Highly recommend! Dr. Cathryn is the best!

    Love!
I love all of these episodes! And I'm so grateful for the way this podcast gives more of a voice to the toddler perspective that can so easily and quickly be misunderstood!

    My # 1 parenting podcast.
I love how Dr. Catherine makes this podcast really personal including her children and how she parented them. I’ve learned a lot from her and her reminder tonight be too hard on ourselves and making mistakes as relieved. A lot of my mom guilt. I have a few questions of my own and would like to ask in hopes that other parents might need this information as well.

    The best
Dr. Cathryn has really helped me understand myself as a mom and put myself in my toddlers shoes. Which made it easier to raise a good well behaved child

    Bite-Sized & Actionable
I love these podcasts! Short and to-the-point. I can nerd out on deep dives into research and enjoy a good meandering podcast conversation — but I need something I can make time for and use immediately. Particular episodes (read: whining episode) I play multiple times, as a mantra and so I can internalize scripts to help me navigate the next trickle toddler situation. My co-parent and I both listen and it helps to keep us on the same team.

    Best yet!
This is THE BEST podcast I have found for my situation. I have an aggressive five year old and am having a very hard time handling her. This Dr. “Dumbs” everything down into bite pieces of golden knowledge! I look forward to the new episodes!

    Very helpful explanations
I appreciate the helpful advice provided. I find myself agreeing with so much of what is mentioned. “Yup my toddler does do all those things.” Thank you for making them episodes short and to the point. Very easy to understand and apply.

    Excellent
Love that this is quick to listen to! Loving the topics too. Strategies already helping. I cant wait for the developmental episodes since it is hard how the “milestones” info stops after like 12-18m and we no longer know whats going on.
