    Great ideas!
Our school put on a Wellness Day. It was such a success!! I had multiple teachers email me or text or tell me in person that it was one of their greatest days in education!! All the kids loved it and want us to do this every early release. Of course we can’t do that, but thank you for sharing the Wellness Day podcast!!

    So helpful!
This podcast really helped to give me confidence and ideas as a new counselor. As far as specific episodes that were extremely helpful- the decision day one because I just listened to that one, the solution focus one, the cte partnerships one and the frequent flyer one. Each episode, left me feeling like “oh that’s interesting.”

    Simply Amazing!
As a school counseling candidate in my last semester of grad school, I absolutely LOVE this podcast! Although I am gaining great experience in through my internship, this podcast fills all the gaps or maybe things I am unsure about. I also love that the podcasts are not overwhelmingly long. I can turn on an episode as I’m heading to work or my internship and get solid information! Love love love it!

Great for Counselors, Teachers, AND Administrators!
Lauren’s podcast is full of relatable and easy-to-implement ideas for counselors, teachers and administrators. As a former teacher and middle school assistant principal, I am either laughing and/or nodding during each episode (and on IG). I had the privilege of being a guest on Lauren’s podcast and she was extremely professional, but also VERY easy to talk to. I felt like her preparation made all the difference in creating valuable content for her listeners! —Khristen Massic, CTE Teaching Strategies
