Empowering and informative

I always feel a bit more empowered and emboldened after listening to these pods, a good reminder to slow down and be less urgent. Very validating on how it feels to be a projector. I appreciate all the tips too. ❣️ I love the “remember who you are” quote at the end too! Very powerful ✨

Good pod, but…

I like the podcast, but I really wish people knew that you need to hydrate before public speaking or recording yourself. Neurodivergent / misophonic people are extremely sensitive to mouth noises
