小禪是一個出家已經十年的僧人，平時關心的事就是如何分享佛法給更多的人知道。想成為一個能療癒自己也能帶給他人能量的僧侶，因為這樣，所以在網路上開啟了許多分身。

這個頻道主要是用淺顯易懂的佛系觀點來陪伴大家度過生命當中的困頓、煩惱，並且連結生活中大小事，偶而也會分享世界上宗教相關有趣的新聞與時事跟出家人的日常。
