I also appreciate that most episodes are short. I can listen to one episode on my 10min-is-better-than-nothing walk that in a perfect world should have been 30minutes. But I am not perfect- nobody is. And that’s OK. Thank you for reminding me,Tricia!

I listened with my husband and we both found things to relate to. I found the trifecta of self care, nutrition and activity were directly applicable to my life and current goals I’m working on. I really appreciated her vulnerability and real world recommendations and tips. I finished the podcast feeling empowered to make at least one step towards my own self care!
