Two guys rambling and unprepared. Waste of time

Just listened to a May 4th celebration podcast where everyone but one person hated on Star Wars the whole time! Awesome!!!

The only political talk one needs to hear on a Star Wars podcast is about the worlds of Star Wars. The galaxy far far away is supposed to be an escape from today’s “dramatic issues”. Star Wars not a platform for guests and the host to make a statement of identity politics . A particular guest was permitted to spout such rubbish as they all look alike and brought up a statement about people’s color at every opportunity. Perhaps the guest should start a political podcast and spout all the hatefulness there. Please, keep this galaxy free of such matters. Such a total waste of equipment, time and talent.

Quality content from a quality lad

I’ve been listening to Steele Wars for a little bit and I gotta say I love his take on things. He does a great job of trying to keep us involved and is super dedicated, I mean just look at all the extra content his patreon boosts! This is a fun and positive podcast to listen to. Steele Wars trailer reaction podcasts are especially fantastic. Listening to how excited and emotional they are always makes me realize how much I love it too!Keep up the great work!

Great Star Wars podcast done with humor, sizzle and content. Very relatable to fans!

Steele brings a lot of fun and energy to his coverage of the Star Wars universe. You don’t get to 200 shows by putting out a second rate product. Great guests, great content, and overall a lot of fun. Full disclosure, I was lucky enough to be a guest on episode 199, and I can confirm that he’s every bit as personal and fun off-air as he is on-air. Im a subscriber, so give the show a listen if you haven’t already done so!

This is a crackin' great podcast. Steele has interviewed Harrison Ford, Ben Mendelsohn, Lucasfilm creature performers, and Lucasfilm creators. The pedigree is there. But more amazing than a fun and witty podcast and a golden resume, Steele is a Star Wars fan just like you and me. He grewup with skateboards like many of us. He is a husband, and a father. He is also one of the hardest working fans I have ever discovered, not only for the content he creates but for the positivity he promotes in the community. This podcast is a keystone from which many of my dearest friendships and experiences are being built. Steele created this podcast, but his audience makes it grow. This podcast's energy surrounds the Fandom, and binds it. And a powerful Force for positivity it is. - @toastedzen

Steele Wars ought to be anyone's flagship Star Wars podcast. A welcoming and inclusive host who knows how to run a show.

What a Steele of a show

I used to really like this podcast so much so that I even donated to his Patreon but the show took such a negative dive since the Last Jedi came out that its just depressing to listen to. Steele loves the Last Jedi and that is great and good and fun to hear people talk about the things they love but what isnt good is the way he constantly ridicules and makes fun of people who dislike the movie. Steele is a good example of how bad the Star Wars fandom and community has gotten. Any differnce of opinion is considered wrong and clearly the person with the different opinion just doesnt understand Star Wars and are not a true fan. If you want to hear someone bash other Star Wars fans this is the show for you, if you want some positive conversation look elswhere.

When I first heard Steele as a guest on another podcast I was instantly a fan of his. I love his approach and feelings on Star Wars and the interviews he has are top notch. Give this a show a listen.

I love the podcast steels enthusiasm keeps me going through the week I struggle with depression and his podcast for me is really uplifting it's nice to hear a positive voice in Fandom. Plus we both had babies in 2018.

Not a good listen at all. Poor production, very dull over all, etc. Tune into Rebel Force Radio for the number 1 podcast in the galaxy!

Host cares more about virtue signaling than talking about Star Wars.

I haven’t listened to Steele Wars for a long time. I have seen it come through when searching through SW podcasts but just always passed it by but now I look back at regret that I wasn’t in on it since the beginning. I love this show and the positivity it brings to fandom. I won’t miss episodes again and I hope to keep listening to it for years to come. The host is a self proclaimed comedian but I don't find him to be that funny despite him constantly trying to be. Aside from that it also does little to distinguish itself from the multitude of other pods out there and it often has audio problems. I hate to be rude but that's my honest take.

Steele is doing a great job! He is a funny host and a wonderful interviewer. At times, his enthusiasm can help me feel the wonder of my 7 year old self seeing ROTJ in the theater for the first time. Other times he makes me think seriously about important issues such as representation and inclusivity. It's always a great listen. Keep up the great work!,

Ive been lucky enough to attend one Steele’s live shows and it is impressive the amount of effort and work this guy puts in. He really does love his Star Wars. You deserve all the success and all future successes. Thank you Steele!

