IfOnlyLactomancyWasReal10/10 Awesome ShowI discovered I Cast Fireball though ImpTab and am loving it. With the way the second campaign is going though, maybe yall should call it I Cast Suggestion! Also find it funny that Max is getting women thrown at him while Buster is getting his heart stolen. PS: The best part is that yall are intentionally family friendly.
-
Frogtoad_dsFor the Second TimeThis is the second time that I have been listening to this podcast. It is great. I recommend it to anyone. Keep it going Crossfire!😉
-
The Bad SheepEntertaining and InspiringThis is a great show! I love the dynamics of the whole group and how they can all work together to tell great stories. Season one was my absolute favorite, and it got me to want to DM for my friends. I think it is hilarious how Ned’s characters always seem to become the leader of the group. Can’t wait to hear more!
-
Knight of the Silent KingdomAbsolutely Brilliant!!!Amazing storytelling and fantastic characters! I love the group’s dynamic! It’s so easy to get lost in the world and the story that’s unfolding. Thank you!!!

PruneJuice296010/10I cannot stress how good this podcast is, if you are looking for a DnD podcast, then this is perfect it's kid friendly funny, and helps you come up with characters or campaigns. The plot is great and they keep it moving forward without railroad ing or rushing it, the character arcs are perfect and don't feel forced at all. This is an all around perfect podcast! I'm creating my first campaign and this podcast has helped so much its informational and fun, 5 stars. -Ilan

Name’s GreaekEasiest 5 stars I could give.Leave your [insert other show] expectations at the door and give this podcast the chance it deserves. I love this show; the cast brings exciting energy to every episode. A DM who brings as much creativity as he does clever mechanics, a unique cast of characters that capture the imagination, and an editor who takes all that good stuff to 11 with some of the best sound design I have heard on any actual play. If I could give more stars, I would.
-

Anonymousnarwhal07Already So AmazingI am barely into episode 2 and I already love this podcast!!!! The players are so invested into the story and into their characters. The DM is also so good and fun making fun encounters for the players and hilarious and amazing descriptions. I also happen to be going through a tough time and this is such a cheerful and happy podcast that it is been so helpful. I would completely recommend to anyone 10,000/10.

cbeck36A great table feel and plenty of shenanigans!I Cast Fireball was my first D&D podcast I ever listened to, and it did not disappoint. The podcast has a great table feel and are very supportive of each other. Thomas (the DM) and the cast do a great job bringing the world alive through descriptive storytelling and humorous characters. The audio and effects are fantastic, and the production quality is very good- always easy on the ears. Well worth a listen! - Colin

get good1211This is the best dnd podcast I’ve ever listened to.I cast fire ball is one of the best family friendly actual play podcasts out there. It has good characters with depth and great role play, with just enough humor here and and there… there also, . . . Maybe over here as well. The dm Tomas is incredible and he has inspired me to start dming for my friends! I have Learned a lot about role play and how to be a good dm by listening.
-
catfish turtleTop TierThis podcast is amazing it rivals if not surpasses Sneak Attack in almost every aspect. I LOVE IT
-
SharkMuffinRawrLove this so muchLove this show so much! Fleeple and is my favorite character. Keep doing what your doing!
-
TheXanatharAn Epic AdventureThis podcast is great. From episode one to episode ninety, it keeps you wanting to know what happens. It’s funny, creative, and the role play is incredibly deep and emotional. It’s very satisfying to see how far the party has come, and I have high hopes for the upcoming finale. If you haven’t listened to this podcast yet: what are you waiting for? Update: episode 98 was insane! One of the best yet.
-
PinchDinchSuper fun and engaging D&D!I’m 9 episodes in and loving it. Solid DM, great cast, engaging story and excellent improvisational character and team development. And the best part is that it’s clean and especially family friendly in the face of so many other D&D/rpg podcasts that seem to have contests on how vulgar they can be. Keep up the excellent adventuring!!
-
Jimmyboi2029So good!!!Gotta say, I love this show so much! It’s hard to find clean, entertaining, DnD podcasts and this is one of the best I’ve listened to! Thanks for making me smile every day!
-
Robing81A creative, family friendly DND actual play!I’m a relatively new DND player (playing since 2019), and when I started playing, I got hooked on Critical Role. The only problem? I wanted to listen to it while driving, but I have kids…if any of you have ever heard Critical Role, we’ll, you know how the language and innuendos can get. “I Cast Fireball” gives the same stellar storytelling and endearing characters as Critical Role does without the foul language. My kids and I love listening to Thomas DM, Mickey with her sound editing and the antics of Fleeple, Mal and Lance. We’re only on episode 7 and we’re hooked! I’m going to be sad when we finish listening to the series, and I hope that they make many more in the future!

