Sandyw56Feb 15th showFun,fun!!! Leslie and Rochelle, thank you for recognizing the quilters who listen to you both by themselves. I have enjoyed you since the beginning by myself. I’m a retired nurse. I loved being a nurse for 45 years, but now I love being home. I tried quilting classes at my local quilt shop, but I misssed being home with my dog. Silly right? But that’s when I’m the happiest, being home and sewing, quilting. I have great church friends and family. But not quilting friends. And that’s ok! You don’t need to be anything more than you are now. I would imagine others feel the same as I do. God bless both of you Sandy Whitcraft

Ras55WWSomeone’s too loudWhy is Leslie’s voice 2-3 times louder than Rochelle’s? Please turn Leslie’s mic down. Love your show except for the political talk.

Tete1956Favorite Quilting PodcastI I’ve love love this podcast and look forward to hearing it. It’s funny and informative at the same time. I have learned lots of great lessons in quilting listening to it. I only have one comment. Your voice volume is not in sync. Leslie you are so loud I have to turn the volume down but Row your voice volume is so low I have to turn the sound up. You girls really need to fix this. It drives me crazy and that’s not a far drive. But I will continue to listen because I love you both!

JMJ765Finally lost me!It’s one thing to talk about things you know but to parrot senseless politicians without doing your research - shame on you! Assigning blame without real facts while fires still burn and offering questionable remedies is not what is needed. My son and his family are suffering and the quilt podcast I listen to is spouting unsubstantiated information. Again - shame on you. Unsubscribing to listen to those who subscribe to facts and to those who are show compassion without judgement.

California craftedKick them when their downDisgusting your prigish judgement on california mgmt . Did you know about 80 percent of the forests in california are FEDERAL yep that is Trumps failure his first go round to manage his forest Now california will have less money to pay taxes and subsidize poor and potential miss managed states like Oklahoma. Look it up the blues cover the states that flounder so thank not dish california we keep tour state from bankruptcy

JanaBanaFoFanaI prefer to keep politics out of quiltingSorry ladies but you finally lost me with you political take on the California wildfires. At least you came right out and said that you don’t care if you offend people. I choose kindness, empathy, and other places and people to spend my time with. Unsubscribe.

Christa QuiltsJust what I need in the sewing room.I recently found this podcast and I love it so much that I’m listening to the entire show from the beginning while I work on lots of “secret sewing.” Leslie and Rochelle are the perfect sewing room friends because they keep me entertained, but I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to respond. That’s great for someone like me who’s an introvert that *wants* to be an extrovert, but I’m not willing to put in the work to make it happen! 🤣🤣

TwistedStitcher2024Enough with the eating soundsI absolutely adore the podcasts and would give a five-star rating, but I cannot stand the eating sounds! I understand it’s your podcast and you can do what you want, but you’ve gotten so much feedback about it and refuse to change. Pretty sure you can make it through an hour recording without chomping on popcorn

KsuedeanOh my coffee!!How much coffee can one almost spit out on a drive to work? It’s hard to say as I’ve just recently started binge listening to this hilarious and engaging podcasts on my new commute to work. What I do know is that it almost happens every single time I listen, And I’m only up to January 2023! Thank you Leslie and Rochelle for coming into my life. I can’t say how much I look forward to my drive to and from work since I’ve found you. Happy quilting and starching from Annapolis, MD.

AnnaLoves2CreateLove your podcast! ❤️I found your podcast and binge listened to every episode. ☺️ I love you two!! The only down side, is now I have to wait an entire week for the next episode.

Colin5565VOLKSMARCH SOUTH DAKOTAI went with my dad to South Dakota and I overheard you explaining your inappropriate quilters podcast to someone on the crazy horse hike on September 29. I was fascinated!! Right when we got to the car for our 13 hour drive home we tuned in and we loved it. listened to it for the next 5 hours… and I’ve never even quilted in my life!!

threadsyAbsolutely love this pod!!!I found the pod midway through season 2 and absolutely love them. Their friend-chemistry is so fun to listen to, and they make me sad I live so far from Oklahoma and can’t join them in a retreat easily!!!! Thanks, Ro and Leslie, for letting us in to your friendly visits and sharing your love of the quilt-a-verse with us all!
-
SammiD.Used to Love it. Limit the Politics!I enjoy hearing about their quilting adventures and what’s going on in their lives. This was my favorite podcast for a while and I never missed an episode. Please, please limit the political talk. It keeps getting worse and it’s alienating listeners. If you want a more diverse listener audience, leave that off the podcast.
-
QuiltdkbPoliticalGenerally like the show but I wish they would not bring up politics. I want a show about quilting and don’t want to have to know how you are leaning politically.
-
RsummyFun conversationsHow much fun to listen and be part of the conversation with Leslie and Rachelle! So upbeat and filled with life. Thanks for sharing all your stories and happenings in your life! Every episode makes me smile and laugh!!
-
chatwellKeeps getting better and better!I love all the episodes and they just get better and better! I think the Speed Dating episode on June 28 is just about my favorite so far! All those ladies were facinating! I look forward to this podcast every week!
-
LaurenSewsGreat Listen! You never know from week to week what you will hear from Rochelle and Leslie. Lots of laughs and hilarious shenanigans, and a few serious life subjects. You ladies never disappoint!
-
CaribouloverToo funny! Thanks for the laughs and motivational podcast. I’ve enjoyed every episode. Leslie, you set me straight on how to pronounce your name; so here’s one for you. There is no “q” in coupon. Drives me crazy. I thought you’d like to know 🤓. Rochelle - your life is so full of fun things! I learn so much from you. Love you both, Mim22 (my 2 Grandchildren call me Mim)

