Like you’re at the table, playing with friends
I love this podcast, amazing adventure, funny gags, and they use an interesting rpg system.

    So funny!
Even as someone who has never played a pen-and-paper RPG, this is such a fun podcast to listen to. More than a few times it had me laughing so hard that I almost drove off the road. Highly recommended.

The Adventure for ears and imagination!
Dear fellow nerds, I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is looking for adventure, a good story, fantastic cast of characters, and a beginning to an addiction to Doritos! I wanna thank the Nerdy Show gang for putting together a fantastic d&d campaign & podcast. It has been the ultimate escape from my 12 work nights and helped passed the time. I’ve listened to them so many times, I’ve probably memorized most every line in all the episodes 😂. Also, it inspired me to get more into d&d with my friends, and now is my go to hangout plan every chance I get. Thanks guys for all the hard work and passion you put into this podcast. It broke my heart to hear it was on a break, and also due to the reason why. Not sure if any news has come out lately but praying for the best and hope to see a new episode in the near future. God Bless and keep the Nerdiness flowing! Biff

    Some quality RPG programming
Dungeons and Doritos is perhaps one of the best podcasts on the web. It's what got me started on tabletop RPGs, and one source of inspiration for writing campaigns as a GM. Even my username is a reference to a Galdap-inspired bit character from a campaign I'm running. Anyone and everyone, whether you've been introduced to RPGs yet or not, should give this show a listen. - The Wizard of Rhet Khonn

The best stories, lovable characters & awesome nerdy humor
I love this podcast! I listened to the 1st & 2nd book on my last road trip and it made the miles fly by. The characters are wonderful and the Game Master gets 100% respect from me for creating such an fascinating world to explore. I'm nocturnal and a multi-tasker so usually I like to have a podcast on in the background while I work on other tasks but I find this podcast keeps my entire attention because I'm picturing the world and characters or focusing so I don't miss a joke. Great Job to everyone who makes these episodes!

Is there a limit to how many characters you can put in the title of a review or does it continue ind
Welp, that answers that question. Also, reviews get deleted if they contain the "S" word. Because this store requires a credit card but treats you like you're 5 years old. Now that I think about it, I guess that is the target audience for Apple. So what am I doing here? Oh, right - Caverns and Corn Chips. Yeah, you should watch it with your ears. I don't remember what the f-word I typed the first time so I'm not retyping that s-word. There's your review.

    Exceptionally entertaining
This is the podcast that got me into podcasts as well as roleplaying games. Great stuff.

Dnd?!? Isn't that the game that dorks played in the 80's?
Well... You're right, but this is ever so much more. What started as a one time throwaway episode has evolved into a vast story full of twists, turns and Doriots. This is less a podcast and more a full on radio drama complete with ambiant music, flavorful NPC's and the Frenchiest Elves you can find. Join our intrepid gang of 'Heros' as they attempt to fulfil the prophecy of the World Enders.... question is are they stoping them, or are they the world enders themselves? Using the SAGAS RPG gaming system Ruel the Game Master spins a tale worthy of the dustiest tomes.

    Little Late but Much Needed
Actually stumbled across Cap online and he plugged the podcast to help me fill time at work. Boy was his suggestion amazing! The humor and context jokes are amazing from all the players and the DM. The cast is well balanced on air time and no one feels left out besides the gnome bard, but I think thats just timing and sheduling. The Sagas System sounds interesting and Ive adopted it into my table top citcle and love it every session. Expect a healthy store order and donation to keep the good work alive.

Hasn't had a new podcast in ages
I'd give a higher review for this ridiculous romp through D&D but there has been no new podcast in months & months. And no explanation. Poor form. So, you know, bye, Felicia.

Probably the best drama on the network
While "Book I" was a little rough around the edges, Dungeons and Doritos has evolved since its inception in 2009 to become a monster of a broadcast. The storytelling is great, the production quality is just fantastic, and introduced me to my favorite role-playing system, Sagas RPG. Definitely give this a listen if you are a fan of tabletop games, audio dramas, or just love to laugh with a great crew about their misadventures.

    Excellent Doritos Review podcast
Dungeons and Doritos is my favorite Doritos podcast. They give insightful reviews of Doritos from all over the world. I never cared much about Doritos before I discovered this podcast but afterward my friends and I started having tasting parties. This show really makes me wish I had access to some of the more interesting flavors from around the world. I'm not sure what the rest of the show is about. I stop listening when they are done talking about Doritos. Given the name of the show and how its described as a Role Playing podcast I assume it has something to do with BDSM. I bet that gets really messy with the flavor dust but whatever floats your boat.

