JakeJikEpisode 186Love “the rant” type episodes. So much to peel from. Also allows more context to build from which I believe people can connect deeper. Great topic in this episode that will help you move through each season and get the most out of it.

Sam sam saysA must listen for womenI discovered Leila after she was featured on Ed Mylett’s podcast. I love how simplistic she explains business and growth that is easy and intriguing for her audience to understand. She has a lot of wonderful tips and tricks for aspiring female entrepreneurs. A must list for everyone interested in business or entrepreneurship.

Hailie🥳MUST FOR EVERY WOMAN (or man but mostly woman) in BUSINESS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I discovered Leila Hormozi after learning from her powerhouse husband, Alex Hormozi, and I am beyond thrilled that she has her own podcast, “Build.” Leila, sister, you are speaking directly to my soul with every episode! Alex is undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with, but Leila is a straight-up genius—emphasis on the G. Her insights, wisdom, and authentic approach have not only changed my life but also transformed my business. Leila’s message resonates deeply with me, especially her ability to blend being girly with being a savvy businesswoman. She has helped me embrace who I am without embarrassment and has shown me that I can be both feminine and fiercely successful. “Build” is a treasure trove of actionable advice, real-life examples, and genuine encouragement. Leila’s transparency, intelligence, and passion for helping others shine through in every episode. Her unique perspective and innovative strategies are game-changers for anyone looking to elevate their business and personal growth. Thank you, Leila, for paving the way and for being such an incredible role model. Your podcast has had a profound impact on my journey, and I owe so much of my newfound confidence and success to your guidance. The Hormozis are truly a dynamic duo, and I am grateful for everything you both share with the world. If you’re looking for a podcast that will inspire, educate, and empower you, “Build” is a must-listen. Leila Hormozi is a true genius, and her podcast is an invaluable resource for entrepreneurs everywhere.

Jet_slv10/10I was first introduced to Leila’s podcast almost a year ago by a gym owner I was assisting at the time. He was so surprised that I had never heard of her before because our values and mindset were very in line with each other. After seeing more of her videos (I’m a visual person), listening to a couple of her podcast episodes, along with watching a couple of her clips on LinkedIn and Instagram - I geeked. I had never found someone so insightful and so aligned to how I navigate within my own life. Resilience can really build out a person. You can really either fall down a path of success (however that may look like to you) or trapped within your headspace. The mindset it takes to continue pushing no matter the odds to be successful all comes down to finding the opportunities that will get you to where you need to go. I grew up in West-Adams, LA and attended schools in W-A and South Central where I held myself to a high standard, but felt a lot of the interpersonal issues take a hold of me. After seeing myself going down a bad path and understanding that the arts department within my high school had been under budget due to 2011 budget cuts, I made it a point to move myself into an art’s high school within the downtown district. I always excelled in math and science, I always say it’s the one language that stays consistent everywhere you go - if you’re bilingual I’m sure you understand. My willingness to strive for more is not confined to this particular story, but it is the moment I knew I could navigate multiple ‘languages’. Code-switching, right? It’s the reason, I absolutely love Leila’s approach to anything she does. The way she can breakdown things down to simple frameworks that carry through to several industries and personalities. As someone who has been in sales within the fitness industry, you’re always reminded of the importance of adaptability. (Btw, gym launch secrets validated the business frameworks and sales approach that I had seen within the 7 years of working at a luxury fitness club. Made me understand why we were so successful when we were consistent.) I recently sent one of her video’s out to a mentor and former boss that I believed could assist in developing his team along with a way to approach the situation. He definitely listened, he gave me clear direction and goals to attain to resolve the problem I was in haha Thank you Leila, for being the voice that drives redirection within tough situations in a way that can help the mentee and the mentor.

A_dark_sharpieMy Current Favorite Podcast!I could listen to Leila’s content all day. Aside from providing value, she discusses her experiences and success in a humble way. She’s also very honest and touches on topics in business and relationships that most don’t really dive into.