Cece_sews2Love this podcastI think it was almost two years ago that I started listening to you all. You all join me in my sewing room every week. 😄 I appreciated the Mother’s Day tribute as I lost my mom just two years ago. Leslie, I was so sorry to hear about you losing your mom and Rochelle, I was so sorry to hear about your dad’s passing a few months ago. I lost my dad just the week before my mom and the podcast where you shared about losing your dad brought up sad memories but was also healing for me. Just wanted to say I appreciated your personal sharing. I wanted to comment on something Leslie said that “God doesn’t give us more than we can handle.” I used to think that was in the Bible but as I said I lost my parents a week apart, really the same day, as mom had a stroke just hours after dad passed (from a long battle with cancer). I learned that the Bible doesn’t say that exactly, but rather that He won’t give us more than we can handle Together. Love listening to you all, you make me laugh and so many times the things you talk about are something I’m dealing with or reading about or hearing about in other places . Keep up the great work girls!

JKVSiouxCityThanks for the Tribute to Mom episodeI've been listening to this podcast for a few months. Funny and entertaining...with interesting information about quilting, the quilting world, and their projects. They do sprinkle in a lot of fun about their own lives which is fun to listen too. The Tribute to Mom episode was a moving, honest, courageous one... having lost my own Mom this year I appreciated it very much. Thanks, ladies.

Quilting by CharInappropriate QuiltersI started listening from the beginning and look forward to this every Saturday morning as I sew. I started quilting very similar to Leslie . I too work a full time job but this is my peace , my sanity, my therapy. You both have given me so many laughs. I can only hope you both can find peace and comfort knowing the joy you have brought to so many. Praying for you both as you navigate life after the passing of a parent 🙏🏻
-
DozagirlYou two are my new BF’s!I started listening from the beginning and just finished the episode where Rochelle is on Zoom and dealing with her parents medical issues (I’m too lazy to go back and look at the episode #)! I’m from South Louisiana and I’m 66 years old. I find y’all are so much like me it’s not even funny! I’m retired now and I traveled all over the world with my job so I’m like Rochelle in all her travels and her walking all the time. I’m a big morning walker too. Leslie, first of all that’s my daughters name, and secondly I camp, I love Camille, Lori H., I have a Laura Star lift. And I love retreats! Going with my Stitch Sisters in a few weeks to Mississippi for our Spring retreat. I just love listening to y’all while I’m on my morning walk and when I sew. And you’ve got me interested in True Crime after I listened to Kimberly’s episode. You’ve replaced a lot of my YouTube viewing time! Keep it up and I’ll keep listening!
-
5kmonsterI am so glad I discovered this podcastThe two of you get me through good and bad days with your stories. I started with the first podcast while driving to my moms home (2 hours away from my home) and listen to the new ones when I’m alone in my sewing building. I hope to meet the two of you in person one day.

Sew BellaLove this show!I get such a kick out of you ladies bantering back and forth every week. It’s just hysterical! I’ve listened to many other podcasts and there isn’t the same type of chemistry out there that you two share. Love hearing about your BFF’s Jenny, Doug and Angela too. When I learned early on that you haven’t know each other your whole lives, I was shocked. You chat as if you've known each other for decades. Call me a stalker, but I made some bunting for my sewing room window like Leslie’s. It just makes me so happy. I enjoy hearing about the quilts Leslie makes, the new camper and the precious grand babies. I also enjoy hearing about Rochelle’s travels (I’m in AZ…love when she talks about AZ) and the pet portraits. I’ve noticed she has such a giving heart. In fact, Rochelle is always giving Leslie little gifts. Dang Leslie is so spoiled! There must be fruit flies all over that girl. Whew-weee! Keep those great shows airing! Thank you!

Debbie sewsRochelle the RocketteHave just discovered your podcast lately and I love it!! I’ve been binge listening from the beginning. My husband is always asking me what I’m laughing at! Anywho - have you tried York Peppermint Patties frozen? Delicious!!
-
PandutchSo much fun!Rochelle and Leslie welcome you in and share their tale and tips. I have laughed so much with this dynamic duo. They really make my day.
-
thaiquilterSewing room friendsThe episode I listened to today again mentioned Ro and Leslie as being “quilting room friends” for those of us who don’t have a lot of quilty friends. This is so true, I am an expat in a remote area of SE Asia and I love listening to these “friends” as I sew. I hope to meet them in person someday but they really brighten life for me in the meantime!
-
SarvsI listen every single weekI just love these 2. You can tell how much they like each other. Both are creative souls that have different approaches-which I love. I was thinking it would have colorful language and racy stories…not so much! That is okay because this grandma should have a bit less in my own life. Give it a listen and you will love them too.
-
kg4asuA fun podcast!Leslie and Rochelle have a ton of energy and jump from subject so this isn’t 100% quilt talk, which I love!! Upbeat and silly, you will laugh!
-
MissesStitchesGreat Podcast!I love the two of you, Leslie and Rochelle! I’m always so happy when I see that a new podcast has shown up. I love to listen to you in the car, and I’m a very proud wearer of an Inappropriate Quilters t-shirt. Keep on bein’ inappropriate! Love Jan aka MissesStitches

