GloTeenyKeepin’ it Real “Tiny”Heard about this podcast first when Annabelle was a guest on the Bill Mahr show. I am a middle aged woman and came to the show already a firm believer in the tiny victories philosophy. I said WOW that is for me. The more I listen the more I laugh and relate. I love the 15 min once a week format too!! I love your voices! They sound great!

Mdizz43DeafeningThe high pitched tweet sound in your ad is truly awful. Thanks for the hearing loss.
-
kr_atlGreat showI’m a longtime Annabelle fan and so glad I discovered this podcast. Annabelle and Laura are excellent hosts. This is the perfect content for my evening commute on Mondays.

Dance with ClogsCute ShowReally enjoyed listening and laughing. I’m going to try and count tiny victories throughout my day!
-
CindyinFlipflopsEssential ListeningI’ve been listening to this show since it began and it never fails to touch up on something that has come up in my life. Annabelle and both Lauras have their fingers on the pulse of our collective wrangling for sanity and peace and suggest we achieve it through the simplest of ways—finding tiny victories. I’m hooked. (And maybe a little bit addicted.)

Safe JaneTo Get Up In The MorningSometimes tiny is the best place to go so let’s get tiny, as our hosts encourage.
-
otto2767Semi goodI have enjoyed some of the shows but about half of each show is devoted to ads
-
ten CakesLovely but SO. MANY. ADSI want to love this wholeheartedly but the ads feel like they outweigh the actual content. My son even calls it “the podcast about pants”.

NoraSpaceAceI don’t feel calm listening to thisThis could just be a generational or demographic thing, but hearing the hosts refer to “back during the pandemic,” while cases are increasing in certain high-population areas and unvaccinated kids are about to go to school together really rubbed me the wrong way. Also there’s some casual ableist language that, while common in conversations still, is something I in particular am sensitive to. I can recognize that this is a me thing mostly- but other listeners might want to know. If you’re looking for something kind and gentle to replace the Friendshipping-shaped hole in your podcast heart, this feels more like a step back from that then a continuation. Still valuable to those who need an introduction to this mindset, but can come across as dismissive to some (me in particular). This is not to say I found the hosts annoying or anything petty like that, they seem like they’re having a lot of fun! And it’s clear this pod is helpful to a lot of folks! I guess the tone comes across as less of a hug, and more of an affectionate noogie. And depending on your personality, that might be what you need, or you might find it uncomfortable. Like most art, your millage may vary. Tldr; it’s probably a nice starting spot if you’re just getting started with recognizing your tiny, everyday victories. But doesn’t quite have the kindness I’m looking for. I want a good hug, this pod’s more like a noogie. Just not my thing. And so my tiny victory today was recognizing that something wasn’t actually making me happy, and letting it go

communitynewspodcastI love your show.I’m so glad I listened. You both are great together and I also am in a place of needing to focus on my own “tiny victories” and obsessing less on what feels like big failures. I’m going to go back and listen to them all. Great job.

FoxyStardustCLIFFNOTES OF JOYReally enjoying binge-listening to Tiny Victories on this rainy day in Los Angeles. Short, easy to consume, fun and actually made me laugh out loud. Not like when someone writes "LOL" but they didn't really laugh, I acautally laughed. Laura is hilarious
-
AimachelleThx to Bill MaherI saw Annabelle last Fri on Bill’s show; I wasn’t familiar with her before but loved their exchange-once Bill let her get a word in edgewise I should say; anyhow, the podcast concept is brilliant-just the right length & tone-and has now become my tiny victory-that is to say a reason for getting up each day in these very challenging times. Thank you ladies-as I often say to my pals (based on a line from Lucille Ball), “keep jigglin’ Peggy”. Will def spread the word. With thanks from Aimee in suburban NYC
-

McKaren84Love it!I heard this advertised on other max fun shows that I listen to each week. I kept forgetting to try it and today when I heard the ad again I had just finished all my regular podcasts so I finally gave it a try. I was immediately in love. Burned through the whole season in one afternoon at work. I love the format. Short and sweet (sometimes bittersweet, but that’s the beauty of it.) Its human, it’s real, it’s not precious, it’s not annoying (which sometimes just two people talking on a pod can be). It’s Annabelle Gurwitch, who gives me warm and fuzzy nostalgia feels from memories of watching “dinner and a movie” with my parents every Friday night during my formative years. It’s everything and nothing at all. It’s delightful. Give it a try!
-
nveezeeLove it!I listened to this for the first time while running and I loved it! Made me genuinely laugh out loud and THAT is a tiny victory. Thank you!

yellow ball ranch girlRecognizing Tiny Victories.Rather than shame myself for not accomplishing as many tasks as I think I should,I now acknowledge what I did do as a tiny victory. These words work well for me. I like my tiny victories and I feel more self loving than self loathing. I like the content of this podcast too. Most of all thank you for planting the seed that tiny victories are changing the way I look at my life. Janis💛

Coffeemama12Laughed so hardI was listening to the gossip podcast while I was in the bathtub and laughed the whole time! So relatable, fast moving, thoughtful and so what I needed at the end of a long day! Bravo
-
Wasilla, AKFraudMs House falsely claimed that her dog was a service animal for behavioral health. She admittedly ordered a fake service dog vest for her pet. She shows no shame or remorse for her actions. I hope she never actually needs a service animal like so many people do. This is a slap in the face for veterans who suffer from PTSD.

J. HayShort but sweet?I'll tell you the answer after I listen to it :) Lengthwise, it's certainly an antidote to Feldo's show.
