Love listening to Jackie and her fellow travelers experience amazing adventures! Can’t wait until it’s my turn!

Long time listener for the past 6 years! Jackie is an experienced solo female traveler with a lot to share. She’s down to earth, relatable, inspiring and passionate about travel. This podcast inspired me to take my first international trip and the many solo adventures following.

I feel like Jackie uses the rebranded podcast to sell her expensive tours. Big “jump” from the old backpacker days.

I have found such inspiration enjoy listening to this podcast! Where did Jackie go? Hopefully new content is coming someday soon. 😘

After listening to this for awhile, she really got on my nerves with her bragging. SeeHow often she hogs the microphone from her guest. I am deleting this podcast because I just can’t take it anymore!

This podcast is great for people who want to be inspired to travel more. After I listen I seem to add more places to my ever-growing list of places to visit. Love it!

I wish you would give your guest an opportunity to talk. They have interesting experiences to share . I only hear you talking about your experiences

Southern Florida? I finally gave up after 10-15 min. because after the commercials, she talked about Harry Potter. Never got to FL. I gave up

Jackie is boring, has a 27 word vocabulary, lacks vision and depth, a complete waste of time, e.g. listen to the Florida episode with her friend “Diva the Bozo” to get a good sample of this junk. One star is a stretch. I deleted all the automatic downloaded episodes.

I admire Jackie so much and have learned a lot more tips when travelling. I relate so much with her show, as I travel a lot too and I am into adventrures. I feel more confident and inspired to continue what I have started.

I love Jackie and the Jump podcast. I find her so inspiring and incredible yet so real, honest and relatable. From the adventures she takes you on to the sharing of real life and emotions…gosh, words fail me. Hit that subscribe button. You won’t regret it!

I found this podcast when looking for travel ideas after COVID-19 shutdown. It’s kept me entertained, informed and inspired to look forward to traveling. Can’t wait to for my own adventure.

Loads of info greatly inspiring!im a huge reader and when I saw your name pop up on New York Times article of podcast back in April i started listening starting from episode one,by episode 5 my wife joined as we listen to this podcast each night to keep our motivation of traveling when covids over.love the genuine approach very awesome podcast and IG content.huge fans thank you for all the hard work through 6 years of great work Jackie!

This podcast transformed quarantine for me! From late March through May, I listened to one or more episodes during my daily walk. It became a routine to look forward to, and I quickly typed in my notes during each episode (I have listened to nearly every single episode!) What a treasure trove of travel information! I was captivated by the storytelling voice and genuineness. I went from feeling really bummed and useless to extremely proactive and focused regarding travel plans. I found the inspiration to dream and scheme and make my travel plans happen NOW (meaning sooner, as soon as it is safe) not later and to start setting myself up to write and blog again from afar. No regrets for me; I am making the jump! Thank you for making my daily routine enjoyable. I am only sad because I have finished all the episodes and have to move on to more travel podcasts to keep up with this thirst for information!

This keeps me going while I’m at work! Saving for the next big one! Thanks

I came here for the packing tips, stayed here for the inspiration. For over 5 years this podcast has been guiding me through all my travel logistics and empowered my wandering feet. Who knew that it’d stay my at the top of my list even when travel was grounded! The last episode with Sherry Ott was an adventure in itself and definitely one of my favorites ever. Just pure awesomeness.

Gotta sift through some un relatable content and pretension to get at the useful info

I just randomly found this podcast last week....and i've been binge listening to all the episodes!! My husband and I are about to take a year long trip around the world, and I have found Jackies budget tips, hacks, & insights to be super helpful and so inspiring!! She has such good energy...and the more I listen the more excited I get to start our own adventure!!

Every episode is so motivating and inspiring in a new way and you make these adventurous challenges seem so relatable and achievable. I just went back and listened to the episode with your sister in law about NOLS as I prepare for the NOLS semester in Patagonia and you guys had me tearing up! I stumbled on the podcast when looking for ways to listen to more people who travel. Now, I am planning vacations around places I’ve heard from people interviewed. It’s really authentic and worth listening!

Please let others talk more :) In some episodes, the guest is talked over the majority of the time and it would be great to get more of their perspective. Besides that, the topics are great to listen to and the tips and tricks are very helpful as someone who plans on traveling for an extended period of time.

I like the guests she has on but would love for her to work on her communication skills. She asks someone a question then constantly interrupts them while they are sharing. Could be a favorite.

