    I first heard Dr. Bubbs on Ben Greenfield’s podcast. I’ve since subscribed and have thoroughly enjoyed it - it’s one of my favorite podcasts to listen to. My only request is that he offer a little more practical knowledge / application for the weekend warriors. Obviously, we’re all different and some things will work for certain people and not for others, but when you have on, say, the strength and conditioning coach for a professional hockey team, ask about some set/rep/splits for us to try. What’s generally effective, etc. Thanks for all the great content and for lining up all the experts you do. Keep it coming.

    I've been following Dr. Bubbs for years now and his approaches to health and fitness in the modern day have been extremely helpful and impactful. His tips and tricks on incorporating diet changes, environmental cheats and fitness plans into the most challenging of schedules has been a life saver. I spend a lot of my time flying and away from my normal house hold staples and Dr Bubbs has created on the go short cuts to keep me high functioning. I read his book cover to cover and subscribed to his weekly emails and instagram highlights. Looking forward to listening to his podcasts on a regular basis! Recommend to anyone constantly looking to gain insight into the real science behind what fuel to take in, how to keep the engine running smoothly and how to maximize what time you have to stay physically fit.
