I had multiple teachers email me or text or tell me in person that it was one of their greatest days in education!! All the kids loved it and want us to do this every early release. Of course we can’t do that, but thank you for sharing the Wellness Day podcast!!

JmassicGreat for Counselors, Teachers, AND Administrators!Lauren’s podcast is full of relatable and easy-to-implement ideas for counselors, teachers and administrators. As a former teacher and middle school assistant principal, I am either laughing and/or nodding during each episode (and on IG). I had the privilege of being a guest on Lauren’s podcast and she was extremely professional, but also VERY easy to talk to. I felt like her preparation made all the difference in creating valuable content for her listeners! —Khristen Massic, CTE Teaching Strategies
