I’m newer to Howie Carr & found him bc of Turtleboy/the Karen Read case. I get such a kick out of Howie & particularly the banter between him & TB. And must say today I gained a new level of respect for Howie when he mentioned watching The Brady Bunch on Fri. nights!! :) Some of my favorite childhood memories are those same Fri. nights with my own siblings!

Howie always admitted that Rush Limbaugh was radio’s # 1 host, but since his unfortunate death, Howie Carr has taken over Rush’s perch at the top. Howie’s excellent humor and his obvious journalistic experience place him FAR ABOVE anyone else on the airwaves. I rarely miss a podcast.

I love Howie’s common sense and good humor. He’s an absolute pleasure to listen to, and I look forward to his show everyday. Never disappoints!

I have never listened to so many commercials in such a short period of time in my life. He cannot go a minute or two without a commercial. It’s insulting to your listeners, a big turn off, and ruins what could be a great show.

Love the podcast and the additional Chopped Chumps. Howie has some witty listeners who call or text the show. Howie brings his unique perspective on the news mixed with insights based on experience. It is common to hear me laughing out loud when I am listening to Howie. Grace had come a long way since the Grace calandar days! She has an amazing program. I am always telling my husband how well she is doing. If you can't listen live, the podcast is a great alternative.

Although, I’m a New Yorker my whole life( moving to Tequesta, Fl next month for good) I love the insight from New England. The sound of the jet when you bring up J. Kerry brings a huge belly laugh. Tuned into this show as I was searching for news on Ghislaine Maxwells arrest. Just on the hunt for some solid unbiased journalism not only on this topic. Your intro work is great and I thought I’d found a new gem of a podcast. Then you guys spoke.... 🤦‍♂️ ultra biassed political agendas, super emotionally charged reporting, everything that B grade journalism is is sitting right in this studio. Drop the ego and sour sarcasm, great and successful journalism doesn’t come from your personal emotional political stances, it comes from putting the emotions to the side and giving us real information, from both sides left and right, and the listener can decide for themselves which way they want to lean from a story. I’m willing to give these guys another shot if anyone has any recommendations for an incredible story on their podcast, but I would be amazed if there’s anything here that’s golden or holds any weight at all. Level up guys, podcasts are everywhere, there’s golden podcasts everywhere we look. Put in the same amount of effort as you do with the audio clips and approach your material with less of a stabby bitchy attitude and more of a stronger disciplined pro journalist approach.
