    Technical issues
Sound quality in last episode was terrible. When anyone laughs or increases volume of speech it causes a cracking sound. Content is good interesting however.

    Love every minute. Every week.
IANAL and this is my favorite podcast. Segall has been on fire in recent episodes and it’s getting better and better every week. The respectful but direct disagreements and follow questions are fantastic. Both coming from Segall and his guests. Love it. I hope this pod continues for years to come.

    Great podcast
Really enjoy Prof Segall’s discussions with an array of legal thinkers. Would love to hear him talk with Prof Will Baude. I think it would be a fantastic cross-ideological exchange.

    A smart view
Shades of Michelle Alexander’s The New Jim Crow. Interesting topic that should make stop and think

Too partisan and too much name calling
Stick to your legal case and present it well if you want to convince me

    Challenging Assumptions is Good
In modern times, it is essential to understand the structural issues that have caused our democratic society to look more and more undemocratic. Prof. Segall examines those structural issues through the lens of the Supreme Court, an institution too often lauded and praised for its apolitical nature when in reality it is anything but.

    Guests are insightful....
Seagoing is good at promoting himself and his narrow ideas. Let the guests speak more...

    Great ConLaw Podcast
I’d been considering going to law school for a few months, and this podcast has helped convince me I need to - so interesting without getting dull, and great guests. Please keep it up!

    Smart!
I love this podcast because it showcases smart people with interesting views on relevant current topics. Host Eric Segall is very authentic and an accomplished author and speaker on the Supreme Court in his own right.

    If you love the Law...
Great Podcast for those that have an interest in the Law and History. Our legal system is based on the Constitution but interpretations are never as cut and dry as it may seem! Enjoy!
