I love the podcast but idk what was going on on the most recent episode. Couldn’t agree w any of the responses. Felt like Morgan wasnt even trying to understand the other side… Maybe it was bc usually Lauren advocates for the other side…

Guys…. When you go to an away sporting event (specifically nfl) you never wear an away jersey, unless you want to be heckled. Be for real. “Dehumanizing because they’re in a different group than us”. You’re in the minority at a sporting event with a bunch of drunk idiots. Think about it.

This podcast is great for your commute or a long drive absolutely! Love the stories they choose, they’re very interesting and take some crazy turns. My only issue is that as an independent, their political views getting annoying very quickly. There’s some stories that their takes are clearly influenced heavily by their views and Morgan and her regular cohosts seriously struggle with removing their own bias for normal takes. There’s been quite a few stories that I was baffled how they came to the conclusion of their takes and seriously questioned if it was the same story. Everything is so politicized nowadays that having an hour or two without it would be nice. Morgan also sometimes gets annoying stepping into almost a savior role on stories and situations she admits she’s never been in. I’m mixed and grew up middle class so there’s just as many that I can’t speak on but again I just wouldn’t speak on it. If you don’t know anything about what you’re saying then don’t say it, they’ve crossed the line many times. Bottom line, it’s a good show but could be better if they just didn’t get so amped up in their political views and unbiasedly reviewed stories.

I LOVE THIS PODCAST!! A different type of love. You and your co hosts have gotten me thru the darkest time of life these past couple years. I follow your YouTube and Facebook accounts also and will most nights, still fall asleep to your podcasts. Hearing quite A LOT of your stories about abuse over the years and all of the advice you’d give the OP’s started…sinking…in, and I left. Things are still so hard for me, but MUCH easier. I have you to thank for part of that ❤️❤️ much love to you and your co hosts. You guys deserve the best!

I have listen to a lot of your podcast and really enjoy them. So far I have enjoyed the different hosts that you have except G. I am sure she is a great person but way to many interruptions seems like it is way to hard to get through the post before she has to interrupt! I literally wait for new episodes every week. I drive 45 minutes twice a week to class, and it’s my go to for my long car rides. I have a tendency to get tired in car rides, and I can’t do them for long. If I’m listening to two hot takes, I’m ALWAYS into the episodes so I never get sleepy. My favorite. 10/10

I love when you guys change it up by doing some of the “different subreddits” like the legal advice or others that most of the other podcasts don’t use. Sometimes AITA/AITAH and relationshipadvice/trueoffmychest get a little boring. I’m hoping you will do this for some of the “spooky” themed ones coming up. :) I also appreciate how you listen to your fans regarding some of the simple suggestions / criticisms they give lol.

Morgan, I found clips of your show on TikTok around a year ago and I finally decided to listen to the podcast (my first podcast because I never understood the appeal of podcasts). I am addicted. I’m a big music person and I find myself wanting to listen to your show on drives over music. I love how you and your hosts really dive into the psychology of the stories and talk about both sides. I love everything about you and your personality in general, you are just super real and sweet. I always look forward to listening and it’s made my days better!

I listen to a rotation of podcasts every week, this one included and Morgan and crew do such a great job of getting an episode out every single week! It’s impressive and rare in the podcast world. Thank you for keeping your listeners entertained week after week! That said… the host isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, which would be fine if she didn’t constantly say how “smart” she is.

This is my favorite! I am one of the day one listeners and I can say best podcast I listen to. Morgan is so well rounded, down to earth, and true and real person ever! Her takes are thought out and even when she feels she was wrong she’s willing to admit. Love this podcast and everything about it

I am obsessed with this show. I love Morgan’s voice, it’s calming and sometimes helps me fall asleep. I even like the guest hosts. Sometimes they can be a little annoying when they talk over the host, and go on and on, but usually they are in just one show so I can deal with it.

Super disappointed in the ads, promotion and the talk of various weight loss drugs. Used to be a huge fan of Morgan and this show but I cannot stand by harmful rhetoric (that’s not just harmful to me) but many other young listeners.

