Katherine De La RosaBest skincare podcast!I’ve been listening to the Biohacking Beauty podcast lately, and honestly, I’ve learned so much about my skin, stuff I never would’ve thought about. It’s not just the usual skincare tips either. They talk about how things like your habits, stress, or even sleep can affect your skin, and explain it in a way that actually makes sense. It’s made me think differently about how I take care of my skin, and I’ve picked up things I probably wouldn’t have known otherwise. I didn’t expect to get so into it, but it’s been surprisingly eye opening. If you’re into that kind of thing or just curious, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Iri142089Skin health optimization handbookI probably have listened to every single episode at least twice! I’d say that these podcasts would be very informative and great guides for anyone that is already in charge of their wellness or someone that has only begun and needs some guidance in navigating the sea of skin and health optimization, in general. The guests and the host are truly inspiring and passionate about instilling and promoting healthy habits. I noticed that every time I listen to these episodes I actually end up implementing and trying out new health strategies. So this podcast had a great impact on my life. I can’t recommend it enough!

Becca GTScientific and intuitive approach to skincare and healthI stumbled upon this podcast while searching for something to “feed” my brain on long commutes in the car. I’m a self proclaimed “bio hacker” myself- Employing many different modalities in order to spend the little time I’ve got here on this earth as best as I possibly can… and lately I’ve been frustrated with the nature of my aging skin. In my industry, many colleagues are resorting to Botox and fillers to preserve their youthful looks- And while I desire results, I’m not quite at the point where I want to resort to such invasive methods. The skincare industry as a whole is just a bunch of marketing claims and a myriad of products and “potions” being peddled as the holy grail of all skin aging woes. I have lost faith in most products being marketed on Instagram and claiming to reverse the signs of aging. Enter this podcast… where they break down the science behind the how’s and whys of popular skin care treatments, proven ingredients that actually offer good results in the correct quantities and application, and general biohacking tips for the curious like me. I have done a deep dive into many of the episodes and look forward to learning more and more. Keep up the great work! Love this subject matter!

Rayrayyy78VitiligoI am a new listener and user of Young Goose products. I developed vitiligo in my late 20s and I’m now 45. I am fearful of using products that block melanin or target hyperpigmentation as I do not want to increase depigmentation. I am currently trying the new medication Opzelura which is a cream. Any recommendations on which Young Goose products or products in general are best for people with Vitiligo? My main goal is anti aging and protecting my vulnerable skin from damage. Thank you and love your show and products, I look forward to trying more soon.

AnnMcQBiohacking geniusLove your podcast and skin care line! Perfect for the bio hacker wanting to look her best at any age. Question regarding red light therapy for skin: there are so many different guidelines for how close the RLT panel should be from the skin for best results. Some experts say 6 inches, others say 18 inches. The studies mostly use 6 inches. I have a Platinum LED bio Max 300. Please advise! Many thanks!

KellyVCThank You!!!Biohacking beauty is quickly becoming my favorite podcast. With limited time, I always like to ensure I’m gaining something from listening to a show and this one never disappoints- always bringing something new and interesting. Skin was never something that peaked my interest until Young Goose came into my life- although I’m a complete nerd for health topics. Now I realize how much skin functions affects the whole body. Amitay and Anastasia share so much knowledge with a fresh perspective. Amitay is a gracious and smart host and the guests he interviews are unique. Also loving episodes diving into products and ingredients. Thank you for all you teach and share with us! Im incredibly grateful!

RitaAdelinaWow! Great podcast to help you scientifically hack your skin!Really love listening to your podcast to learn important lessons about what to do and not do to for my skin. There are other companies out there that claim to help improve and maintain skin but they are mostly anecdotal evidence. You delve into the science with great explanation. And you make it fun!! Can’t wait to try your products!

SeakittehMostly good, Kauffman episode seems a little tone deafMost episodes are pretty good, with clear directions on what you can take to improve skin and health. Considering it’s a skin care company they take a pretty light hand on the product pitching, which is nice. I was a little concerned though about the episode with Dr. Sandra Kauffman. She recommends monthly IVs of exosomes after the age of 40. Best I can tell these treatments cost $2000-$4000 each, doing so monthly is more than prohibitive for most of the population. Spend a couple hundred bucks a month if you must on vitamins and creams but seems like if you have that kind of money, you could get a lot of longevity benefits from helping build a lower stress and more livable world for everyone.
