I can’t imagine how this pod still exists. I stupidly tried to listen to multiple episodes and can’t make through 5 minutes of the same negative drivel over and over. The hosts are morons with no clue. They are critical of every move made by the organization but have no idea of what could/should be done differently. As one example, they clamored for the trade of Laughton, then it happens and (pick your moron) says it’s 3 years too late. No suggestions on who they could have traded him to and for what return. Frustrated Flyers fan, but not frustrated enough to listen to these idiots. Won’t ever tune in again, good riddance.

2 out of the 3 individuals on this show are great but the third individual Dan reminds me of a fourth grader who just learned how to cuss’ its brutal and really distacts from the overall good contrnt. Dan… grow up and be an adult.

The topic resonated with me . Regarding poor cap mgt and threat of jvr resigning . The show gets a 5, the gm is terrible .

One of the things I love lost about Brotherly Pod is that there is no shortage of perspectives for every fan. Every show and its hosts bring something to the table. From the serious hockey talk of Frequent Flyer and Brotherly Pod with Anthony to the lighthearted and comedic shows of Flyerside Chat and Sisterly Pod, there is something for everyone. I truly love getting to hear all of their viewpoints on the state of the Flyers, but also their personalities as well. I am a longtime listener and have loved watching this network’s growth. Keep up the fantastic work ladies & gents!

If it weren’t for Flyerside chat I would give this 5 stars. The other shows are hilarious, then comes an awful hour of Flyerside chat where Shane just absolutely ruins the show. Dude loves talking about himself, he just droans on and on, never letting anyone else speak about how miserable his life is. The other shows are fantastic, this one could easily be cut or replace Shane. He’ll probably go on one of his 25 minute stories about getting a 1 star review now, sorry everyone.

Anthony, you need to be on every major Flyers podcast there is.. the rest of you need to give podcasting up… it’s not for you..

There are good conversations on all of the “mini pods” within the pods. Dan is always handy with good information and I love his voice and laugh; in fact, all hosts (with the exception of Noah, who I find irritating) are compelling. Sisterly pod is fresh and I’m enjoying the new hosts on that show. If I was Dan, the producer(?), I’d do this: make the shows shorter and /or less frequent. I’d truly like to listen to all the shows, but they are either redundant or get dull because there is too much of it. I hit the forward fifteen frequently and/or skip certain shows altogether. That said, don’t cut out the hockey /flyer culture/historical aspect of the show—that’s what makes BP different than the rest!

So I saw a thread on Twitter about your conversation on hockey culture and decided to give you guys a listen. My typical Sunday morning is to go food shopping with my headphones and stop listening to whichever show until the following week, not today. I’m a 55 year old straight man, my wife and I have four children that we raised to accept people as they are. I am proud to say that is exactly what they do. I’m guessing that neither one of you guys have any kids based on the last ten minutes of you show, it is my belief that your generation is the one that will change the culture simply because the current climate in our country. I hope at some point your lives are blessed with children because your values are the ones that should be instilled future generations. Daniel, I admire your courage. Keep up the fight and know that the tide is slowly turning to acceptance, you have a good friend in Jim and I believe there are more like him than you know. Suffice to say I’ll continue to listen and subscribe to your podcast but I have to say you guys are missing out by not watching the rest of the playoffs. Know that my wife, children and grandchildren are in the right side of the fight!
