I love this podcast so much! Really enjoyed Dave & Tom back in their Cracked days and rediscovered them during 2020 Quarantine. Their Tenet review sent me down a rabbit hole and I’ve been a die hard fan of Gamefully Unemployed ever since!

Once a 5 star podcast filled with quick and funny observations about movies, games, tv, and comics. Now, it is just a couple of failed screenwriters and cynics whining about systems they desperately want to be apart of. You would think it would not be possible to fit an MCU shoutout into 8 podcasts at week, but here we are.

By and large, great stuff. Episodes where Tom gets frustrated with the subject matter are especially enjoyable (he is funny when he’s mad).

Both these guys work great together and I have been following them since they worked at Cracked. The stuff they choose to make along with the variety of guest hosts are amazing. Do yourself a favor and download this. If find that you like it as much as I do, then contribute to their Patreon.

Each show Dave and Tom produce cracks me up. I listen to 20 different podcasts and their episodes are the first I listen to each day. It feels like you are dropping into a pop culture conversation with two of your friends. Just like your friends they have good tastes in film but also revel in silly movies.

I love the old movie format.

Tom, Dave, and Jeff have secretly cornered the market on extremely credulous takes in absurdist comedy. Whether it's them proving that Fox Mulder could not have had a bed for 5 seasons, to examining just how many children Batman must have murdered over the course of his career, Gamefully Unemployed is able to explore the worlds suggested by media in ways that I simply never believed possible. 5 Stars, a must for any fan of comedy.

Been listening to WHM for 10 + years and they still got it. Listening to the WHM crew at this point is not unlike stepping into a warm bath and being massaged by the comedy bubbles the boys bubble out of their funny jets. It’s a welcome constant in an inconsistent world.Their live shows are also great, but if you don't want a little enthusiastic spittle on yourself you may want to avoid sitting in the “splash zone”. Great podcast, all the stars, appreciate all the years of unyielding content!

Honestly I haven’t even watched most of the movies they’ve reviewed. They’re so funny and insightful when going over them that it’s just as entertaining.

Absolute fun! Well written and very engaging. Spielboys! Is my favorite but I had to stop listening to it in the office.

I love this team and their antics!

The hosts are fun and creative and have good report, however their insight and actual film critiques are mediocre and more hyperbolic then analytical. This is not a meticulous film review it’s a flamboyant often lambasted summary of a film. They will often give “notes made during the movie” that are often out of context, used in a singular manner or recorded as if they were stoned when doing so because they miss the actual point of said event. Again they are funny creative and good podcasters. Listen for laughter but don’t take their opinions on any movie with any grain of salt.

They also espouse opinions about the legal opinions as if they are fact, which belie their unfamiliarity with the legal system. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I haven’t listened to many episodes.

Hands down my favorite podcast network. Everything Dave and Tom put out is charming and fun. Tom and Jeff watch batman is the reason I joined Patreon. I’ve never laughed out loud so many times. Thanks for everything, guys.

This is an amazing show with fun hosts. They definitely bring all of the comedy gold that they developed over at cracked. They are the types of hosts you could have fun watching any movie with.
