    I started with episode 91 because I take Spermadine and wanted more information from another source on dosing, etc. Amazing, very straightforward information that you can use especially if you don’t have a good naturopathic or Functional Medicine Dr. I will go back and listen to more. So glad I found this podcast.

    I love your podcast.
    Please continue to train the audience about alternative medicine. These podcast give me hope. I don’t allow my physician to dictate my health, but it is hard to be your own advocate and go against what traditional medicine says we should do. Can you also talk about renal disease in you future podcasts? I am seeing an increase in this condition in my field. I’m curious what might be causing this increase of renal disease in patients. I see it in young and older patients so it is very interesting ton me. Great info!!! Keep up the good work!!!

    I love everything about this podcast. It’s the best podcast out there for those of us who want longevity and to live our “best healthy life”. These experts speak I’m very easy to understand medical jargon and I’m hooked. I’m so glad a friend recommended it to me!

    Very knowledgeable Doctors who are focused on longevity. They are more focused than other podcast speakers who seem to be scattershot around many things. Really interesting podcasts. Gary P

    Dr. Gladden good; Mark Young annoying
    Dr. Gladden provides some very interesting information. It appears that Mark Young’s only role is to dumb down the information. I don’t want or need dumbing down and find Mark Young’s contribution annoying and of no value.

    Bias vs Good Science
    I think Trump got his latest bad Coronavirus advice here. The latest episode has a snarky guest who mocks mask wearing and even promotes a low dosage of hydroxycloroquine every week (proven wrong and dangerous). The hosts say nothing to challenge and seem to go along. It’s really become very politically biased. One of the Dr’s seems to flaunt working against the Michigan Governors request for citizens to wear masks. I used to follow but now after this episode I have determined they are just promoters of Bad Science.

    I started listening to this podcast for the episodes about coronavirus prevention. The most recent episode showed way too much of their political bias. I can’t support a show that supports racists.

    Staying young is thinking.
    All I can say is my experience. Had stroke at 32. Felt old for years and was almost ready to be old for years, until I died. Found this podcast, changed my life. Changed my mindset. Still have issues but that only makes me want to work all the harder because standing still is going backward. These guys aren’t looking for a payday, they truly want to help you help yourself. H2o max is an amazing product that will help you accomplish your goals. There is no fairy god mother that’ll reach your goals for you. H2o max WILL help you reach your goals. Mornings haven’t been good for me for almost 7 years. I can barely move. Everything hurts. My balance is that of a toddler that just started walking. I could move around and make myself do what I needed before but my kids will attest I sounded like a sailor. I did get stuff done, eventually. Now, after only one month, mornings are calm. I get most of my daily chores done before they go to school and most importantly I can move without pain or having to focus on the pain. Also mornings are a lot quieter, too.

    Mark and his crew introduce cutting edge science in a way that’s totally understandable and not dumbed down and make it sound easy. As a medical educator, I know how hard that really is. If you want to have a long healthy life, do yourself a favor, invest a few minutes and subscribe. The return on time invested will be huge.

    Seriously...Dr. Gladden and his partner in crime Mark are pushing the limits of extending health span and life span to 120 and beyond. They aren't looking to do this through some crazy new untested drug therapy. They will help you better understand how making changes to your lifestyle and mindset today will enable you to love a much longer, healthier and productive life. Some of the science and medical terms are a little advanced, but they do a good job of explaining things. I'm hooked.
