You guys are a breath of fresh air!
I am so thankful to have this podcast! I am one of those older PT’s who taught fear based, movement avoidant strategies. I am so happy to learn that healthy spines move in all directions. I have changed my approach thanks to you all! Keep making us all better PT’s!

    Informative and engaging
This podcast is my go to physical therapy podcast when I want to listen to something that will help me with my clinical practice. They have done a great job of pulling together so many relevant topics, guest speakers, and putting together their own discussions to provide the best available information. I’m too busy to do a lot of the work in staying current with the literature, so it’s really nice to have a resource to listen to while I’m doing other things to make me think a little more critically about my clinical decisions. Thanks so much!

The hall of fame pitcher you mentioned is Bob Feller, not Bob Feeler.

    Knowledge, but
They have a lot of head knowledge, not a lot of clinical or world experiences. On numerous occasions, I have observed them quoting research, but not verbalizing clinical reality. They need a seasoned therapist to round out their knowledge.

    Great Podcast
Love that your emphasis is on exercise and appropriate and progressive loading and prioritize that over passive modalities (such as US) that are not research supported and not the best use of time in the clinic.

Expands my mind and gives me hope!
This podcast has been the first thing to challenge my way of thinking after years of uncertainty with my health due to injuries and advice that often left me confused or hopeless. Each episode I’ve listened to has expanded my mind and brought me hope for the longevity of my health! I love sharing this podcast with friends and young athletes I work with to help expand their thinking and give them hope within their health too.

Top Notch Podcast if you’re interested in controlling your health!!
I’ve known about the Prehab guys for years, and have followed all of their content on social media. I’ve also purchased several of their online programs for my neck and back and they have made me realize how capable I am in managing my own injuries. It’s incredibly liberating to know there’s resources out in the world like this. The podcast is no different. Absolutely awesome knowledge about the body, injuries and how to take better care of my aging body. I’ve always felt the medical model makes people reliant on “expertise” to find healing. These guys give you all he tools to be your own doctor. That is true medicine. That is true healing. Can’t thank these guys enough.

Consistent great info, easy to digest!
The Prehab Guys have consistently put out excellent, easy to digest info about topics in the (sometimes misinterpreted) world of health/wellness/exercise. They do an excellent job of conveying pertinent exercise info to newcomers, all the way to kinesiology student and seasoned, long time active people. The podcast series is a great source for all, and should be closely followed!

    Advice You Can Actually Use
If you are in anyway interested in keeping yourself healthy and avoiding costly PT bills this podcast is amazing. As long as you can get over Craigs Jersey accent you’ll definitely learn a lot about how to strengthen your body to prevent injuries and reinforce the muscles you need to keep any preexisting injuries from relapsing. I have a back injury and I always get great advice on new fun ways to strengthen my core to keep my back from getting injured again.

I have followed you guys for a few years now. As an athlete myself and personal trainer I love all of your work. Your Instagram and emails have added so much to my client experience and I can’t say thank you enough. I have never been a podcast girl but I am now. I ran 17 miles this morn and listened to the spartan race episode and really enjoyed it! Best take away: Coach Ryan said, “I am contagious.” Yes ! That is just what a coach needs to be and your work is just that. Thanks for adding even more with your podcasts ! I’ll be listening !