The Big HodMy fav quilting podcastI have tried MANY different quilting based podcasts. This is my favorite by far and the only one where I get excited about new episodes when they come out. These girls are so likable and fun! I wish I had a quilting friend like them to hang out with in my real life.
-
AkLollySewing with Friends!I absolutely listening to Leslie & Rochelle, even when they aren’t talking about quilting! It feels like I’m in a room sewing with my girlfriends! I am completely addicted to this Podcast! Thanks for the laughs, ladies!
-
RebaQuiltsLaugh out loud funnyCan’t wait for each episode, today’s was laugh out loud funny, waiting for just the wrong moment to get tattooed, hilarious. Love the tips friendship and inspiration! Thanks for sending us this bright moment each week 💕

CathyGrThank you!Thank you for your entertaining podcast. I appreciate that you do this podcast for quilters. You don’t target your show for a certain age group or for a certain type of quilt maker….. traditional, modern, art, etc… You focus your show on friendship and making connections with people who have similar interests. Open-minded people can learn from anybody. It doesn’t matter if they’re an ‘old lady’, gen x, gen z, millennial, etc. I’ve listened to all of your podcasts and have enjoyed all of them. I’ve laughed and cried. Never once have I felt put down or laughed at. You ladies, are both NICE and KIND. The two most important things to be!! Stay inappropriate!!

Nonnie of 14The Garden of QuiltsLove you girls ❤️ Oh girls! You need to go to Ashton Gardens at Thanksgiving Point to see the Garden of Quilts! It’s amazing!!! The gardens are amazing!!! There is a huge waterfall in the gardens. There is so much to see that you need to go to their website. The presentations are amazing. The Doan girl’s presentation is amazing! Classes are held in different parts of the museum on site. Your men can golf while you’re quilting. The quilts are amazing! It was an amazing experience!
-
Karen L VSO GOOD!You gals make my day! Love listening while sewing or when the husband has some bad TV show on and I don’t want to heard it :) I want a t-shirt but will wait until the “Pod Squad” shirts are available. Thanks for sharing your lives with us. Karen V
-
STL_GailWhy bring politics into itI loved this podcast until the recent one. I wonder if you would feel the same way about the coach if he was Muslim and doing his prayers publicly after a game. Alan Dershowitz also defended Jeffrey Epstein, child rapist and actually is arguing against Trump these days. I’m surrounded by politics all the time, I don’t need it in my fun podcasts. I had to stop listening.
-
Micka_KayThe BestThank you so much for creating this podcast! I am so glad I found it! Listening to you makes my day!
-
FBG GalLove These Gals!Discovered this hodge podge recently and started binge-listening while I drive, sew, and clean my quilter’s retreat house to get the back stories on all the fun stuff. Love love love! I recently got 4 new young chickens. Two are named Merlot and Malbec and the other two are now named Leslie and Rochelle!
-
Momof3gradsVery entertaining! Thanks for the weekly fun and laughter around the world of quilting.

SewluckyLisaInappropriate QuiltersA must listen to podcast that will literally keep you in stitches!! Leslie and Rochelle, are entertaining, informative, and tons of fun!! My go to podcast for when I’m in my “happy place” sewing the day away. Thank you, Leslie and Rochelle for bringing even more joy and laughter into my life!! You’re both “SEW” special!
-
individual511Love this programI love how these lovely ladies chat about quilting and life as if they were right in your home chatting firstly with you like old friends. I laugh so hard and have such a happy disposition after listening on Saturdays. My friends love my t-shirt and I tell them all about the Inappropriate Quilters. Keep it up gals! You are just such hoot!
-
Romaninsky“Real” quilters!I’m a fairly new quilter who learned through YouTube. LOVe this podcast for many reasons. 1. They are hysterical! 2. They are authentic 3. They are welcoming and real to those of us that aren’t generational quilters OR perfectionist quilters 4. They hail from my home state and while I haven’t lived in Oklahoma for 25 years, make me remember there are good people in Oklahoma. They are my inappropriate soul sisters! Listen if you love quilting, laughing, and learning about great Etsy sites! Only complaint, wish everyday there would be a new episode!
-
Spidermonkey SpinnerIn-appropriate quiltersYou talked about Instagram, Facebook and something called threads. I wish you had a Facebook page called “In-appropriate Quilter’s” for all of your followers! Everyone can share their projects and we can see your projects and where you’ve been on retreats, etc. You could add links like your Podcast. Just a suggestion but I think your fans would love it!
