I love sports. I was exited to try this sports podcast. But I get so distracted by the fact that the host loves and voted for a President who has unleashed an economic collapse upon the country. So hard to listen because he never shuts up about politics, yet won’t admit he voted for someone who has destroyed trillions in American wealth in just a few weeks.

The reason the Brewing Company finally took your call is that Trump has sufficiently tanked the market to shrink your swollen head enough to get it through the tavern’s doorway.

What can you say that hasn’t been said already! Joe B is the most passionate SportsTalk host in the industry. He is very knowledgeable about all things sports related, but his passion really shines through when he talks about his woah begotten Mets, Jets, Rangers, and Knickerbocker‘s. I’ve been listening to Joe since his overnight stint on WFAN radio. His midday show and later afternoon drive time for the soundtracks to my working days. Joe’s rants are priceless! My favorite is when Joe slammed his desk and said that he could pick out a better head coach for the Jets than the current management team. I especially loved when he blasted Brian Costello and told him to “get outta here”! Joe, you are a New York sports institution! All the love!

Joe was a favorite of mine on wfan for a long time. Sadly, that Joe is gone. What we now have is a fox-washed, NY post moron regurgitating the same takes from the well that went dry a long time ago. If he stuck to sports only it would still be only barely tolerable. My dose of Joe will be limited to his reduced slot on Saturday mornings where he belongs. There he has interesting guests at least. Sometimes.

How can anyone who cares about democracy in this country vote for Trump? What is so appealing about this guy. He cut the corporate tax rate, did he do that for working people? No! He’s a billionaire that hasn’t worked a day in his life and can’t relate at all to the struggles working people endure every day. Because you don’t have an understanding of class power in this country of course people like you will vote for Trump. He’s also a xenophobic, ranting about so called migrant crimes. What about corporate crimes, how come he’s not talking about that!! Why is that you sports guys feel compelled to talk about history and politics when you know so little about each topic? Stick with sports and keep your ignorance about other topics to yourself please.

I began listening to this podcast to hear about Jets, Mets and Knicks, not to hear Benigno’s political views. I no longer follow it.

Loved Joe on WFAN. This podcast is laughable. He has Robert Salah on and lost his head up Salah's rear end. All season long bashing and ripping him. Telling us how he has to go he isn't the answer. Not only wasn't he cleaning Salah's colon with his lips, he's planning a round of golf with him. I thought you were better than that Joe.

His negativity and ridiculous takes are getting old. Guy stopped being a Jets fan years ago. All he wants to do is blow things up and start over date a lost. Tired of his political undertones and MAGA takes on a sports podcast. Dude needs to stay retired because he is painful to listen to now a days. He used to be my favorite back in his overnight days. I remember his guest hosting in the 90’s. Guy really has done a 180 since those days.

I go back with Joe decades to the 90s when he did overnights and stayed with him through his retirement. Really seems like Evan was the reason he stayed in check later on. It's sad that his mind seems to have brainwashed like some other people we may have in our lives, and he turned what's supposed to be a sports podcast into a platform for Fox News misinformation. Since Joe retired from the radio, he has gone off the deep end. He had a niche talking about the Mets and Jets, but now he thinks he understands politics. Talk about a clueless old man sitting in his basement out of touch with reality. He should turn off the microphone before he embarrasses himself more.

Joe B has always been my guy. I’ve listened since before he was even paired up with Evan on the FAN, and he was always the kind of classic older guy that fell on the lovable side of curmudgeonly. Since taking a break and returning (hints of it in his last year on WFAN maybe), though, he sounds sort of increasingly bitter in almost a way that makes me feel bad for him. He seems like he just sets up his tv to fox/newsmax and let’s the brainwashing begin, only checking in on sports, whereas it used to be something he was on top of day to day. He almost can’t help himself now, tossing in random jabs at democrats and weird, out of place compliments of Trump and DeSantis. It actually makes this show way worse than it could be. I’m totally fine with everyone having and sharing their own views, but Joe has let it eclipse the enjoyment his hosting once gave me (and others it seems, based on the reviews) in years past. Maybe he needed Evan to keep him balanced out a bit, not in terms of politics, but in terms of keeping the show flowing in a normal, on topic way (Evan’s got his hands even more full now though dealing with Carton). Wish Joe & Evan were still co-hosting.

I found out about this right after the superbowl. Binge listening to all the back episodes. A lot of pain to catch up on. Gave up on the FAN after Joe left. Was a listener since it was WHN 1050 and the Mets station with Howie Rose. The Joe B overnights were legendary. It actually caused my first wife to leave cause I had the radio on under my pillow at night. That was “must listen” radio. All the love bro!
