    Love this - finally a focused podcast for nightshifters!!!!
    Roger does a great job trying to help us. This podcast is truly excellent - and as far as I can figure out, it is the only podcast focused on shift work. Very targeted and therefore so fantastic! I appreciate the emphasis on night shift specifically - as this is a huge challenge beyond any other type of shift, work. Thank you, Roger, for all you do for this community of first responders, etc.

    Roger’s podcast is a Lifesaver!
    I am a new RN at age 50 starting my 2nd career working night shift. I was determined to do it healthily since I joined healthcare because of my passion for health. I was becoming discouraged because almost all the experts just talk about the horrors of night shift without any advice on how to survive it. Enter Roger!!! His podcast is EXACTLY what I was looking for! With our 24/7 global society, shift work is here to stay, and his podcast is literally saving lives of shift workers which in turn enables nurses, police officers, firefighters and all workers who keep critical services running for all people.
