This is the same manic stuff she does on tik tok. She mentioned she was seeing a therapist because I wonder what kind of personality disorder they pegged her as. The same megalomania as trump just more manic and rambley. And fewer and fewer people know who she is now. Which seems to irk her a lot. Sad downfall 😓

Divorce stories were good but now they’re gone and they are on YouTube and it’s completely different content that I don’t want or need. I’m not looking for advice. I’m looking for what her life was like.

Normalize being single verses setting and staying in unhappy relationships.

The reason for 4 stars is that even though I love her and her content, she has WAY too many commercials; more than any other podcaster I listen to (and I listen to some great podcasters). The reason others have commercials is to fund getting great guests which they do but Bethenny rarely has guests but has extensive commercials, approx 1/3 of her show is commercials.

Bethenny loves Bethenny, she has no broadcasting experience and it shows, so repetitive and steamrolls over guests. Bethenny is INSUFFERABLE

Bethenny you are giving advice. We don’t need to hear you are the best at everything. Just give the advice. If you listen back you honestly say you are an expert at every single thing you are talking about. It’s unnecessary. It honestly makes you sound condescending, egotistical, and vain. You are taking away from the advice by constantly saying you are the best at “all the things” you don’t need to “mention it all” I think you will appeal to more people and not turn off the regular person if you stop doing that. Only other bad thing about this podcast and your other ones is half the time of the podcast is an advertisement. It’s too much A quick 15min pod will have 7+ minutes of adds… people with way less game and money don’t fill u their cat with advertisement Why do you have to do that much!

Please help!!! Your audio is lower than normal and then it fluctuates which is the kiss of DEATH to a pod cast because we put them on while doing things and really don’t want to have to turn it up only to be blasted with a commercial ( they are annoying enough) Thanks for the content

Ok. I’m a loyal listener, and I’ve said it before, I absolutely LOVE all of your content! The podcast you just put out about materialistic things and how people can “use” buying stuff to fill their needs is SPOT ON! I swear Bethany, you could be a phenomenal therapist!!! I’ve been in recovery for most of my life. I’m 52 years old, been married for 28 years, have 2 adult sons who are thriving. So I must be doing something right? But I suffer from severe celiac disease and POTS. I used to be an elite athlete, IRONMAN, fitness trainer, competitor. But the celiac took over my life, contributing to years of self harm and ED. I just got out of the hospital for the 4 time and struggled with depression and anxiety every day. My husband is amazing and very supportive. But it’s ME!!! Hard for me to accept ME. Lots of family/mom issues and trauma…. So I can TOTALLY RELATE TO ALL OF YOUR CONTENT! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR PERSONAL STRUGGLES! I appreciate it all so much. This is laughable. Bethanny is the LAST person who should give dating advice, one bad relationships after another - worst divorce in the planet - so much so, she just did a podcast on it. I’ll take advice from some who is in a solid, healthy relationship, not her.

When is part two coming out and if it’s not coming out why?

So grateful for this pod and Bethenny's honesty. Divorce is a dark hole that no one talks about. It is all consuming when divorcing a selfish person who puts themselves above the children and family. Appreciate all the honesty here. It’s real and it validates all the experiences people are living. Thank you!

I’ve always loved you since the first season of housewives and I love the beginning of wise, however, because of the reality reckoning thing, I felt like you were getting a little too greedy however, I owe you a huge, huge debt of apology because I had no idea as I’m sure the rest of the world didn’t what you had gone through through that divorce and I’m so grateful that you’re choosing to share this with the world and it genuinely does not feel like it’s coming from a place of hate or a place of revenge orusing it for your own advantage it really feels like it’s coming from place of trying to help and ensure that other people women or men do not fall victim to a situation as you did so Bravo to you and best of luck

This was an excellent podcast about divorce. Loved that there was no ex husband bashing and she stuck to the facts. Can’t wait for the next episode.

I watched Bethenny getting married & ever after. He seem like Prince Charming. I started watching again and you can see certain that you didn’t see before. Bethany would cut conversation short and stop talking. You can see that conversations were had at off camera. I’m glad she is free to speak her truth. The mess with the apartment was so disturbing. works so hard to build it and had to eventually sell it.

This podcast shows how money definitely doesn’t buy happiness. Bethenny is an absolutely miserable person who apparently thinks she is an expert on divorce. There is nothing helpful here. Not matter how much ill-will I felt towards an ex, there is no way I would ever speak about my child’s father this way. Disgusting.

I realize Bethany is quite a business woman. That is quite impressive, HOWEVER she sounds like a whiner and brat complaining about her marriage like she didn’t make that decision. She has never ever sounded like a loving woman. Please understand, she’s only an expert on building the business. As a person with a heart, she has much work to do.

I was super unsure about this. I kept thinking that this would be bashing Brynn’s dad. Nope. This is about protecting yourself and your child.

