47 Years LivedEnduring Emotional SetbacksRegular listener here. I just listened to the latest episode of the podcast. Randy, I’m so sorry that happened to you. You demonstrated vulnerability in the episode. That’s so brave. Thank you for letting us listeners in to show us what moving through a setback does and does not look like. Jess, you are amazing as you walk us through it.

Vincentboy27Newest ListenerI came across the Woman's Mental Health Podcast by searches within the podcast app. I truly feel like I hit the jackpot! I am learning so much; I feel so calm listening to Randi Owsley and Jessica Bullwinkle; they truly feel like women I can be friends with! This is how relatable, empathic and compassionate they are. They throughly discuss the topic at hand, and, they don't make you feel like you cannot understand, or, relate in any way, to what they are talking about. I love the way they each speak and share coping skills with us, and, encourage listeners to believe in themselves. They also touch on why it is important for us to be in tune with ourselves, our thoughts and feelings. Once you listen in, your not going to want to listen to anyone else! Believe me when i tell you...listen to this podcast....you will be so glad you did!!
