PLEASE make a season 2 of this or something with more infamous cases. I’m sure there’s so much more you could talk about.
  • Yesssss2344
    Fascinating stories and great narrating!
Ashley Flowers has a great voice for narration, and she does a great job on this podcast. Some of the stories are repeats from Crime Junkie, but I like the theme — notorious crimes from around the world. Very well-done! I hope they push for more seasons.
  • horrorandcrime
    So good!!!!
This podcast is soooooooo good! It explains the crimes so well. Ashley is really great at narrating! I will listen to this podcast for a long time!

I am so sad this is a limited series
Ashley Flowers is one of the few True Crime content creators that I follow with the impression that monetary gain has not made her insensitive to the grim and dark backgrounds that come with these cases. As the little sister of an accredited Cultural Anthropologist, hearing the details of these cases that make them unique to their culture is very fascinating.. I’m so sad that there are only 15 cases covered in this series, but I’m sure Mrs Flowers will bring us another incredible podcast, as well as Supernatural and Crime Junkie - which I also avidly listen to. Please never stop being an advocate for these cases!

Ashley is always in my ear!
So, it turns out, all these amazing Podcasts I keep finding has Ashley in them or apart of them. Kudos on a job well done!
  • lesp23
    Some repeat material
Disappointed in repeat stories from crime junkie. Kinda boring.
  • Dcnation789
    Stupid Spotify
Love the podcast stupid you’re going to Spotify only… hate that app and it’s interface. Sell out move! Won’t be listening anymore.
  • Reagan LW
    Recycled material
Ashley is an amazing narrator and researcher but if you already listen to crime junkie don’t waste your time with this. Most of the stories were covered there.
  • jtg584
    Great job Ashely
Everything you touch is Gold! I really like this show, and I hope you keep it gong some how. It’s refreshing hearing new stories and I like how it’s just you on this one! Keep it up!
  • omg y r all nicknames taken?!
    Some episodes are good…
Some episodes are good some of them are really bad such as the Reykjavik confessions. That one is all over the place I honestly couldn’t stand to listen to the remaining 10 mins of it, I just turned it off.
  • tatobug247
    the best!!!!!
i love ashley and everything she puts out! i’ve never heard of of nearly any of these stories and they’re so interesting!
  • Three.14159
    Meh
Ashley has a great voice for podcasts no doubt, but the stories aren’t new. Almost the same exact material as other Audio Chuck pods. Also, her occasional snarky comments about law enforcement are off putting - stop acting like you could do a better job investigating just because you host a few popular podcasts.

    Ashley Flowers
You are so sexy and smart. I’m a true fan and love your podcast.

    Great stories
Ashley Flowers always does an amazing job. Awesome research and reporting

    Love it!
I'll listen to anything Ashley Flowers puts out. Truly professional!
  • krissyka
    Better
I like this better than crime junkie…. I had to stop listening because of all the laughing && interrupting from Brit while talking about murders. It’s not amusing && I enjoy the seriousness of her narration.
  • J Diggidy Dog
    What if…
What if in the Italy episode. The kills are an initiation to a mafia or gang. To be in said mafia or gang you must kill a couple in car with the gun everyone uses. Then if you spill that someone else killed they will spill on you like a spiral blackmail. Also I love this podcast super well done and easy to fallow stories.

Why is Ashley’s voice so soothing
I find her voice so soothing, I can’t be alone lol
  • Cyber_Topanga
5 stars to Ashley, 3 to the stories
Wish they didn’t waste her voice in the same old stories
