I love this podcast! There are many veterinary podcasts about science/articles/practice, but there aren’t as many about leadership, and how to handle drama/interpersonal drama. This give a great perspective and open minded options to address everyday issues.

These podcasts are spot-on!! So many of these issues came up for me when I was an associate, and are topics I know friends and colleagues struggle with! Everyone in vet med needs to listen to UVP! Think it’s not for you? You’re wrong!

I’ve Followed Dr. Andy Roark for a while now! Was able to meet him at VMX and so grateful for all you do! I just had the pic pop up from meeting him 5 years ago and love what you guys do!

I am in a unique situation where I am an associate vet at a corporate practice but am married to a private practice owner. I also run my owner rehab department in my hospital so I do have leadership roles. I absolutely love this podcast. It’s helped with my own leadership and communication skills and also with my husbands as we both work to make his practice more efficient and better with communication. Thank you for all that you do!

I absolutely love this podcast. I’m a team lead in my clinic and have found so many episodes applicable and helpful. I’ve already sent links and numerous emails to my coworkers and manager to listen to. Love hearing these lessons/tips in an entertaining way.

This podcast is so informative and helpful! I love listening to Dr. Roark from other platforms. The advertisement of the Cone of Shame addition is what brought me here and I enjoyed it so much I started listening to all the uncharted ones. Informal but informative, these fun conversations with people who have boots on the ground in veterinary medicine are sure to make you think and make you smile. Dr. Andy Roark is one of a kind. It is sometimes easy to forget that while he is funny, human, and great at brining people together, he is also extremely smart. the Uncharted podcast is Andy pretty much unfiltered. This is what it is like to hang out for a beer with Andy, and geek out about the chalenges we face as leaders, managers, veterinary staff, and veterinarians every day. Having Stepahine as a foil for Andy, a role she also plays in real life, is a great idea as she has her oen ideas and brings a differnt perspective than that of an associate veterinarian. I have no doubt that you will find this useful and helpful reguardless of your role in practice.

As with all things Uncharted, this is a great Podcast! Very practical and important information about things most DVM’s do not have training in, yet are absolutely essential if you are trying to lead people and run a business. Can’t wait for future episodes!!

I recently got the chance to see Dr. Andy Roark at a local conference and I was blown away! He has such a passion for the profession but where he truly excels is with client and staff relationships and good business practices. His Uncharted veterinary conferences, online focus groups and resources are where he brings this expertise, this energy, to the rest of us in this field. This podcast is yet another avenue that Dr. Roark is using to inspire us to elevate the profession of veterinary medicine to the next level. Having a strong clinical knowledge foundation is certainly important but how you relate to your clients and staff is paramount and will make or break the success and culture of your practice.
