I found this podcast about a year ago , I ace found it so educacional, I have learned so much that I didn’t know for 55 years of my life , I have been able to make changes to help me as I age . I love it that is not complicated language or science talk everyone can grasp it , it and it brings so Much help to our community Thank you , thank you Kathia Bair

The message is good but the background music in some episodes is very annoying and is hard to hear and understand, hope they just focus n the dialogue and remove this, so far has a great point!