StartrekstarOne of the Greatest DnD Podcasts of All TimeI cannot express how much joy this podcast brings me. I found it difficult to find clean, family friendly DnD podcasts and this one *delivers* one hundred fold. The players and DM are engaging in how they interact and tell this epic story, and I adore the characters and their nuances. The quality is fantastic, and they never fail to make me laugh, cry (or cry from laughing), or keep guessing what’s going to happen next. I’m hooked and tell everyone DnD player I know to listen to this amazing podcast.
-
still a thinkerBetter than Critical Role. No, really. I would give this story-telling band SIX stars - no! Seven! - if I could somehow. They have made me burst out laughing, gasp in amazement, quirk my head in puzzlement, and tear up; all while bustling around at work, around coworkers. Cannot convey fully just how stunning this podcast is.
-
Story S.Did I make an Itunes account to review this Podcast? Yeah. Yeah I did.Okay, I listen on Spotify. Not Itunes. The challenge to create and login was quite a hassle. But was it worth the effort. IS THE PODCAST WORTH THE 5 STARS? Absofreakinlutely. It is quite possibly the most professional clean podcast I have ever listened to. (It has quickly become my favorite) And let me tell you I've listened to quite a few by now. (5 others actually, including Sneak Attack. My introductory DND Podcast.) After 500 hours of DND podcasts (and probably only like 4 actual DND sessions )': I have to tell you. Check this podcast out. The charactization is, the Best. I haven't ever listened to deeper story telling and role playing. Ever. Seriously. IT is absolutely incredible. I await the new episodes even still and the second I remember that Wednesdays are update days, my eyes, and literal day light up. Thank you guys for creating this podcast. I will die a hardcore fan. (But hopefully not die soon! I need to listen to more!)

Dragon king 3987Enthralling and inspiringI started listening to you guys not to long ago and I am in love with the story. My favorite character is by far Lance and Fleeple, they just make me laugh every single time they do their shenanigans. I also love the depth and detail that you have put into Malamaras backstory and the patron. I am very annoyed with you all! You need to come out with more episodes more often. By the way my name is Colvin.
-
celestiaastreaFun to listen to and lovable charactersMy husband recently started listening to you guys and recommended you guys to me! We both absolutely love it so far. :) And from another podcast cast member , your quality is very good! Honestly something I aim for ours to be one day. I look forward to continuing and catching up. 💙