This is indeed one of my most favorite podcasts on travel to listen to. So inspiring! Jackie is such a joy to listen to & I always look forward to new episodes. I have always loved the podcast and use it to inspire me and give me ideas for adventures. Last summer I took a bike tour after hearing about her experiences with BikeTours.com and now after a recent podcast she did on biking through the Swiss Alps, I plan on doing that as well! Always genuine and always interesting— awesome podcast!!

I am a huge fan of travel podcasts and listen to them religiously. I listen to travel podcasts to be inspired and to gather useful information to apply to my own travels. I find Jackie to be genuine, relatable, and knowledgeable about travel. I also appreciate the experienced guests she features that bring inspiring perspectives. Please remember to include women of all ages and stages of life. Please continue to feature solo travel, unique experiences, up and coming travel destinations, off the beaten path adventures, women’s retreats, and good resources. Jackie has inspired me to go to Patagonia. And I hope to also join one of her organized trips. Keep up the good work Jackie! Thank you for the work you, and for sharing your life with your listeners. It’s rare that I feel compelled to listen to every episode of a new to me podcast. I started listening because of planning a trip to Patagonia, but soon found that every episode has something inspiring. It reminds me why I’ve made the choices I’ve made in my life and that I always want to keep travel as a priority.

Jackie’s was the first podcast I got into and I quickly downloaded the library of episodes for my long commutes. My husband and I are currently in a two year hard savings challenge for ourselves so we can quit our jobs and attempt to travel the world for as long as we can afford it(hopefully at least a full year!) Finding Jackie’s blog was not only super inspiring with all of the guest interviews she did, but also so logistical and helpful with her budget tips. Her podcast really gives you that extra confidence that it IS possible and other people are doing it so why can’t you? Everyone thinks our plan is crazy but having Jackie’s positive optimistic voice in the back of my head, plus all of the other inspiring travelers I’ve “met” through her podcast, give me the reassurance that life is meant to be lived and risk is a part of that and you just have to plan and then take that LEAP! I know I’ve heard Jackie say she reads each review and I don’t know if you do anymore but if so, thank you so much Jackie for being the level-minded coach I need to keep my eye on my goal and giving me that extra dose of faith! :)

Jackie is super relatable and gives great and helpful tips for traveling! Her guests are also fun and informative. Her podcast also fuels the wanderlust in me as I listen to each episode. Highly recommend!

Jackie is awesome and honest about the ins and outs of traveling in a budget. She gives you information and resources to start on your own journey. She awakes your wanderlust and makes you want even more what you already know you want: to travel! But better yet, she knows there’s many ways to do it and has guests to tell you their stories and suggestions too. The podcast is fun and helpful, what else could you ask for!? Conclusions: traveling is possible for all, listen on to know how.

Jackie is an inspiration for aspiring travelers everywhere. She doesn’t just give a run of the mill, “quit my job to travel the world” experience. She interviews families, kids, young and more mature adults alike. This podcast is for everyone. A must if you plan to travel. Thank you Jackie!

So many travel podcasts are pretentious and self-indulgent. Jackie does a wonderful job providing useful information in an entertaining manner. Besides, she has a great voice!

Name says it all, her podcast is inspiring. I was aprehensive at first, because I have found that female podcasters and male podcasters have very different styles to their media. I was worried it would be overly centralized in interpersonal relationships and less about the nitty gritty about travel. I was dead wrong and have no problem admitting it. She covers everything. That said, I am truly inspired by her breaking free from traditional norms, and can't wait to see where she ends up. It's like a good book that doesn't end.

Jackie , I'm binge listening to your podcast from the beginning and I'm really enjoying your enthusiasm!

I "fell" into backpacking and was never the same since, Jackie hits the main points of those with wanderlust who want to start or are already veterans. She's easy and fun to listen to, driving home the importance of travel and pursuing passion. I find myself agreeing with her ideas based on personal experience and often times saying "why didn't I think of that!" Especially taking on notes for when I hit the road as a nomad again. It's easy to feel "abnormal" in a 9-5 society when everyone thinks you just go on "vacation" all the time. Thanks Jackie for helping provide a network of people who are like minded and inspire more to break the mould.

I just got back from backpacking a few months ago and I wish I had heard this podcast before I left! So many helpful tips and hints. Thank you for your help, your podcast is great :)
