Christine from NYDifficult to listen due to the background music. So distracting.Good content otherwise.

Sister790Background music ruins the showThis podcast could be a five star podcast, but the background music is annoying. All I wanna do is turn it down, the creator is creating a sense of distraction.

Rosanne DDBeth's Story of Reversing Prediabetes in Her Late 60'sThis podcast was so inspiring to me. I appreciated Beth's honesty. Much of my life, in terms of dieting and self image, mirrors her experience. I began my Zivli journey this past March, and I needed a reminder that this indeed is a journey - not a quick fix! Thank you Beth for your honesty and encouragement!

Dogs and meNicki ScottI liked your approach for tackling blood sugar issues and so signed up for the podcast Just now I was listening to the latest episode with Nicki Scott and I almost unsubscribed to the podcast There are so many things I disagree with: # She starts off saying its very easy to get 150 gms of protein and all she talks about is meat. Not one word about plant based protein or people who don’t eat meat # she has pet sentences such as north star and give your body what it needs - if a person already has a good amount of body fat and the idea is to first trigger that before feeding more food? # she unashamedly tells us that she hates to cook and eats processed food all through the day every day - in which wellness universe is this approach good? I am very disappointed with this episode. Hope we will get to hear more balanced view points Thanks

Sharon SuritaLearning new healing tipsThe episode on Kaatsu peaked my interest as this is not a modality I have researched in the past. The benefit to sleep sounds promising. Vascular health is so key and the tie in to lactic acid build-up helped me to understand the concept. I’ve enjoyed listening to various episodes and the way Dr. Nolte shares the pros and cons as well as feasibility of applying some of these methods.

Got2BtheRedheadThe Info Shared is Helping Me Transform my Health! So, here’s the deal. If you are looking for free advice you’ll find plenty all over the place. Finding free professional advice takes more digging and finding good professional advice even more. I stumbled on Reshape Your Health and have been blessed! As a menopausal woman who is Type II Diabetic with high blood pressure (and stressed, overweight) I was searching for information to help me transform my health. I have buried both my parents who had poor diets and suffered from numerous diseases and just a few months ago lost a brother who was only 67 to his Diabetes and the complications from not taking care of his health (and honestly not knowing exactly how). There is so much misinformation, contradictory studies, and even your regular doctors don’t exactly know what’s right for you to do. Unless you find a specialist well versed and not ensconced in their own biases and beliefs - not an easy thing. Dr. Nolte’s information, her background and style all seemed credible and her interview style spot on. With her background she knows how to get at the heart of the matter, ask the right questions and bring out the best in her guests. I found such helpful info from several episodes I chose specifically to meet my needs that in the last month I have transformed my lifestyle with better nutrition, movement and mindset to begin changing my health. I have gotten off my diabetic medication and am controlling my diabetes with FOOD alone AND keeping my blood glucose numbers between 70-105 ninety-eight percent of the time (without meds!). Even with medication my numbers were never that good! I’m exercising more, sleeping better and focused on my health in a way that I know I can continue to improve. I’ve lost some weight although that number on the scale isn’t my focus anymore - I just want to get healthy and that starts with what I eat, how I sleep, what I think, how I move, etc. Dr. Nolte along several other guests her podcast has led me to offer more FREE resources on their websites. They also offer paid Coaching Services for those wanting to invest in a guided program to help them with their journey. Take advantage of this podcast and all the free resources knowing the expertise, years of work and training that came before. If you need more help find a coaching program that fits your lifestyle, needs and budget. For that you may have to make a mindset shift and find the money to do it - you can pay for help now or it may cost you later with medical bills. I’m getting my own budget in order so I can invest in coaching soon. I’ve had a great start and feel positive BUT would love to have guided help to ensure I continue on the right path to better health. I have been recommending this podcast to friends, family and coworkers! It costs nothing to listen and just may change your life for the better.

DawnlrnZivli and Morgan NolteSimply the BEST for help with making lifestyle changes that are live able, sustainable and smart!

KariDawn1A great start, but mostly advertising for her coaching program. The beginnings of very good information and advice; however, most episodes only hint at or provide partial information while advertising “the rest of the story” if you pay for her private coaching services. It’s very hard to find real information in podcasts these days, as most are using podcasts as advertising for a paid program instead of actual information. Her interviews with other experts are very good as her guests do seem to want to get real information out to people.