Your podcast is amazing! I am in an ongoing (two years so far) divorce battle with a complete narcissist who sought revenge and filed charges against me with regulatory authorities, sued my parents’ estate for the sake of freezing the estate, filed false police reports against our daughter, and then filed for bankruptcy to get around equitable distribution and stay the divorce in family court. Your advice that you are your own best advocate is spot on. Keep the advice coming!

I give Bethany a lot of credit to talk about the ugly side of divorce. She eloquently speaks to how media and society glamorizes the wedding and the ring but they don’t talk about the dirty stuff. All women should be educated on what entails in a marriage. Protect yourself ladies. Can’t stop listening. Keep them coming Bethany

I know in your narcissistic haze you won’t get this, but “GO TO SLEEP. YOU ARE CRAZY.” Your ex-husband has not said one word, given one interview, podcast, book, etc., but you are so evil you just can’t stop. Good job. You have created for your daughter EXACTLY what you claim you grew up with. One can only hope that she wakes up one day to discover the person you truly are.

I went into listening to this with an open mind but, only made it halfway. Where is it that you offer support or advice for people going through a divorce? Most of the time you were speaking about how important and successful you are.

Not Jason’s mom being the notary with an expired license. Jesus! I am sure she was just doing for her son what most moms would do but WOW! This is the shock of it all. I watched her on the show. Her clueless demeanor wasn’t so clueless huh?

Finally Bethenny is able to talk about this horrendous divorce. It’s insightful, invaluable and informative! She is methodical, practical and detailed and the stories are a cautionary tale for anyone who still owns a pair of rose colored glasses! I understand the intensity in her voice and the choice of words and even though there is no price for enduring ten years of torture, I hope Karma really does exist and she makes a fortune off of this sad chapter of her life!

Two sides to every situation

…and she’s not that great of a storyteller. She has an inflated sense of self, and it becomes really draining. Too much repetitive fluff and not enough plot. This is a grab for attention, and it does her a disservice.

Listening and learning. While it is about divorce. It is also about arming yourself with knowledge and tools and paying attention to details to just protect yourself. Awareness of yourself and how to move through situations.

Why would I listen to a podcast that is not helpful in building a genuine, solid foundation for a good marriage. Why is being in love a cautionary tale? To see love as a form of suffering is the wrong perspective of what love means. Maybe instead of deconstructing the stigma of divorce, focus on constructing a realistic view of love.

Great if you like your podcasts super short and dragged out with multiple long breaks for commercials. Ie mostly filler.

Love when tea is spilled, and really love hearing divorce tea. Love a messy b and Bethany fits the description. But… sometimes listening to her is like listening to Trump if he’d been a OG housewife. Everything she has done or will do was the biggest or the best and no one knows more than her or was ever more successful or witty (according to B herself obvs). Even her divorce was the “worst of all time” and also she knows the “most of anyone” about divorce (we can ask her attorney). I guess it’s true what they say, nothing in this life is free. For me the cost of admission is worth it —but it’s tea I can only drink in small does doses before it causes reflux.

She’s the best at divorce? Weird thing to pat yourself on the back about. This woman is so full of herself that it’s comical. Cashing in on divorce seems a little desperate. And her kid will hear this. Not cool.

Part One — me making more money than my partner was the downfall for me also, for the exact reasons described in this episode. I don’t make Bethenny money, but I have grown in my career and make a lot more money than I did when I met my partner. He became a SAHD unexpectedly, and in the beginning it was great, but I became resentful and he became resentful. I said things to him that, if I had heard my SAHM mom friends husband had said to her, would have made me want to kill a man for saying it to me. There were other issues, as with any relationship, but my success in my career was the problem that we could not overcome. That sounds insane and when I tell people the reasons he provided me for why he needed to leave, no one ever seems to get it, but it truly was the finances that broke this. Finances are a killer, and most people think it’s related to not having enough, but having enough seems to make it easier for finances to separate you …

Well done. I really hope that by telling the true story after years of gag orders, public misinformation and fear is therapeutic in the beginning of healing. I hope that this opportunity to tell her truth can release some the trauma Bethenny and her daughter have endured. PTSD lives on through Bethenny and it is real. Bethenny has my admiration.

Hard to listen to with the number of times that she asserts she knows everything she’s talking about, everything about divorce, that she could be a divorce lawyer, and that you can call this person and that person and verify that she is truly an expert. She’s also a forensics analyst, a spy, a financial whiz and an investigator. Whatever.

I was absolutely railroaded by my ex who had a lot of power and money. I stayed home and cared for our 4 children (2 that we adopted) for 15 years. When I asked for a divorce he lied, he made me out to be a terrible mother and took one of my children away for 2 years and tried to have me put in jail if I even looked at her. She now has seizures from it. Our divorce took 2 agonizing years and I ultimately ran out of money to fight and lost my babies to this narcissist. Every one of my children that turn 18 leave him and run to me. It’s been an absolute nightmare. I admire what you are doing. I’ve never uttered a word about this for fear and now I want my story told. 🩷🩷
