rickoshea17What fun!My new favorite podcast. I’m up to “The Mysterians” as of today and can’t wait to hear more. I’m mostly a Godzilla fan but I’m warming to these other giants. Keep up the great work.

Ultraman X 'Gon Give It To YaTomfoolery of the highest caliberTaylor and Josh are a seemingly unlikely duo: one a scientist, the other a pastor. But somehow, like chocolate and peanut butter, they make a wonderful combo, and they're a podcast I cannot highly recommend enough. Even a film like "Ebirah the Horror of the Deep," a favorite of mine, doesn't seem to be too......ripe for discussion past "that volleyball scene is great," but they do their research and provide an A+ content. Oh, and they aren't crass. That part gets exhausting in this fandom.

Hamilton_54Fantastic PodcastI discovered this podcast through another podcast and friend of the show, The Monster Island Film Vault! It’s a fun and informative take on some of your favorite monster movies. I’m only a few episodes into the back catalogue but I can already tell I’m going to enjoy this one! Keep up the great work fellas Michael, The Kaiju Groupie

Nate "Big Red" MarchandSee the Monster, Find the MessageThis is a show on kaiju films that dares to show there’s more to them than simple monster fights and fleeing crowds. The hosts are on a long journey chronologically examining every giant monster film made since the 1933 King Kong. One is a super-fan and the other a newbie, which provides two great perspectives for any listener. They even manage to find deep meanings in the silliest of B-movies. Not to mention the hosts have great chemistry and are always fun to hear. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best kaiju podcasts out there.

セーラーファイター9 out of 10 scientists agree GMM is great (the 10th must be Russian)Taylor and Joshua have a great chemistry-Taylor's enthusiastic straight man works great with Joshua's deadpan humor. But even better, the show is great-if you're looking for insights into the hidden (and not-so-hidden) themes and messages found in giant monster films, look no further. The hosts also often have unique 'ask a scientist' and 'ask a religious person' segments that make use of their real-life backgrounds to examine the veracity of 'movie science' and the differing depictions of faith on film. And despite dealing with serious issues, they keep the tone of the podcast fun. I'm particularly happy that they eschew the nonsense of only considering Japanese films and give equal time to Western giant monster films, so they touch on movies that I've never heard examined on any other podcast.

WhitestormerSurprisedFirst I'm a little biased as I've been a fan of giant monster movies since I was a kid so when I heard about this podcast I couldn't help but listen and was actually impressed with how deep these two get into each movie they talk about.