I started back at the tail end of Book I, with the Cool Ranch and Fight to Free Tolay, was with for the adding of Lefty, and the loss of Mike(Chair). Recently I went back, and binged the whole thing while at work (a couple episodes a day for about a week and a half) and my god, every episode was so many laughs, (and with a few, tears). This is THE roleplaying show everyone has been longing for in podcast form, it is everyone's sessions, rolled into one. Thanks guys, waiting with bated breath for more episodes!

    Look at the Podcast
Hello, listeners, look at your old boring podcast, now back to Nerdy Show, now back at your old boring podcast, now back to Nerdy Show. Sadly, your old boring podcast isn’t Nerdy Show, but if the you stopped listening to jock talk and hipster wannabes and switched to Nerdy Show, you could be awesome like me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re on a podcast with the boys and girls of Nerdy Show talking about tech, video games, music, roleplaying, and books. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s a dice bag filled with an unlimited supply of the Doritos flavor you love. Look again, the Doritos are now Gil. Anything is possible when you listen to the Nerdy Show and not your old boring podcast. I’m a Lightning Dog, HOWL!

    So Much Development!
I was a listener for the early days of D&D, when it was as rough and raw as a night under a tapestry with Chair the Dwarf. Those recordings were enjoyable, and felt like a goofy campaign run with some friends. Over time it's developed from "I like D&D and this is fun D&D" to an actual story with a plot that is worth caring about. It's lost a bit of the spontaneity and goofiness that made the early episodes so charming, but it makes up for that with the incredible improvement to production values and story.

    Here there be dragons.
Do you love adventure and flavor dusted corn snacks? Of course you do. Join the crew at Nerdy Show as they forge their own destiny in the land of Doritodonia. Listen to their antics as they face off against sorcerers, gods, and all manner of other beasties in this wonderful podcast. I started listing to this back in December of 2010 when it was just a fledgling program. It has since blossomed into nothing less than a fully scored radio drama. I have recommended it to all of my table top friends and could not recommend it more to anyone who loves a good time with great friends.

    My go-to RPG podcast
Dungeons & Doritos takes tabletop gaming and turns it into a full-on radio drama. It's got laughs, emothions, excitment - all that good stuff. You can also tell that this program is where the Nerdy Show folks cut their teeth on doing tabletop podcasts. If you like this, then you'll love their standalone RPGs like Call of Cthulhu or Paranoia XP.

    What will happen next
Been listening to the tales of this rag tag group in doritodonia (probley missed spelled that) for quit some time and to tell the truth it has helped me alot. There are plenty of reviews that praise D&D for it's humor (which it has so much of) story (twist and turns of all kinds) and great characters(all are the best) but for me what makes this podcast the greatest is how much it has helped me through my toubled parts of life. Having depression often days are grey and hard to get through, but with D&D even on those grey days there is a light there is humor and that makes eveything worth it. Keep up the great work. :)

    Magnificent
This is a supremely well produced audio drama from the nerdy show network. Starting from humble beginnings of a recording of 4th edition D&D, it's now run on a unique system (Sagas RPG) that makes for much better listening. You can pick up from anywhere, but I personally recommend the current next-to-latest episode "Beneath the Sewers" for a high excitement adventure and climax that plays so well into the following show. From there, pick out a season (or Book) to start at and go wild - you will listen to these shows again and again.

    Fantastic fun.
Really fun, the best pen and paper gaming that I never did. The production quality is top notch, and the laughter never stops. I listen with headphones while I work and often have to explain to people what I'm laughing about.

    Very relatable rpg game
Delicious crunchy snacks, mayhem, chaos, drama, hilarity, and good times for all who listen to these tales.

    So hilarious
Such a well-produced and good time for anyone who enjoys table-top gaming rpgs or just well produced audio dramas. Great characters, great story, hilarious moments, wonderful sound effects and original music.

    Love it
A really fun dnd podcast with high production values. This show really inspired me to start my own dnd live play podcast and to spend the time laying in the sound effects and make it really tell a story. (That show is called flagons and dragons btw, if you want to check it out)

    Quality over Quantity
A long running series that really came into its own midway through the second season. What started out as jokey special on The Nerdy Show has become one of the network's most popular and best crafted series. With a great cast and its own original soundtrack and foley work, it feels more like a radio drama than just a group of guys playing games in a recording room, in the best way possible.

    Started with "Book II"
I had heard that "Book I" was a little unpolished, so I skipped it and started with Book II. I'm glad I did! The music and sound effects add so much more compared to other actual plays that I've listened to. It's also nice that the players aren't afraid to put their characters in embarassing or painful situations for the sake of a good joke or story.
  • -Ravener-
    Really bad at...everything
I downloaded several episodes of this and attempted to listen to them. The players talk over each other constantly. One guy bursts out in an ear-piercing cackle at every unfunny joke. Pointless musical interludes. If you like podcasts of D&D campaigns, there are better ones than this out there, although that's setting the bar really low.