Steele Wars is a great podcast that will help you remember why you like Star Wars. With an array of incredible guests from Ben "Mendo" Mendelsohn to Australia's Number One Party Boy/Tram Driver Nick Mason, among other fun guests. Steele and his guests always bring laughs and interesting insights to their conversations. The live-shows in particular are always the most fun.

Steele Saunders is the perfect blend of Passionate Nerd, and relaxed Star Wars commentary. always cool, calm and collected, Steele’s shows cover three kinds of episodes - detailed thoughtful interviews with people all over the Star Wars Landscape (seriously if you’re at all interested in Star Wars you have to at least subscribe to the free feed and check out these episodes as they are released. - rolling coverage and commentary of everything happening in Star Wars. not only is Steele the best in the biz, he’s friends the rest of the best. Steele and an ever expanding collection of great regular guests breakdown everything the moment it happens. - terrific community material. Steele regularly runs Patreon shows where a number of community regulars contribute to the feed. terrific content, The Robbo Report and Making Steele Wars are both highly recommended Frankly, It’s only a matter of time before Lucasfilm starts using Steele as a moderator at Celebration.

Steele provides great commentary on Star Wars with his engaging and welcoming personality. His discussions are always well thought out and fair to all sides. Listening to his reaction podcast with his wife after The Last Jedi he tears up talking about Luke Skywalker getting to be a hero again and I dont think if there is anything more indicative of the type of fan and person he is!

Steele is a comedian trying be a Star Wars podcaster, which he is less than engaging at. He does get good guest. However, I unsubscribed to this show because it is just not interesting. Very negative, and can be mean spirited. Intolerance toward differing opinion. Constantly talks negative about his competition to the point of nausea. He is just not interesting, or funny. Look elsewhere!

Great. Another show that tries to force a political agenda down your throat. Also, this dude preaches about anti bullying, then goes on Twitter and bullies people that don’t agree with him. Practice what you preach.

I just found this podcast because I saw that he had Kyle Newman on, who I am a big fan of. I like the few podcasts I listened to, but then I went to check out his twitter hoping for more of the same. All I found was attacks on other people/podcasts. Wierd for a guy I thought was angainst all the trash in Star Wars Fandom. I could look past a few tweets, but it looks like it is his life mission to bash people. Now I can't listen to his pocast and not think about all the Twitter stuff. Bummer.

Hilarious and charming. Positive takes on Star Wars paired with funny jabs at the toxic views against the franchise. Great guests. My favorites are the Ben Mendelsohn episode and every episode with Dee Tails. This podcast is a MUST for Star Wars fans!!!!!!

I'd want to have a pint with this guy. He's funny and a good host, has a variety of interesting guests (Mendo, Sucklord, et al.). And most importantly, he keeps it positive...except for when it came to your Snoke theory--that correctly sucked. If you love Star Wars, check it out.

I’m binging through all the movies and in a way revitalizing my Star Wars fandom. So with any medium I enjoy I look for a podcast to listen to. I jumped into the most recent episode, 166, and I was almost in until minute 33 when, just like everything in 2018, they started to talk about.... you guessed it POLITICS. I don’t care about how you feel about liberals or conservatives, I know this is baffling to literally the whole world but I came to this Star Wars podcast to hear about laser swords and spaceships, and not today’s politics. In fact I would go as far to say I came to this Star Wars podcast to escape it. But like everything it gets blended into conversations and the excuse is “well that’s today’s world, you can’t escape it” “it’s such an important topic that needs to be addressed.” On to the next SW podcast. 3 stars for the first 32 minutes

Steele is always fun to listen to and even interact with on the live call in shows. His accent is great and so is the sweet content :)

Love Steele on all the various podcast he does. He has a great perspective on all things Star Wars and is a good interviewer. Definitely check this one out.

Steele is consistently bringing listeners quality content whether he’s interviewing guests or chatting up on the always hilarious call-in shows. You can tell Steele puts his heart into this podcast and it makes for one of the best Star Wars podcasts out there.

Afraid to point out any real flaws of these modern Star Wars for films. Also heather Antos is a terrible human being trying her best to destroy comics.
