What kind of Woman do you want to be? The answer holds the key to releasing alcohol and reclaiming what you’ve lost on the road to empowerment.

Stop Drinking and Start Living – The Feminine Way helps women effortlessly release alcohol by reconnecting with their feminine energy and stepping fully into leadership.

Hosted by Mary Wagstaff, holistic alcohol coach and embodiment facilitator, this show goes beyond sobriety to explore how feminine wisdom and embodied practices make you a more intuitive, empowered, and magnetic leader—in your work, family, and life.

Mary knows firsthand what it takes to outgrow alcohol and reclaim the energy, clarity, and confidence to lead with ease. Because you’re not quitting drinking—you’ve simply outgrown it.

Each week, you’ll uncover what’s keeping you disconnected and stuck in cycles of numbing—and learn to replace it with pleasure, presence, and purpose.

The feminine way is an invitation to lead differently. Tune in every Wednesday and step into the woman you were meant to be.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for!
There’s always been a missing piece for me when it came to changing my story around alcohol and life. Shifting my perspective into what was possible as a woman has really helped me see that I can make decisions from a place of my own authentic self rather than relying on input from old stories and narratives. Thank you, Mary. This has been such a game changer for my life!

It’s the Brca test…and it saves lives!
So I tuned in since I’m a sober gal and was curious. In the first ten minutes Mary says she doesn’t like fear based information. Ok I agree. She then goes on to say that the brca gene test -she doesn’t even know what it’s called so she says “ummm you know that breast cancer test..like why would anyone want to know that?” Ma’am do you know how many women’s lives have been saved by knowing they carry the gene for breast cancer? Which is also the gene for ovarian cancer the most deadly cancer for women. Being a podcast host in this vein carries responsibility. Responsibility to not negate important medical tests and instead be informed. And of course the other problem with this podcast is the delivery and the speaking manner. Vocal fry and over enunciation is really annoying in a grown woman. Anyway I sure hope no one listening ignores their medical familial history because of this woo woo delulu host

    Mary has Saved my Life!
I found Mary the day after I decided (on my own terms) to actively pursue a life on the other side of alcohol. Mary is amazing! She is so in tune with what I was already feeling in my heart and validated my thoughts and feelings to the point I was in tears (happy tears). I was SO in need of a voice of support and I have found the biggest gift by finding Mary and her podcast. Thank you Mary!!! You are a savior. You are so well spoken and so down to earth. Your voice is my voice in my head that I just couldn’t articulate and get out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ You make me feel heard and understood and I am well on my way to living my best life. Your work helps women in so many more ways than just “quitting alcohol”. Your holistic approach is truly a godsend!

    She’s inside my brain!
I love how Mary explains why we do somethings and struggle with other things. I especially love how she helps us connect with our bigger life desires. I always find a nugget (or multiples) in every episode. Thanks Mary!

    great show
I don't drink at all and that's easy for me. But I still can't lose weight. Can you talk bout that? Also, can you have Sasha on from Podcast Community News with Paul and Sasha? She talks about all this stuff too all the time. Would love to hear your thoughts together.

    Such An Important Message!
Mary’s podcast is so needed in our alcohol-fueled world. Women need to know that it’s ok to take a look at their relationship with alcohol and decide if it’s something they *really* want to keep in their life or not. Mary offers such a valuable perspective shift of empowerment rather than deprivation. This podcast supported me when I decided to stop drinking for good a little over a year ago, and I haven’t looked back. Being alcohol free is the BEST gift I have given myself.

    Changed my life…
Mary, what started as dry January and stumbling upon your show as motivation during those first few weeks, you single handily led me to an awakening of the true inner light within me to change my way of thinking, being, existing. I’m far from where I know I’m going but without finding you and your show I never would have known this new emerging energy I so suddenly have existed. It’s like the flood gates have been opened. You truly have changed my life. I am indebted to you. Thank you for being so courageous and forthcoming and such a beautiful soul to take on this task to help others find their way out of darkness.

Please make your content gender neutral
Was excited to listen to this but within the first few seconds was turned off when I heard this was only for “women” in the intro. I understand as a woman you want to embrace and uplift other women, but doesn’t mean you have to exclude men.

    Life Changing!
Mary’s work is life changing. Before working with Mary, I was tired, depressed and uninspired in life. After six months with Mary; my beliefs have changed. I enjoy life, and am excited for each day. I truly NEVER thought I would be writing this and not having a drink. Somehow, Mary creates a path for you without “clawing” your way through each day without a drink. Best gift to me and my family. My Beliefs before Mary: I can’t not drink. I love drinking while making dinner. I won’t have fun at parties without drinking. I want to drink after work. My Beliefs after working with Mary: I have so much energy. I am so calm. I love myself and my life. I can handle anything. I laugh more without alcohol.

    Overall review
Mary Wagstaff has been doing this podcast for about two years. I have been listening for a long time I’ve listen to every single one and I so appreciate her nonjudgmental approach to her podcast entity. I don’t think I could be here without her. In addition it is so lovely not to have interruptions of commercials. She’s doing this because of her desire to help people like me. I hope she continues this!

    Women only.
I listened to a few episodes and found some of the information helpful as I’m trying to quit alcohol. But the host makes it very clear her show is focused on women. There’s a lot of “woo” talk about astrology, etc. Recovery should be a welcome environment for all.

    Lovely and helpful
Love the podcast. Love your energy. One problem for me—the music at the end is jarring. Maybe something that’s like your sweet goddess energy to send us off.

    Real, unfiltered, empowerment
I love the empowered feeling this gives me. I’m not giving up alcohol (I don’t drink much) but the message of being the best version of myself is something I can get behind. Learning to embrace myself, my desires, and my emotions has really helped me create a better environment for myself and the people around me.

    Inspiring
Mary inspires not only with her approach to the way we think about our relationship with alcohol but our relationship to anything that doesn’t serve us. Sitting back and watching from the observer is so right on, watching with our third eye and paying attention to self with no judgment to ourself or to others.
