    Real life fishing info
I enjoy the down to earth info and stories. Try a Measure Net jr.guide model. Extendable handle and heavy duty also reasonably priced. Orvis pro waders is my wader recommendation

    Salmon river
Hey Rob, just wanted to reach out and let you know. I really love the show. Especially the episodes about the salmon river. Going there this weekend, for some reason I always wanted to catch one in a snow storm so figured this weekend was as good as any. Lol. Anyway, listening to your last podcast, and I couldn’t believe the bands that you were listing. You started talking about ride, and I was thinking to myself, there’s no way he’s talking about the band I think he is. Turns out you were, along with the charlatans, Nick Drake, INXS. Anyway, seems like we have a similar love for music and also steelhead fishing. Who knows, maybe I’ll see you on the Salmon River one of these days or at the bar inside the Tailwater!! Happy Thanksgiving!

    Entertaining when most aren’t
Maybe a pre-salmon river trip podcast this year for the listeners also going?! Funny podcast and candid. Love the salmon river stuff, the ups and downs, quick snippets on stream side meals, flies he’s tying and place he got a beer.

Top Notch Fly Fishing Podcast w Lots Else
I’ve listened to Rob so much I feel like we’re old buddies. I really enjoy his practical approach at things and his casual story telling humor. Even if you aren’t a hard core fly fisher person, there’s a lot in there w Rob just giving humorous observations and he is quite a foodie too. This is some great CoronaVirus binging listening material

    Great podcast
Rob is a great interviewer and asks the most interesting questions. He is a straight up fishy dude and ties some sick patterns like the bacon fly! Check out the podcast, you will catch more fish if you do..

    Great stuff
As someone who appreciates fly fishing and all that it entails, it’s nice to have such a well rounded podcast that covers everything from local conditions to tying, food, travel, tips and tricks, interviews and other flotsam. It’s a bit all over the place, but so am I. Good job Rob.

    Great to the point podcast
By far one of the best Podcasts that gets down to the point with some fishy folks. Great guests and a solid host.

    Ok
Smallmouth podcast. It was ok, but the host got a bit salty about cold weather fishing, which in his opinion is under 52 degrees and similar comments. Overall, I definitely appreciate the scientific explanation and breakdown at the beginning. That part was unique and cool.

    Love it
I really like that you talk about more than just the fishing itself when you are talking about a specific river or area. I love hearing the fishing aspects, but it's nice to hear about river structure, wildlife, and other things that really help make the experience what it is when you're on the water. Too often that is overlooked. A+

    Great podcast, entertaining and educational
Love the podcast, really enjoy the episodes about fishing trips and shows. Always fun to hear about the ups and downs and shenanigans that go on behind the scenes of a podcast.

    What it’s all about
In case you didn’t know, fly fishing isn’t really about fishing. It’s about the journey you take to go fishing. Rob’s podcast is about the journey. He’ll tell you about his trip, about the place, the people, food, the environment etc… NOBODY does it better. In the end, you’ll feel like you know Rob. He’s a guide, a dad, a husband, a dude, a fly tier, an entrepreneur, and regular fly fisher just like you and me.

    Fantastic
I'm just starting out as a new angler in the DC area and these podcasts are incredibly helpful - I highly recommend them!

entertaining and fun to listen to. well done Rob.
This is a fun and refreshing podcast. I love fly fishing and really dislike most things on the popular media. Fly fishing podcasts are my favorite things to listen to. And rod keeps it fresh and entertaining. I do not listen to the show for information, but, I am interested to hear Rob's take on various aspects of fly fishing. Like rob, I fish the Salmon River, NY a lot. Keep up the good work, although, i would highly recommend getting rid of the "all right......all right.....all right" and any further mention of beargarita......accpet it.....real spey rodders drink single molt.....or atleast a robust stout...... all kidding aside......its fun to listen to this podcast. best, rw

    Entertaining
Rob has a unique style, part story-teller, part instructor. Self deprecating style makes it an easy listen and the interviews he gets are great.

    My Favorite Fly Fishing Podcast
This, in my humble opinion, is the best all around flyfishing podcast available. It is a perfect mix of humor, storytelling, and helpful, extensive information drawn from personal experiences. I am a complete novice fly fisher and have only been doing it for a few months (out here in northern Arizona), but I've scoured the interwebs for good podcasts and Rob Snowhite's is the best!

    Keep Them Coming!
Rob's down-to-earth, conversational style keep his podcasts highly entertaining and easy to listen to. His background in Biology and his extensive experience on the water keep the content useful and educational. I really enjoy listening to his shows and I look forward to more in the future!

    Great podcast
I enjoy this podcast. Rob does a great job of explaining the techical side of flyfishing to the layman. His knowledge of fish biology as well as his passion for fishing are evident in each podcast. However, the audio is sometimes low quality which makes it hard to hear without playing at the highest volume. Keep up the good work!
