My sons love wrestling and I love listening to the pod so I know what’s going on! Glad the hiatus is over!

I could listen to Matt and Mari talk about pretty much anything, love these two together.

Kind of annoying and some of the worst takes I’ve heard.

Matt & Mari introduced me to the world of pro wresting when they started this podcast, and I’m so happy to be a weekly listener! They break down the major news and updates in wrestling enough for newcomers to get an understanding of what’s happening, but they also cater to more-involved fans by covering a range of updates from WWE, AEW, and sometimes some of the indie promotions. They have a fun banter each week, often with some very entertaining guests, about the (sometimes ridiculous!) storylines going on, but they also make sure to touch upon the backstory of both the characters and the social/cultural impact & meaning the storylines have as well, so I appreciate them for continuously educating me. This podcast is now one of the main ways I’ve following wrestling for the past year or so, and I can’t leave out that the new podcast theme song always gets me excited and makes me want to dance as I listen. Thanks, Matt & Mari, for your hard work & dedication to this podcast!!

Mari and Matt are very knowledgeable about wrestling! I appreciate how much time and energy they put into their content! As someone who knows very little about the wrestling space they even make wrestling newbies feel welcome! Can’t wait to hear more content from them!

I just got back into wrestling partially because of this podcast. I always wanted to watch wrestling again, but was always under the impression that it’s for kids and not cool for people to watch it. But because of this podcast I was confident that it was more than okay to watch it. I started watching again and fell in love with wrestling again. This is a great podcast and really explains what wrestling is and helps ease new wrestling fans into the world of wrestling. I recommend this podcast for anyone.

I normally don’t write reviews for podcasts because I listen to so many. I would be reviewing podcasts all day and night. However, it has been a joy listening to Matt and Mari talk about the WWE and this road to Wrestlemania. This podcast has me caring more about wrestling than I have since I was a child. Thank you both for sharing your passion with all the listeners and for reminding me of the joy I had forgotten from my childhood. And I’m not just saying that because you let me come on as a guest. It’s so fun to listen to something completely new and so compelling! I’ve never been into wrestling before, but learning about the backstories has kept me engaged. I can’t wait to learn and hear more! Also- the length of these podcasts are perfect for gardening during my kid’s nap time. So.. even better!

In a time when the chatter surrounding the wrestling/sports entertainment business can feel so overwhelmingly negative and everyone is so jaded, this podcast is a welcome addition to the scene. Mari and Matt are two fans that actually love wrestling, and that fact comes through loud and clear. I’m glad RHAP is finally getting weekly wrestling coverage, and you couldn’t have picked a better duo to take the lead.
