The show is good. The stories are well written and retold in a beautiful way, even if they are creepy. The banter is funny, I do find myself laughing out loud often and does help ground you when you are feeling particularly spooked. But I do find myself listening to earlier seasons. There was a lot more comparison of the weird and wonderful to the Biblical truths of scripture. The newer seasons have much less of a strong Biblical foundation and its more speculative verses edifying for the believer. The banter is fun but it’s also becoming too over the top. There’s no need to make it “better” because it was already great before. Please, bring the truth of scripture back into the forefront. Also, I don’t mind the influx of ads, it’s good and means they have some good funds and can promote good businesses, BUT, personally, the music in ads is so jarring. I find myself skipping them whereas before I would actually listen to the ad.

Unlike two other shows who shall remain nameless that cater to the kooks and heretics by having sketchy and questionable “experts” on their programs HC holds to a traditional Christian view of the supernatural

Keep discovering as kings!! Been listening to the podcast and even bought the book. Both are good. If they’re open to it, I would offer the suggestion to limit the figurative language and passive voice in the written portions of the show. It’s very hard to follow when listening. Reading the content in the book is easier, but that’s a different part of the brain. Keep up the literary onslaught in the book. Love that. But to listen and understand the style is tough. Making it accessible will help people understand even more. Thanks for your hard work, passion, and efforts to reveal some deeper truths.

This literally gives me chills every time I listen, but I love it!! As an author, it’s given TONS of inspiration, and also as a Christian, it explains things in a biblical way! Keep it up my dudes 😎💅✨

The writing is bloated, overwritten, belabored. A listener has to wade through a thicket of adjectives and turgid prose. It”s suffocating. I have the sense that the writers are showing off for a high school English teacher. Instead, they ought to be taking a red pencil and crossing out entire paragraphs that communicate nothing substantive. Every word needs to earn its place.

I have been watching haunted cosmos for a year now and I’m close to finishing the inter series! It’s just so good, the story’s are spine chilling, it makes me sometimes jump. But I love that their are finally some Christian guys doing a podcast. Love your work guys keep spreading gods good word, and some good story’s. Would most definitely recommend to people who love a good story\theory

I’ve been going back and listening to the older episodes, and they are so good. The focus was more biblical, and everything wasn’t a grab at a laugh. They were still funny, there was still some banter, but it wasn’t simply the Ben and Bryan show, it seemed more biblical and more edifying. Now it seems like they get a high on themselves, and reject any constructive criticism. I love them as brothers in Christ, but the episodes seem to be getting more and more flippant and “Christian light” as time progresses. Lack of humility. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending to a new believer due to the flippancy and lack of humility.

First off - thank y’all for what you do! I have shared this podcast with several members of my family (and it turns out that a bunch of them have experienced sleep paralysis and other such phenomena). I also gifted your book for Christmas. Learning a lot. Keep it up! I am currently watching a webinar for professional development / ongoing learning credits, and when the presenter started talking about incorporating our “Human Design” into project management, and I googled it because I have never heard of this before. Evidently it is a mishmash of astrology / the chakra system / quantum physics / I Ching / the Kabbalah / and a bunch of other stuff. This one of my favorite podcasts. They take something mysterious and explain it in an interesting way, and from a Christian worldview.

I love how Brian and Ben dive in and are not afraid to take on hard topics from a Christian perspective. I also love how they speak their minds and are not afraid of the woke mob. I especially appreciate the accents. They bring a smile to my face every time they break into them😂

I had enjoyed this podcast for a long time but some comments made by them have increasingly sat ill until I felt I wanted to stop. Ben and Brian do love Jesus, but fall short in empathy and unfortunately have narrow minds that seem unwilling to listen to the experiences of others if those experiences do not align with their agendas. Bit of an echo chamber. Disappointed in comments made about women, Black people, and racist imitations of accents. Please stop.

