I started listening to Punchlist in the earlier days and, although the scenery is a bit different now, the quality remains the best in the business. Nowhere else in the MMA podcast sphere will you find this combination of insight, humor and quality conversation. Whether you bet the fights or just want to hear an industry leading analysis, this is the podcast to download each week. Great combination of guests including other podcasters and current, relevant fighters from the UFC and up and comers. Each episode feels like you are sitting and talking with your buddies. Also, if you stick around long enough, you’re sure to get red pilled with some based takes on the world outside MMA. Definitely a must add to your listening rotation.

Shocked to see I hadn’t given Punchlist a 5 star review previously. Sure Dale, and formerly Trey (miss him), may not watch as much tape each week as some other podcasts but Dale has a vault of MMA knowledge. Punchlist provides one of the most entertaining MMA betting centric podcasts around. Dale does good solo work but nothing matches when he can feed off the energy of a guest for a solid PPV event. If you like MMA you’ll love this podcast. If you like wild conspiracy theories you may also like this podcast… either way give Punchlist a listen weekly.

These guys are the best. I listen to at least 6 mma pods and this one is the only one I look forward to every week. Good info on the fights and hilarious back and forth. Do yourself a favor and listen to this one every week.

I started listening after Dale made an appearance on Anik’s podcast, and haven’t stopped. I look forward to their insight towards my MMA slip, as well as the humorous duality that is Dale and Trey. Keep doing what you guys do!

This has quickly become my favorite all MMA podcast. I rarely bet on fights, and even though they have a heavy gambling perspective, Dale and Trey do an excellent job of adding in a lot of humor and other interesting elements that make Punchlist great. I even enjoy the rants that don’t have anything to do with MMA, although those are limited if it isn’t what you are looking for so chill out.

Dale and Trey come in each week and deliver what the people want. A well rounded show each week of picks and takes on the upcoming fight card. These guys bring the heat each week... always a few laughs , tons of energy, and they give there honest thoughts and breakdowns of the fights leading up to the fight card. An amazing podcast that everyone should give a listen to, even If your not placing a dollar down on a bet. Well worth the listen.

Dale and Trey always bring the best content for finding value in MMA betting. Whether it is Totals on rounds, props, dogs, or chalky Moneylines they are providing us with great info week in and week out to make a little side cash on the weekends!

Punchlist does a great job of breaking down and predicting fights the week before they happen. I appreciate that they give you their predictions and reasons why to support their claim. Even if the outcome doesn't go as they predict. They are correct the majority of the time and they always seem to predict how the flows of fights go. Definitely a great listen for all sports betters especially those that bet UFC🥊 -LUNCHMONEY

I have been listening to these guys for 2 months now. I LOVE their analysis on fighters, they talk about it from both sides and legitimately know the sport inside and out. However, their “plays” have been super cold as of late. Some nights they go 2/2, but recently it’s more like 1/6. At the end of the day sports betting is 50% knowledge and 50% pride. No one should just blindly tail another person’s pick, even if the pick is from an “expert”. And if you do blindly tail you definitely shouldn’t blame these guys. Even the best analysts get it wrong a lot of the time. These guys make this point clear and as a weekly listener you should listen more to apply their analysis than just taking their picks on a whim. Keep it up guys, I enjoy the content!

Absolute great podcast w great insight

Stumbled across this “betting podcast” for MMA. Honestly, I’m more into their podcast based on their banter and unique view of the news coming out of the UFC. These guys are going to hit it big. Hope they keep the same format!

I always get pumped every Wednesday when a new episode is available. Dale and Trey are super knowledgeable but also have some sleeper picks and insight that hit more often than not. Plus love their take on just all the MMA madness happening each week!
