Heather and Christy are some of the most hilarious, heartfelt, thought provoking, and captivating humans I listen to. If you’re a fan of human rights, true crime, and laughter (weird mix but trust me) you’ll be hooked!

I love their perspectives from life experiences. Heather’s input as a lawyer really adds to the content. Basically just love them and everything they do.

Listen, the politics stuff is crazy. We are all looking for an escape and when you take up so much of the podcast ranting, it really doesn’t do anything except bring us down. Want to make a real difference? Donate to charitable causes. That’s what Scared to Death does. No rants, just telling us who they donated to. It’s uplifting and important. So follow their lead.

I thoroughly enjoyed the podcast overall; however, I found that the discussions on politics and anti-religious topics were not to my personal taste. Unfortunately, when these subjects come up, I tend to skip those episodes and move on to others that focus on different content or change pod shows entirely depending on if there are new episodes available. I have since unfollowed.

These freaky Fridays are so ridiculous haha. It’s actually comical to hear y’all spiraling out of control like this. Very entertaining.

I absolutely love Sinisterhood. I have been listening for a couple years now and it quickly became my favorite podcast and has remained so over the years. Christie and Heather are incredibly smart, hilarious, and brave. I love that they are speaking out about important topics especially in the climate America is in today. What they are saying needs to be said and I am so proud of them for using their platform to speak out against the injustice. What a shame. These hosts used to be fun and hilarious. This podcast has went progressively downhill, pun intended. Can’t get through a current episode without being preached to by the atheist. Love and acceptance for everyone unless you’re a Christian or Republican. I’ll still listen to the old episodes. They were genuinely funny.

Words can’t express how much I love this podcast. I’ve been a regular listener since 2020 and I’m not even a big true crime fan, but Christie and Heather are hilarious, smart, and thoughtful.

Updating my old review to say this remains my favorite podcast for all the reasons it always has - Christie and Heather bring the laughs, but also the heart, especially in today’s world, where we so desperately need it. We all should be standing up for our country today and I couldn’t be prouder to stand together with them as they do.

There are still good people in the world - these ladies are two of them. For those saying to keep politics out of it - maybe do a little self reflection because you’re not on the right side. Anyway I’ve tried to post this review a few times but apple keeps rejecting it so for this version I will close with a revision to what keeps getting my reviews rejected: the haters can dine on my whole derrière.

I’m late to the party but am enjoying the old episodes as well as current ones. Also recently discovered the YouTube channel too! The hosts are funny and super intelligent and the topics are varied and fascinating! Thanks for your hard work and research 🤓👍🏼

This podcast is the end all be all of true crime. With likeable hosts, great topics and fun bonus episodes, you’ll feel like you have two new besties. To the people leaving one stars complaining of the show being too political or left leaning or whatever, put your socially repressed but in an ugly Elon truck, and drive into a lake. And don’t forget, when you call us names you better capitalize the C. Keep it creepy!

I’ve been listening to Christy & heather for yearsss and it’s one of the only podcasts that I haven’t stopped yet. Entertaining episodes that focus on the important issues in our world today. They are lovely, comedic, intelligent & amazing podcasters!

Update: I wrote this review a long time ago and it’s still true. Love these ladies and love their story telling and personal commentary. They are great! I have, alas caught up and now I have to wait but each episode is worth it. Anyone who has listened from the start is not suddenly surprised by their views on things. Love these ladies and hope they keep at it for a long long time. * * * I found this podcast through a NPAD episode and have been hooked. I’ve been listening not stop to back episodes and these ladies are an absolute joy to listen to. Such good content. I’m enjoying the heck out of it. They are a perfect combo of spooky story with hilarious commentary. I hope they keep making these and I’ll be seriously sad when I catch up and have to wait for the next episode. I wish my sister liked spooky stories so she could hear these two because they are so much fun. So good!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I enjoy this show so much, it is so thoughtful and well done. I appreciate the comedy that comes along with heavy topics because that’s life. Anyone giving one stars because of y’all caring about humans can kick rocks and need to take a good look at themselves.

I have listened to this podcast for years and it’s because Heather and Christie are stunningly real, empathetic, brilliant, silly and passionate. They cover topics thoroughly, with so much heart for victims, and also are so funny and silly. Doing all of that is a delicate balance and no one is perfect but I’d argue they give this show, people, and victims their best each week. It really, really shows. Sinisterhood has been my number one podcast for years and I feel quite silly for just now leaving a review! Obsessed, no notes, and THANK YOU BOTH for bringing us this podcast but more importantly for BEING YOURSELVES UNAPOLOGETICALLY! I also love how you share your listeners’ stories and stand up for basic human rights. My fave pod forever!

Have been loving this podcast for years (not sure if I’ve ever written a review!) and I really enjoy all the new content and minisodes, you two are hilarious and I’ll listen to your commentary on just about anything. And one of the places I look for comfort and reassurance that I’m not crazy in these dark times is voices I respect not being afraid to discuss the things that are truly affecting ALL of us. These ladies do the work and really have done a great job researching and putting this show together. There balance of somber respect for victims, victims families... that equals out with all -inclusive Lister tales about murrrrrderrrr, & ghost Cryptidsz podcast helps me transition into a better head space after a long day of 2025ing... been listening since ... 2022 I think...
