Great podcast. Kirk and Josh are both very insightful. They pod after all games and any big news. Their insight is very unique. They’re right more often than not in their analysis and predictions.

Great Maverick’s podcast. Love how this podcast goes live almost immediately after every game and often let fans join in afterwards. The hosts are insightful and do a wonderful breakdown of what happened in the game and why.

Great pragmatic fan perspective. I have found myself gravitating to Kirk and Josh for the balance of thoughtful analysis and the roller coaster of emotions of being a fan of this perplexing team.

Not a fan

Love the podcast but on a recent one I heard an “Abbott for Governor” ad in beginning. I don’t come here to listen to mavs podcast to get a daily dosage of political crap that our daily lives are already filled with. Fix this ASAP!

By far one of the best Mavs shows!!!

Been listening and following Kirk for the last year and a couple of months. Great guy who isn’t afraid to say what’s on his mind whether it’s good or bad. They aren’t afraid to hold back and say their feelings, even if they are optimistic or pessimistic. Recommend to all basketball fans, especially Mavs fans. Truly hard workers! Plenty of other podcasts out there if you are interested in basketball or the Mavs. This one is an easy pass.

EDIT: zseeker115 is a troll…. I started listening for kirk’s insights starting in January and as a nuggets fan living in denver, i really enjoy hearing the local opinions of a thriving young mavs team with potentially the best player in the league. the franchise has a history of success building long standing and highly competitive teams. i look forward to listening more as the playoffs heat up, especially if denver and dallas end up playing one another. PS. Apple Podcast makes is hard to review podcasts, even when you have subscribed.

Kirk is annoying and insecure to the point that it turns me off from ever wanting to listen to him.

Of the 3 Mavs podcasts, this one is so good to let the fans have a voice. I don’t have the Greenroom app, but still like to here from true Mavs fans. It’s easy listening

Such a fun podcast. These are just Mavs fans that aren’t scared to speak the truth. Love the locker room episodes and hearing from the other fans too.

Bless Grump God Kirk Henderson, he says everything I want to say on twitter but can’t. The whole Mavs Moneyball team is fantastic. Josh Bowe, Lauren Gunn, Xavier Santos and Ben Zajdel are all excellent guests on any pods they are on as well.

I'm addicted to Mavs content, so I'll always give anything mavs related a chance, but I hate how negative this show is. I get it, not everything is golden rainbows, but all the doom and gloom is annoying. I wish there was more options for mavs content...

The “guy from Virginia” runs a very informative and enjoyable podcast (and website). I always value Kirk’s opinion on all Mavs-related matters. Very wise dude, and very pleasant to listen to - not obnoxious at all like some podcast/radio personalities can be.

Kirk and Josh do a phenomenal job. They know the Mavs better than any local or National media. Best Mavs content out there, and they dig deep into the numbers and aren’t afraid to be critical of the front office, unlike other dallas media.

Been a big Mavs fan for the last 20 years. I recently just started listening to this podcast and really enjoy it. Need my Mavs therapy sessions after tough losses. 😂

When I first started listening I thought Kirk was a bit too much of a pessimist and curmudgeon but with each podcast that I listen to I have become more and more a fan of your analysis. Just a great blend of realism and honesty that makes post games vibes more cathartic. I also appreciate how you post the locker rooms here, I don’t always have an opportunity to catch them live but always take a listen here.

“The most notorious voice of Mavs Twitter,” Kirk Henderson, does a great job of organizing all of Mavs Moneyball and the podcast is no different. They do really excellent work. Kirk and Josh Bowe work well together, do not pull punches, have great sound bites, and really know how to talk basketball (technically and they have fun with it too!). A must for your Dallas Mavericks podcast rotation.

Kirk is very entertaining, but can be a downer after watching a tough loss. Overall a very good option for Mavs fans and I love hearing the Live Lockeroom episodes to hear other fans react with Kirk.

Although some of the takes are very knee jerk reactions to the moment of one game, this represents a lot of mavs fans feelings in real time and not just the “don’t worry it’ll come around” attitude from most mainstream mavs podcasts

If you’re looking for a pod that gets mad at every move the Mavs make, you made it. Too pessimistic. There has to be a balance of both. But it’s their pod I guess, do what you like 👍🏼

Excellent Mavs analysis. My “go to” game recap pod.

As a precursor to my review, I’d like to note they just released a drunk pod. It was as cringe-worthy as a drunk text, only 10 minutes long. It was really unprofessional and very unappealing. I listen to most Mavs stuff, and this pod has always been on the fringe because they sound cynical and solely like it’s their job. They don’t sound enthused or optimistic very often. The drunk thing might’ve been my last straw.

Do you think Luka Seth DFS maxi Kp is the best lineup? Luka and Seth will get beat on D, but the bigs will be able to get some swats and alter a lot of floaters. In the podcasts I listen to no one really seems to talk about defense, if Luka scores 30 but is a minus three, is he really that good? Some other Podcasters I listen to thought the idea of Simmons being better than Luka laughable, But I want to wait until the Sixers play the Bucks until I make that claim. Theoretical situation. It’s May of 2023. After losing in last years WCF, the Mavs have won the west and are facing off against the Bucks. Giannis is shooting 45% on catch and shoot threes and 35% on step back 3s. How do we stop him?

I enjoy the podcast. There are two types one is after each game and the other is with guest. I enjoy listening to someone who follows the Mavericks religiously and listen to guest who have an outside view.

Here’s the thing about Kirk Henderson. He’s always got things to say about topics. And he’ll use words to get his message acrosss. Also he’s trash at PVP. I couldn’t recommend this show highly enough. Grade A listen!!!
