I’ve listened to almost every episode of Coach Smith’s podcast. This is a great educational podcast for all coaches.

Really enjoyed this episode. Loved the framing of constraints vs SSG. Also enjoyed hearing the drill variations and shooting strategies. Hope to get the book and use some of the ideas during my youth summer camps. @HowAreYouWired

I have taken away something that has helped me improve as a basketball coach in every single podcast episode. My mission when I listen to a podcast is to walk away from the listen a better person and coach than I was when I pressed play and this podcast does not disappoint. I have improved as a person and coach through each listen. If you are a basketball coach in any capacity this is a must listen. Each podcast has been different so it makes it more enjoyable. All these coaches have talked on different topics and provided some amazing thoughts, nuggets, and advice that every coach can put to use.

I liked listening to Cramer speak. He is passionate and has a lot of knowledge about how to train players of all levels.

I really enjoyed the Cramer podcast. You could tell that he was knowledgeable and has a passion for having a positive impact in the lives of these athletes!

Coach does an excellent job with his questions. I always get a ton of great content from his episodes. Can’t wait to hear more!

The premier podcast for those in sports coaching, teaching, and mentoring, these guys covers the whole person in life, not just the athlete on the court, field, or rink. They make the correlation between skills learned playing a game and living a successful life, however that applies to the individual. Great job guys!

I came to this after a friend of a friend recommended and was hooked after the first entertaining story 5 minutes in. I found the interview very informative and loved the chemistry and rapport between the host and guest. Looking forward to the next episodes!
