    Helpful hopeful healing
One of the most helpful podcasts on betrayal and hope for couples. Geoff and Jodie provide hope for healing, recognizing the pain of the betrayed, and accountability and growth for the betrayer. I never miss an episode.

    Great Resource!!!
Such a great podcast. A great resource for gaining knowledge about this subject. Thank you!

    Take caution
If you are desperate for help, just know that there is better help out there than this guy. Speaking from personal experience. If anything, use the information in his free podcasts but having invested in his courses and done therapy with him, DO NOT spend a dime on his overpriced sessions or courses. There’s much better help out there for much more reasonable prices.

And I said podcasts weren’t for me
I heard everyone talking about podcasts, and tried a few, but just couldn’t get into them… until these. Wow, Geoff and Jody are so easy to listen to, giving clear understanding on so many topics I never thought I’d find answers to regarding betrayal and porn/sex addiction. I found myself binge listening every time I got in my car and said to myself “ Yes! That’s exactly what’s going on.” Every episode shed more light not only my struggles but my husband’s too. We are grateful to have these resources and highly recommend them!

    Best betrayal and recovery podcast
This couple has the best podcast for recovering couples… they offer tremendous wisdom, the stuff that really makes the difference. I have recommended this podcast to many many clients. I love the way Geoff and Jody illuminate the possibility of healing and the necessary insights along the way. The content they share is so worthwhile for anyone who has faced intimate betrayal. I love their approach and respect their expertise a great deal.

    Excellent information here
This helped me heal relationship with physical intimacy health. it has helped healing in relationship with my wife. Also the recent episode about food was very fascinating. And I have healed my dysfunctional relationship with food this past year by striving my best to turn toward the Lord’s words of wisdom regarding what is best for our bodies. Thankful for scripture that teaches these things.

    Balanced and empathetic info.
Thank you SO MUCH for this podcast! I found it several months ago and it has been a total game changer for my husband and I. Geoff and Jody share very openly about the daily issues and healing obstacles that we can encounter on our path to recovery and healing from sexual betrayal/addiction in marriage. It’s a couple centered approach that keeps individual needs in mind while avoiding glossing over the really hard/vulnerable pieces. In the middle of all of THAT… they offer practical ways to move forward that give hope, where before, my husband and I didn’t really have much. I’m so grateful for how authentic (and generous) these guys are!

    So Validating!
Geoff is such an amazing therapist and voice of sanity and comfort in the world of porn addiction and betrayal trauma recovery. I have heard him speak in person, I have listened to his podcasts, followed him on IG, and read his articles in Meridian Magazine and he just ...gets it. The things he says —it’s like he’s been reading my journal. He is so understanding, empathetic, and validating, and yet he gives hope and compassion for the addict. I have been a part of this recovery world for over 7 years, and Geoff is one of my main go-tos. I always recommend him to anyone who suddenly finds themselves in this or a similar boat.

    True sound advice
Geoff is to the point, sincere and smart. With the growingly rampant epidemic of pornography use, many families are affected. Which in turns causes trauma and great pain to its counter parts. Lifestar and it’s therapists within have been life altering and self saving while coping with the results of being married to a porn addict. I do not know how I would cope without the knowledge and tools I’ve received from their people and program.
