As I’m writing this, the US Supreme Court has just stripped away more of our human rights including a woman’s right to choose. The Handmaids Tale is happening in front of our very eyes. Good podcast by the way.

Good show however when I refresh my podcast shows this show says it’s updated but there’s nothing past episode 6 which is a bummer I feel like there could be more to the show would rate higher but if there was supposed to be more episodes when there is none if this show says it’s updated but not

This is simply an outstanding audio drama.

I couldn’t stop listening! I was so interested and on the edge of my seat the whole time! Best Podcast I’ve listened to!

I love the show and this helped me get a fix with a slightly different perspective.

I’m not usually one for scripted drama type podcasts but this one really kept me listening and paying attention.

I haven’t read the book so am just going off the podcast, but the content struck me as formulaic, white-washed (read: white) entitled pablum.

In 15 years this could very likely be our reality. These evangelicals have been getting into positions of power all over and people have been begging for our 1st and 4th amendment rights to be revoked

Shocked at how little promotion this show got and how little reviews this show has. Maybe it’ll be promoted more in Audible or on AmazonMusic? It’s great! I’m telling everyone I know.

I like the way this podcast flows & really feels like I’m reading since I can use my own creative imagination to interpret what things might look like in this terrifying other world. I am an avid lover of horror & thriller. Even with all of the excellent fear inducing books I’ve read & movies I’ve seen- this IS truly horrifying. Some of what I hear & visualize takes my breath away & gives me the heebie geebies & then I’m overcome by gratitude that this is fiction. But sometimes humans vs. humans can be worse than any monster, demon, ghost, etc. I am so relieved that THIS IS ALL FICTION. This story is a real eye opener. It humbles me & causes me to appreciate the little things that I take for granted & sometimes even complain about, such as right now...driving to my job in my car as a single woman in the US with her beloved independence. That’s some good writing!

I love the book. This podcast is so much fun! I love it.

I love the Hulu series, but I fell in love with the novel many years before. This follows the book very closely and brought back that fascinated, uncanny, frightened feelings that I get every time I’ve read it. The voice acting is superb and I had to check the credits to make sure Ann Dowd wasn’t smuggled in to voice Aunt Lydia. The Commander’s voice was eerily similar to what he sounded like in my mind, as was Offred’s.

Would love to watch but episodes come out so slowwwww

I binged this on Wondery+ when they released it there last year and it was amazing. Really great storytelling and sound quality.
