He offers guidance on challenges, both day-to-day and existential, with a wry sense of humor and immense personal warmth. Grounded WomanSuch a blessingJonathan's talks are an important part of my life and my practice. I'm lucky that I live close enough to attend the Monday talks in person, but I'm not always able to attend, so having the recordings is such a blessing. I like to listen on my morning walks, and many talks I listen to repeatedly. I get something new out of each listen. I especially appreciate Jonathan's gentle and down-to-earth approach.

HflgreenBEST talks EVER (right up there with Tara's)!!I cannot say how grateful I am to have found Jonathan Foust and Tara Brach. I do feel that they are my "friends" with all the guidance and knowledge they have both shared with me over the past five plus years. Jonathan's talks are witty, hit home and help keep me on track. Very generous of both Tara and Jonathan. Highly recommend their podcasts and researching their community if you are interested in calming the mind and seeing clear through the crazy times in life that we all encounter (at least I do).

2arrowsMindfully ProvocativeIn simple and firm terms, Jonathan brings home the dharma. Provocative in a gentle and non-confrontational way; practical wisdom to make everyday life our substitute monastic practice.

Lookin4newhomeActualMiracle8/5/2011Jonathan has been a huge part of my life. No, I don't know him. No, I don't know his wife. But...they BOTH are amazing. I was so excited that Jonathan got a podcast! Yeah! I am physically unable to attend his talks so when I found out from newsletter that he has this now, well, I was totally happy. Anyway, Jonathan is a true teacher of mindfulness. He has taught me to accept my life as it is, and to realize...it's actually not that bad! I am all "zenned" out after I listen to him. All of these episodes are worth downloading...oh....only if you want to become a better you though. If not, then don't bother. ; )
