    Great content- CEU potential?
This content is fabulous. As a dietitian, It has helped me realize how behind I am in the knowledge of gut health and has left me eager to learn more. I started listening because my patients (ESRD) have so many GI issues and I feel like I can’t help them. We send them to GI doctors and they come back saying nothing is wrong. Just a suggestion- It would be great if your podcast provided CEU’s. It’s more scientific based than all other nutrition podcasts I listen to. Thank you!

This is by _far_ the most relatable conversation about gut and digestive issues I have found. The hosts are knowledgeable and a joy to listen to. The guests, all science-based folks, are bringing data but still are so human. Love, love this podcast.

    Life Changing
As someone who has struggled with gut issues for 40+ years, this show has been a revelation. I have a psychobiology degree, certificate in integrated nutrition, but your info is cutting edge and has been so helpful. While it had occurred to me that my issues could have a psychological basis, it didn’t really click until I listened to episode 6. I started Nerva as a result, with tremendous results. Thank you so much!!

    Foodmarble?
Hi, Thank you for explaining so many digestive issues that need more attention for those of us that live with them. I was wondering your opinions on the foodmarble AIRE breath tester. Or is there another method you would recommend for helping to isolate certain foods and their effect on digestion. Thank you!

    Great podcast!
Very informative! As someone who just had a baby 1 yr ago, I would also be interested to hear how hormones & pregnancy affect the gut.

    No references in show notes
I have followed Kate Scarlata for years and love her work. My main concern is this: as a scientist myself and someone with GI issues who eats food… Please cite references and further reading when a guest such as Dr. Pimentel states that lactobacillus is bad for the small bowel without any other explanation. Just probiotics? Yogurt? Kefir? This can come off as confusing and frustrating for those of us who are only trying to do the best for our gut as it sends us down the rabbit hole looking for published research on Google without much success. I’d like to think that the premise of your newly published book is not to create more frustration in this community. Thank you.

    Encouraging
I just listened to the podcast with Dr. Chey. I found it very informative and helpful. Covered so many wonderful suggestions. I’ve been dealing with bowel issues for several years and need to become more proactive in getting a gastroenterologist involved. Had a colonoscopy about 5 years ago so I do have someone to recontact. Thank you.

These two ladies are the best!
I have learned so much from Kate Scarlata’s blog and website over the years; she is my go-to for all things FODMAP. I’ve long appreciated that she is science-based, open-minded, and has an attitude toward food that really works for me. Thanks to Kate I discovered Megan Riehl, who influenced me to try diaphragmatic breathing and helped me appreciate the role of stress in GI problems. Bottom line is that there are very few health podcasts I would ever listen to but I am hooked on this one already! These two are experts, science-based, down-to-earth, and so engaging. Thank you Kate and Megan, keep up the great work!
