I am so sad to see this show ending. I listened every day no matter what the subject was. This podcast really helped me talk about sports topics with my sports loving boyfriend. I will really miss the hosts & this show.

Love the banter and humorous reports by the presenters

First, The Lead and now Starting Five. I really don’t understand. I have enjoyed both shows and will miss them. I am so blown away because I look forward to them every morning. Thanks for putting together a great show and highlighting the sports for the day. You will be missed.

I’m very upset that this podcast is no longer. I looked forward to it every day no matter who was hosting. It was informative on sports I knew well and sports that were outside my normal following. Except hockey the could have done more hockey. I will miss all of them keeping me company on my drive to work. Good luck to you all

Absolute waste of time. The richest company in the world (Wondery is owned by Amazon) is now attempting to cut out any and all humanity from podcasting, by slowly replacing its hosts with AI, because it can. Even the parts of this show that are human are completely asinine. Don’t bother with this or any Wondery show.

I had been waiting for a podcast like this. bravo Wondery for providing us with something informative, insightful, and intelligent in a sea of tired clichés, hot takes, and bloated gasbag commentators. The only quibble I have is that when Sara and Tiffany anchor together they try and be too cute with their commentary and crack themselves up too often, but it is a minor quibble. Keep up the good work. Edit: I hate to do this, because I still think this podcast meets its main objective of being informative, but this has to be said. I can live with the laughing and the over modulating of her voice to emphasize a point, as well as the fact she shortened her name to “Tiff” to sound hip. However, someone needs to tell Tiffany Oshinski that this show is not about her. Can she please be quiet for more than 30 seconds? The guttural noises, out of context “uh-huhs and Pillsbury Doughboy like giggling when her co-host is speaking is beyond irritating and needs to be addressed if Wondery wants this show to be taken seriously as a sports news podcast with occasional jokes.

A perfect daily update. Brief enough to listen to regularly and very informative. Hosts are great.

If bad puns and dad jokes, combined with a little sports, are your thing, you will dig this podcast. I appreciate the quick info and scores, but the “witty” banter is cringe-worthy.

This podcast is informative and timely, but more importantly it puts a smile on my face every morning and who wouldn’t want to start their day with a smile?

Love starting my day with this podcast. The 5 topics are always relevant and the presenters are excellent!