Nathan 4 FleepleAmazing Story, Combat, and CharactersThis is an amazing podcast where every episode, I’m at the edge of whatever seat I’m sitting in. The character’s inactions are my favorite and I love their differences. The DM’s way the story is conveyed always has me intently listening. It’s hard to find great podcasts like this. Overall, would definitely recommend this, whether you’re an expert in D&D or you don’t even understand the rules.
-
KenosakiThis podcast is fire.Hands down one of the best actual play podcasts I've listened to. I Cast Fireball is perfectly balanced between high production quality, and real "at the table" feel. All of the players have created characters who are compelling, and feel genuine. Thomas does a great job as DM, and I especially love the way he integrates other adventures into the module. I look forward to every episode, and have yet to be disappointed. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, keep up the great work guys!
-
ed4269GreatI’ve been listening to this for a couple weeks now it’s great funny and clean and I love your characters and you guys I’ve also finished imptab
-
Skyseer JorrimGreat story, great characters, and most of all clean!!!This is my all time favorite podcast. One of the high lights of my week is listening to the next episode and I very much appreciate that I don’t have to be watching out for anything inappropriate coming on when I least expect it! You guys rock! And God bless you.
-
FoxTail@FoxTail’sBooks&StoriesThank youWOW!! This is awesome! The story is in such depth, you guys do an amazing job at keeping things clean! I think you and the cast of Titans all’terra should do a one shot together! EVERYONE IN BOTH PODCASTS WOULD BE MY DREAM COME TRUE!!!
-
McFlufThank you for the family friendly podcastIt is so hard to find a D&D podcast I can listen too out loud with my kids around. Great characters and great table chemistry. Thank you.
-
Garbanzo-3Character development!Wonderful show with some of the best character development I’ve heard in a D&D podcast. The story is based on a published campaign but I think even if you’ve already played Tyranny of Dragons you’ll still have lots of fun and there will be lots of surprises. The stated homebrew additions have been terrific. Thanks for keeping it clean.
-
ŁŁĀMĀThank You!I know the effort it takes to make a podcast, and to release almost weekly is incredible. I was introduced to ICF by titans of al’terra which I was introduced to from sneak attack, so it is a full circle!!! The fact that it is clean and family friendly makes it even better, as I have had some issues with other rpg podcasts before. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
-
TheTunaNetFinally, a quality clean D&D podcast!“I Cast Fireball” stands tall with the best of D&D content. The cast is talented and personable - all wonderful storytellers and voice actors. The production quality of this show is second to none, and I personally really appreciate the more family-friendly content. Highly recommend listening, even if you’re not a D&D fan! Highly entertaining.

Riled NerdGreat production! From sound effects, background music, the cast, and the GM this podcast is top quality. It’s very impressive. They have a lot of fun and are entertaining. I’m 4 episodes in and excited to catch up! Seems like there’s a good world built and an exciting story unfolding.
-
Arson ElfStunning, simply lost for wordsThis podcast beautifully combines high stakes nail biting suspense and thrill with clean and clever acting! The roll play and character development is like nothing I’ve ever seen, this is definitely in my top picks for good, clean, and fun! This has been an absolute joy listening to and I find myself every week on the edge of my seat waiting for the next episode. I love the cast and all the effort they put I to this, thanks for setting my week on fire!!

ADiscipleofChristCan’t stop listeningThis podcast is so awesome. I can’t stop listening. I just keep wanting to know what happens next

scipio31D&D Podcasting Done RightIn a sea of podcasting shows, this one stands out. Good sound quality and well balanced voice acting makes this a treat to listen to. The extra production with editing and sound effects only adds to the performance. My only feedback is this crew needs to focus more on social media, better website, marketing and donation/subscriptions. This is clearly a labor of love by the team and I would love to see it grow and continue for years to come. Having a growing community would go along way to help out with that effort. A central location online feels like it’s missing right now (Facebook page, website, discord server)., something for fans to coalesce around. Otherwise, great work so far and I look forward to more great content.
-
yayforreviewsEntertaining for everyoneI’m loving this! I’ve wanted to get my kids into D&D, but here’s the struggle: where can I go to get something family friendly and still a quality storytelling that I can enjoy? Here. You can tell that the creators of this podcast put a TON of effort into it, and I’m definitely going to be recommending this around.
-
KnoknamekneededFaith restored!I had almost given up searching for a clean, entertaining, well-produced actual play podcast and only reluctantly tried this one after “Mal” mentioned it in an FB group. SO glad I did. This one has been a delight! I’m just starting episode 24. I love both the characters’ and participants’ interactions with each other. It gets me looking forward to my commute, and I’m disappointed when I didn’t download enough episodes to last the whole drive. I rarely leave reviews, but they earned it out of me. Keep up the great work! Please and thanks!

Sir UrquhartBest podcast I’ve found yet!A few weeks ago, I was asking around for a good clean actual play podcast and got pointed toward this. I was expecting something to pass the time and keep me mildly entertained on my daily commute, but what I found was a gripping story with compelling and lovable characters with just the right balance of serious epic fantasy and goofy fun-times. And on top of all that, the editing is clearly professional level. It is everything I hoped for in a D&D podcast but never dared to expect.
