Nathan RBSpeaks to the issues we often leave out of runningSo often running is compartmentalized from social and personal issues that are often difficult to name aloud (e.g., climate change, spirituality, racism). This podcast names the issues, draws connections to and within the sport, and has fun — all at the same time. Tina and Knox bring on excellent guests and do a great job interviewing them, then leaving the listener with actionable takeaways. Well done and highly recommended!

bdawghoyaThe running podcast we all neededThis is an amazing podcast that’s about running but so much more on top. When I’m out for a run, I don’t need to hear coaches and podcasters talk endlessly about the thing that I’m currently doing. I love that this podcast ties running back to bigger issues and ends with something actionable.

xandurrrrThank youThank you two for putting together a podcast that showcases the sometimes overlooked intricacies and untold stories of different members of the running community. I’ve smiled, laughed, and even cried during some listenings. This is really special. Much love and I look forward to more from the podcast.

LaurenRuns-NYCAn amazing and game changing podcast!Tina and Knox are on to something amazing here! As a 46 yo runner who has been running since age 12, never had a female coach and certainly NEVER discussed menstruation w/any coach, I appreciate and applaud Tina and Knox on creating this space and engaging in such important conversations. I totally identified with Rebecca Mehra’s story about being an amazing runner as a ninth grader, then going through puberty and struggling to find her way and speed again. And Porsha Dobson is and will continue to be a trailblazer and inspiration to female athletes and future coaches everywhere. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you. 🙂🏃🏻♀️👍🏻

Knox and Tina talk about the uncomfortable things that I’ve wondered about but haven’t spoken up about. Each episode takes you on a journey. You will learn so much from Running Realized!

Bryan Green (Go Be More)This podcast is overdueI loved the professional format and focus on a culturally relevant topic. I had no idea there were so few black women runners and didn’t know about either of the women profiles despite being a lifelong fan of the sport. What makes the show great, however, is the polished format and intentional focus on the difficult topic. By addressing it head on they create an opportunity for real discussion and change. I didn’t know we needed this show until I heard it, now I realize it was long overdue.