BenMyslenskiStarted listening to AlexI originally started listening to Alex and then started following Leila because I needed advice on hiring. I originally thought you spoke way to fast but you have become so good at this that you are now one of my must listen podcasts. I’ve gotten actionable information I can implement and that really makes me happy. Keep up the good work. Updated 5/29/24: there are very few people in the world that do a better job than Leila and building teams, developing culture and running the operations of the business.

SammmijammLove this podcast!Discovered Leila from IG, and absolutely love her approach to business and the comparisons to how the principles can apply to both business and personal relationships. As somebody who has worked in business and also wants to learn more in other industries and be a better team player in general this has been so helpful recently. Love the direct approach from her about her personal systems, with also her openness, realness & humor added in. Thanks Leila!

BJuulPerfect podcast for women in businessI love listening to all the podcasters who have a proven track record of success. I started learning from her husband’s program a couple of years ago. But there is something about this podcast that - the way she presents the information- it is more actionable for me. I’ve only been listening for about a month and what I’ve taken action on is also affecting my bottom line. I suspect it’s because I’m a woman listening to a woman and it suits more how I think and engage with the world and my business. Highly recommended for everyone, but especially for women.

ally • @allyfrancesphoto1000/10 for this podcast. She speaks the TRUTH.I have known about Leila for quite some time I believe through Jasmine Star’s podcast. I just started listening to Leila’s podcast and I am immediately hooked. Every single episode I have listened to so far is speaking valuable education about business, the truth we need to hear, and honestly just tips on how to be a better person overall. I feel like listening to this podcast is giving me a crash course on how to just build myself up to be a better person and create better habits. For me, I do so well when I can listen to another woman who can give me the truth without sugarcoating it. This is exactly how she runs her show. If you want to be a better business owner and quite frankly be a better woman in your marriage and for yourself, listen to her show right now. I have been binging episodes to just absorb as much knowledge from her as I can. If you like to go on walks or you have long car rides, listen to her show while you’re doing this and you’ll be growing faster than you would’ve believed you could. Thank you so much for all of your advice and amazing education Leila, I know this will make me a better version of myself to take on 2024 (in business and in LIFE).

jayceenabrotzkyLove this podcastLeila is so smart and has so much experience I can learn from. So grateful she takes the time to make these episodes 🙏

likethatbutbetterLove but can you hire a new podcast editor?Leila, I’m a huge fan, but your podcast (and Alex’s) are cut so tight that they’re hard to listen to, even in 1x speed. Your editor needs to leave in normal pauses between sentences or ideas so we can process them. (And I say this as someone who listens to most podcasts on 1.5x!) Thanks for considering.

Jackson ItunesSuper awesome contentI'm in the "wantrepreneuer" phase and shes helped me identify where I'm at. I struggle with taking action and its awesome to know where I'm at so I know where to go. No ads is awesome too I love that about the podcast as well. Much love to the Mozi Nation. Listening to her husband (Alex Hormozi) helps me too. 5 Stars for both of their content. Thank you all

Betsy M.L.Nothing new3 episodes in and it sounds like any other Guru. A lot of her advice is geared towards disconnecting from community to hyper focus which is extremely toxic. Just not for me
-
Genibel MármolThank you, LeilaThank you for your honesty, especially when it comes to mental health. I appreciate your perspective because it’s a liberating one at least to me. There is so much more control when we accept that we alone are in control of at least our actions, and not having to follow our feelings and emotions. That they are fleeting. As a woman it seems our feelings are so up-and-down and all over so instead of being controlled by it I appreciate being able to accept that we do have some control around that. Listening to your podcast episodes on my morning walks and you’ve been inspiring and motivating! So a big thank you! -Genibel Mármol

Lauren Lo SilverThe BEST podcast for real resultsthe candor is so good! i listen to your podcast daily. I write notes on it while I am running, I take small pieces DAILY and make little changes. all of these little changes have made such a massive shift in the productivity of my team, which has increased the amount of revenue we make. Making money is the motive, but motivating my team is what helps to make the money and has made our business energy lighter, made us more productive, and made it enjoyable along the way.
