comtnhunterSimple, Honest and InspiringI feel like todays society has conditioned us to be impatient with everything, and to want immediate results and gratification. This spills over into training and nutrition with advertisements for the next “secret sauce” that just melts fat like butter or packs on muscle with little effort. Kyle and V2P’s simple and effective approach to nutrition is super refreshing. The fact that this podcast is a free resource packed full of golden nuggets of nutritional info just speaks to Kyle’s passion for helping people jump their nutritional hurdles to success! The way that Kyle simplifies such a complex portion of training (where most folks struggle) will inspire you to continue on towards your goals by giving you the knowledge you’ll never find in a bottle or in some fad diet! I would say this podcast may be a great catalyst for anyone looking to dial in the nutrition portion of their training, or just create a healthier lifestyle for themselves!

Dsalz2185Believe it.Kyle changed my life. Period. I used to be an excuse maker. “Genetics, slow metabolism, a physical inability to feel full” you name it, I blamed it. When I started working with Kyle he listened to all my excuses and then presented me with a plan. All I had to do was stick with it. At first I followed his guidance religiously because I couldn’t wait to prove him wrong, after all I had convinced myself I was the exception to the rule. Later, and still I follow his guidance because he’s right, he believed in me, and I’ve seen tremendous sustained changes in my body composition, eating habits, and mentality towards food and fueling my body. Subscribe and really listen. It is all as simple as he makes it sound. Thanks again Kyle! Dan S.
