simoy 35Everything that was brokenI never comment but I had to today.. this was my first time to ever listen to your show and I know it was God sent! My story is so much like Kaitlyns…while in a foster home a church bus picked me up regularly and I remember falling in love with Jesus singing oh how I love Jesus around age 4.. that kept me through years of abuse and partying.. looking for love in all the wrong places After trauma bonding with my husband we married and we’re blessed with 11 children through the years of a very rocky marriage I kept searching for truth in and out of churches.. dragging my children with me.. Jesus never stopped pulling me Never stopped singing to me.. even in my sleep 25 years ago the Lord took me to an apostolic church and I was filled with the Holy Ghost and through the years have watched my children be filled as well !❤️(2 more to go!) also my second son has pastored a home missions apostolic church for the past 4 and a half years 🤗 who but God!!!.. But what put me in tears during this podcast were the words 25 years of praying.. because that was the 3rd time I have heard that in the past 2 weeks .. My pastor told me a story of a lady getting the Holy Ghost after running from God for 25 years after many had kept praying those 25 years Then a visiting preacher came to our church and told of his relatives coming to God after 25 years of him praying for them.. and I have been fervently praying for my husband to come to God for 25 years.. and I believe this is the year! God is faithful kind and ever merciful!! Thank you for this story.. it just makes me love Jesus more.. knowing He’s still pulling children out of terrible situations like I lived in and so many more! He is the God of miracles!! Thank you again!

kenziejones_I’m not sure it gets better than this! What to even say? My life needed this. These conversations are always inspiring - starting my week out fresh every Monday. If anything, this podcast you cannot deny that you are not alone. This has encouraged me in fasting, praying and intentional parenting and in marriage. These stories give so much faith. Thank you ❤️

Feva01Feels like family ♥️I could honestly listen to an episode everyday! We need more apostolic voices, especially for women by women. I’ve learned so many things about motherhood and I’m not a mother yet. It just feels like your aunts, mother and grandmother talking together while you get to listen in. I didn’t grow up with a family in the church but this feels like one. The Holy Ghost often speaks to me while I’m listening. I’m constantly reminded of the characteristics of our faithful God while listening to these testimonies. Please don’t stop and thank you so much for all your hard work!

Layer by layerThis podcast is a ministryHi my name is Arianna Lomeli and I absolutely love this podcast. The topics are real and resonate so much with my background. Many times I find myself crying because I see that I am not alone in my struggles and that God knows exactly where I’m at. Please keep this podcast going sis. God is healing me layer by layer with each podcast. 🤍

ListeningLeslieAll the emotionsTime is not something we can give freely, with the hustle and bustle of life, and all the things on our to do list. However, I find myself pouring a cup of coffee and listening to the stories/testimonies every Monday, and allowing myself to laugh and cry with the stories being shared. Thank you, Jess, for bringing encouragement, faith building testimonies, and sometimes eye opening stories, that can help us in our faith and our journey through motherhood.

Shar_ApostolicLoveCould never for the longest time figure out how to rate or comment on a podcast. I don’t follow you on Instagram, my sister just shared your podcast episode on her story and I try to subscribe to any apostolic podcast I hear about. I started listening from the first episode and I love it already even though I’ve only gotten through like 4 episodes so far. I really don’t listen to podcasts super duper often but often enough and I found myself instead of scrolling through all the ones I’m subscribed to, just being drawn straight back to your podcast. I know others do this as well but I LOVE when people talk about their lives. In general. You learn SO SO SO much about things like you even said, you hadn’t talked about these things with these people in depth like that even until the podcast.
-
___mrsjames___Love!!!I’m so glad I stumbled upon this podcast! It has been such a blessing to me! I love the real topics and have laughed, cried and been encouraged through them all! Thank you! 🩷

