    Intellectually Dishonest
Definitely double check what you hear on this show. I listened to the first 10 minutes of the Secrets of Hillsong review and there are already so many things not explained in context. For example, the musicians were describing a daily pay rate for “more than” 12 hours per day. $180/$12 is $15/hour which is about minimum wage in NYC at the time depending on what year it was. They also stated the work was inconsistent, so they weren’t making a regular salary. And these weren’t just people “playing guitar.” They were writing the music that they made $14 million off of just in 2017. Also, this is NYC. You can’t live off of $45k even if it was a consistent salary in NYC. Next; saying a man is lying about his father’s sermons regarding the gay lifestyle just because it doesn’t sound right with no evidence is worse journalistic integrity than he is accusing the journalists that made the documentary. And last but not least, as a trauma counselor myself, to say that since someone is a grown man that they should just shake off their childhood trauma and invalidation is honestly the type of position that is chasing people out the church doors in droves, and part of the motivation behind documentaries like these being made. Please think for yourselves (like this guy claims to do) and go to various sources rather than taking his word for what he reviews and what he says is happening in the news. This seems like a whole lot of confirmation bias.

    Host is not objective
Especially in episode with James MacDonald. Only looked at a small amount of the information surrounding the James MacDonald story. And spun that information in a way that favored MacDonald. Large chunks of the MacDonald story were flat out ignored

    In love
Incredible podcast and it is my very favorite. The host is very open to all voices even though he has his own opinion.

    Wonderful podcast
Insightful, genuine, and refreshing! Reed and his guests offer a Christian conservative perspective on current events and culture that leaves me feeling encouraged and challenged. Highly recommended!

Great Guests, Covers a lot of topics
Reed does a good job of letting interesting people talk but also engaging them in conversation. It’s not strictly an interview, which is refreshing.

Not a lot of intellectual thought
    Slightly arrogant podcast host

    Pleasantly Surprised
I came about this podcast by chance on Facebook. Reed is a thoughtful and careful listener and is hitting on some hard topics. We need more of this type of dialogue today!!! I’m a fan!