Edit 2/10/25, I have once again listened to haunted cosmos because I truly enjoyed it prior to the MK ultra episodes. It seems that the gory sound effects have been addressed in later season 4 episodes and it’s back to being great. Old review: I would rate the previous seasons of Haunted cosmos 10/10. They were great, I could listen during the day with my kids without feeling like it would scare them or even myself and I’ve listened to every episode since the podcast was created. I was even a Patron until season 4. The intro was too eerie even by secular standards. Nbd, I can turn it down so I don’t spook the kids. But within the first 20 minutes, the gory squelches and extra violent sound effects were over the top. HC sound effects used to enhance the story, now they overpower the content which I believe is most likely still high quality but I’ll never know because of the bodily harm sound bits. I’ll still probably buy the book bc I really do enjoy the topics and old episodes but the new season really stonewalls any sahm or anyone who conscientiously avoids unnecessary gore and violence. I hope the grotesque sounds are addressed bc I’d really like to support this show again.

Would love to hear your thoughts on Mr Beasts newest video exploring the pyramids. He has influence on almost a trillion people and says the pyramids weren’t built by aliens in this video. Not sure if “stuff” or if there is a greater agenda at play. Anyway, just trying to do my DD

I’ve listened to all the episodes in like two weeks. Top tier podcast. Love the banter between these two. Feels like you are in a room talking about demons.

The your mom jokes are IMMENSELY comical and in good taste.

These guys do a good job making stories of strangeness really intriguing and spooky, and you can tell they love Jesus and don’t want to start making up stuff that’s not Biblical. Do they put too much worth in random Jewish lore? Yes. But it’s still fun at least to indulge your imagination with some of their theories. I’m now a Bigfoot fanatic so what can I say? However, in an effort “to give the best value for our supporters” these guys OVERLOAD you with ads and sponsors, especially in the later episodes. Yes it’s a two hour podcast but only 75 minutes are actually podcast. And I will never ever use stone crop wealth advisors now, because I’ve sick of having to skip their ads. Overall, good podcast but have that fast forward button ready.

They believe every fanciful legend out there even if it has been proven 100% false. The hodad for example. The jersey devil isn't real either. And there is no such thing as a water/fire/earth/air big foot.

When I first started listening to this I liked it, however it seems to be turning into more and more a hunt for dark and creepy stuff and I personally fail to see how I benefited from it as a Christian. Ben and Brian appear to me to get super hyped on how creepy something is, and when other people complain about the disturbing audio, they’re dismissed as basically being boring. It seems like the more I listened to it the more a dark spiritual door was opening. I think it started out pretty good, but suffered mission drift. Additionally…. Ben and Brian sound sooo gay in the way they talk to each other. Listen to kings hall. Much better.

I would call myself a skeptic when it comes to conspiracy theory/criptid/mythological topics, so when I first heard about this podcast from some buddies, I admit, I scoffed. To hear that there was a Christian podcast talking about these things, I thought I was absurd. But I gave it a go, because my friends spoke so highly of it. And I have to say, I’m really glad I did. The stories are interesting, the banter is great, and I really enjoy how they always bring it back to gospel, even if they’re talking about psychedelic machine elves. My only qualms are that they hardly ever share a source, and some of their logic is very deductive, which makes it really easy to pull apart with two seconds of thought. That said, it’s opened my eyes to a world that isn’t just stuff, and regardless of if I think any of it’s true, it’s really refreshing to hear it from a Christian perspective.

These guys are great and they are reformed Christian’s , and they seem pretty chill

These guys are hilarious, I am constantly cracking up at their banter and deep cuts, literally laughing out loud, even through the immaturity. Their references always catch me off guard in the greatest way. I truly wish I had friends like these guys in my circle. BUT I find it super hard to believe that one host is a pastor, with all the talk of having margaritas together at the Chili’s…? How does your church board feel about this? Why is no one keeping you accountable there? Shouldn’t you be encouraging the sober mindedness the Bible teaches us about? You lose a star for that and so much respect. They are extremely knowledgeable and well researched though, which makes listening to them great.

I enjoy this podcast and I know it’s very popular. With that said, perhaps tone down the immature remarks. A pastor/husband/father shouldn’t make making “your mom” jokes. Although there is financial stability to easily make content you want to produce, that shouldn’t give credence to lessening the quality of this show. It became popular for a reason. I’ll change my rating if things improve.