I love this podcast!! I listen in weekly and look forward to new episodes! With that being said I’m not sure how I felt about this weeks cohost.. it was a hard listen with her interrupting Morgan every sentence. I like hearing both opinions, not one yelling over the other to get a word in. No hate, just advice to be mindful when other people are speaking!

i found this podcast in june (late i know i know) but im so thankful i did. i work 10 hour shifts and this podcast has helped the time go by very fast. so interesting and never really a dull moment. it took me 2 months to binge and now that i’m caught up im kind of sad :( there is absolutely no other podcast as good as this one or with as many episodes. also i love the 2 hour long episodes 😭please keep it up. if i could change something about this podcast it would be how long you guys stay on one story. sometimes they go down a rabbit hole or keep going on and on about one story when the point was already made. sometimes it feels dragged out. also if anyone watched the circle season 1, then you know who im talking about when i say Chris! i think he would absolutely be an amazing guest on the show. i know the chances of that happening are 0 to none but it was just a thought i had. speaking of Chris’ , i wouldn’t mind seeing Chris Clemons on here again? it’s been a while

I just discovered this podcast, and it’s getting me through my 12hr factory job shifts. But some constructive feedback: some cohosts need to work on their listening comprehension skills. Sometimes a cohost clearly misunderstands the premise and it’s a whole 2 or 3 minutes before they’re corrected. Morgan always corrects them eventually, so maybe the issue is that she doesn’t correct them aggressively enough and I have to hear an irrelevant tangent because the cohost misunderstood. It’s always the guy cohosts too that misunderstand. 😂 Also, love the casual chitchat! I know some podcasts try to cut down on that, but I genuinely enjoy the asides. 💕

I do enjoy the Reddit stories, and the hosts can be funny. I just wish Morgan would cool it with the TMI. I get you’re trying to be the cool girl who’s s*x friendly, but it comes across as trying to be quirky. I promise no one wants to hear about Justin’s limp d*** after s*x. We do not need to hear that.

I have not listened to anything else in a month!!

Too many ads

I sometimes talk along to the episodes if I get mad enough at the stories and the hosts are so funny I also love how they give voice to mental illness and LGBTQ plus related stuff because it’s really nice that they are. I like to listen to the episodes when I’m doing something, like reading a book or doing a puzzle or making some food. The hosts are always so nice and make me laugh so hard.

They just talk until they agree, so maybe they should change the title. There is a lot of misinformation on this podcast and simply uneducated opinions that could be harmful to come listeners. Morgan’s hosting skills leave much to be desired. She vibes well with the people she knows but guest host episodes are always awkward and seem like a waste of the guest hosts’ time. I have abandoned several episodes due to tangents or the endless fascination with body fluids. Also being able to pronounce basic words or at least practice the hard ones before it is time to read the story for the podcast would be nice.

I enjoy listening to this podcast. Usually when traveling, the host, Morgan does a good job finding all the comments and extras for the Reddit stories. Only thing I would love to see change would be the stepmom bashing. I’m so sorry Morgan had a bad experience in this regard. I would truly love to see some more empathy and understanding for those of us in a stepmom role. It’s tough out there, please be kind.

EDIT: Y’all lost me with the ad for the weight loss drug on the 8/8 episode. My jaw dropped and I turned off the episode. Embarrassing sell-out behavior. OG: This podcast is great for hearing the wild depths of Reddit, but there is no need to CONSTANTLY bring up the theme. We get it…you curated the stories around a specific theme. You don’t have to repeatedly say the theme before, during, and after every story. Describing it and how it inspired your story selection at the beginning is enough.

I’m obsessed w this podcast I wish they uploaded more but that’s just me loving them!! i pop my airpods at work or when I’m cleaning and I feel like I’m in a mini therapy sesh sometimes or getting tea lol. I like how they don’t just say anything but speak from experience and knowledge on the basis of healthy relationships/ communication it’s like getting advice too !

I’ve been listening to this show for a while and really enjoyed it at first, but over time I feel more and more frustrated listening to it. Overall it’s a great concept. What frustrates me is that the guests (aside from Morgan’s regular guests) tend to be a little annoying for lack of a better word, and their takes are not very good, so I find myself skipping a lot or just not finishing the episode sometimes. There is a lot of ranting without a lot of depth. The personality is a bit cutesy at times. Also a lot of the stories are freshly posted without any updates, leaving a lot to be desired. I wish they would read stories that are more than a few hours or a few days old to let the story develop. I have found another similar podcast to listen to.

I enjoy some of the stories on this show and at times there are some interesting insights, but overall there are two many straight white POVs and stories. I end up skipping over half of the stories because I am tired of hearing about wedding and baby drama. Also, it makes me cringe that the main pair of hosts seem quite oblivious to how bias works. They do not apply a critical social lens to anything and seem very conformist in their views. I keep listening only because there are so few shows like it.

THT is a good podcast it can be entertaining to listen to every now and then but sometimes their side talking can be too much. We know about the horses, we know about Morgan and Justin we don’t need to hear it with every guest speaker. Also, they tend to interrupt each other a lot which is annoying because they go down a rabbit hole.

I love this podcast. I’ve been to live shows and tune in weekly, or at least I used to. Honestly the advertisement for a weight loss drug (with a subscription service no less, not even FDA approved) was a huge turn off for me. Frankly, I think a podcast taking money from big pharma is disgusting and slimy. I hope you guys are ashamed.