Elianatorrs92AuthenticitySo thankful for this podcast. I love the realness in it, it has so much authenticity. Thank you for sharing, this podcast has beautiful testimonies. May God continue to use you and your guest speakers in this platform. It has blessed me tremendously and now I know I’m not the only one, I love the strength and determination that all these women have taken to follow Jesus, it has been such an encouragement. Thankful for the testimonies and how Jesus can help us all overcome. God bless you!
-
P**dersonAuthenticWhat I love about this podcast is that its exactly as the name describes it! REAL stories and testimonies, from REAL people! It has a way of making you feel like your not the only person in the church going through REAL life situations. Sister Cruz’s story this week helped me so much as I am currently dealing with similar sudden divorce. This podcast gives me so much hope that I will one day be standing on the other side of my pain, declaring that it had a purpose. I can’t wait to see where God takes this podcast!
-
Sandie346A-mazing podcast!I’ve been listening to this podcast since the very first episode and every episode has been a great blessing to me. I look forward to it every Monday! So encouraging and inspiring ❤️. With out a doubt, one of my favorite podcasts!
-
Nathalie BrownJust finished crying…Sis Andi’s testimony and the anointed singing afterward was like a bandaid for my heart. You never know what someone is going through. I’m thankful for this community of women all trying to make it together. Thank You Jessica for doing this! It’s been such a blessing!
-
AnokkenAuthentic & realistic!I’ve waited to review for months because I wanted my review to come from my heart and to be authentic and unbiased. I feel like I pour a cup of coffee, pull a chair up to the table and make a new friend every time I listen! The atmosphere of the podcast is executed with precision—authentic and realistic—and I genuinely feel some barriers that separate us are torn down as a result of this show. I eagerly reach for the newest upload every week! As an Apostolic Christian, I believe there is something profound you can glean from nearly every episode. Each episode shines light on no matter how “put-together” we may look, we’re ALL fighting, or have fought, a battle. Jessica, if you ever feel like you’re spinning your wheels or wondering if this podcast is effective at all, please remember this review! I truly think you’re doing a wonderful thing in helping to unite us as the body of Christ—despite our differences—one episode at a time.
-
Janesa0017So encouraging! It’s so encouraging to hear others testimony! Please do a part 2 with maisa!
-
MrsWilliams84HookedI am four episodes in and can’t stop listening. Even though I’m not a mom, I am an Apostolic wife and have been able to glean so much already! Thank you for sharing your heart, passion and friends with us. 🫶🏼

what happen dudeSoooo good!Update: I literally can’t with you ladies! You all are seriously a breath of fresh air. I didn’t know other moms struggled in the church with the same things I’m struggling with when it comes to my littles. I wasn’t raised in church and came from a yelling home and I never worked through those things. I try so hard and it seems like a horrible cycle that and I’m terrified my babies are gonna be damaged by it. Lord willing I can get my husband to do the 52 day fast with me but I needa find what to do it on now. My friend recommended listening to these and ugh I love it so much! I’m all for Godly guidance when it comes to raising our babies in Christ. There’s so many things that sister Hall talked about in episode 10 that I’ve always have thought but haven’t found anyone in my church that did things similar or thought similar with their children. I’m a firm believer in raising them to be good workers and playing a part in the family life. Thank you so much for this cause it really helped clear up a lot of things. God bless you ladies

purchase-use-reviewInformative, entertaining, movingY’all, I have a 2 YO and a 6 MO…I am soooo tired, but I still lay awake at night with my earbuds in listening until I cain’t listen no more! Lol! Every episode has been soooo good! But I’m gonna have to get a pen and some paper and go back through #9 and #10 for some notes. Actually, can I just get Sis Hall’s number? I need her on speed dial. Haha! For real, though, I love this show. I’m hooked!
-
Vktatum86Let’s Be Real! This Podcast opened my eyes to so many things. So often we look at others in the church and just expect perfection! Instead we should see broken and healed! Miracles and Power that only comes from Jesus! Love it so much!
-

MnrgarciaThis podcast is a blessing! My sister suggested this podcast and I started listening immediately. Every episode, I cried, happy tears and sad tears! I was so blessed by the episode with Hannah. I had a miscarriage prior to my first pregnancy with my son and hearing her experience made me realize how normal my reactions were doing that time. It blessed me immensely to hear this and know that she knew how I felt and it was normal.
