    Love the Laughs
I love the insight and laughs from all, in particular the Race Communique, but also the diversity of our cycling world. Keep up the good work and thanks for keeping me entertained! Looking forward to next year.

    Love all the shows!
I love all the shows, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be Yhe Race Communiqué. I love it so much. The combination of insights and humor of those three personalities is SO GOOD. I also love the long form interviews from LITP and the fast paced Talking Luft episodes. I think my favorite of those is the ep with Adam Blythe. Quality. I just bought the LITP book! And I’ll be tuning in for all the episodes in future and if I get desperate, I’ll be listening back to some I missed in years past.

    Bidons
Love the show and this one in particular. I grew up as a track and field athlete. I’m wondering why the DS is don’t jog along the route a little bit when they’re trying to pass off a bottle, like the passing of a baton in a relay. It seems like just a few miles per hour running along side would make it that much easier to grab, the bottle or the bag. Has this ever been tried?

    Great Everesting episode!
Great episode — I too was a bit huh when this was a big thing during Covid. But this episode was really interesting. Worth the listen. Everything that you do, you do so well. Thanks Mitch! And your poor friend Cam — 🦘not something that I even considered! And magpies!

    Keep the Communique
Like the Communique. Nice bit of inside baseball, plus the quiz at the end is hilarious

    Love what you’re doing
I discovered the podcast about six months ago and it is without question the best cycling podcast out there (in my humble opinion). Love your enthusiasm, love the enthusiasm of your guests and the fun/insightful discussions that follow. And I‘m really enjoying this move towards covering other pelotons like the latest fixie episode. Thanks for great podcast. Cheers.

Mich, your interview with Jai Hindley was the Best!
I’ve listened to LIP since the beginning. I got my group ride friends listening to Life in the Peloton. Your interview with Jia Hindley was one of the best! The part about donating his Giro d’Italia jersey to the museum was terrific! It sent chills of emotion running through me. Keep up the hard work. I can tell you brought your training and racing ethic to making podcasts. Remember to take a break once and a while. The next time you’re in the Denver Boulder area let’s have a beer. Cheers 🍻 mate

    I totally Enjoy this Pod
Mitch I appreciate all the people you bring to the pod. Your guest give us the people in the kit. I love bike racing and you help me enjoy it even more. I must say that I miss seeing you in the Peloton but you have a family and I know it is tough to be on the road for so much of the year. Anyway thank you for what you do and continuing to promote the sport. Great job Mitch.

    It takes an Insider
What a joy to find this show. Plenty of bike pods out there, but having a former pro asking the right Q makes all the difference. Add Mitch’s upbeat curiosity & his great picks of folks to feature. Can’t wait to hear Esteban!

    Late to this great pod
Just binged a few episodes of this, including the most recent two, and went back to Mike Woods (the beginning of this episode had me in stitches) and Lachlan Morton (fascinating, inspiring story)

    Great “interviewer”
Seems like Mitch is the kind of cyclist, friend, person we all hope to be. Great rapport with his guests, and asks great questions. Binged the first two years and was disappointed I had to wait for the next episode, because it felt like I’d just had an awesome time with old friends and didn’t know when I’d see them again. Would love to hear a similar style interview of Mitch too!

    Maron of cycling
Very enjoyable and interesting podcast. He reminds me of the EARLY Marc Maron, in the sense that Mitch seems genuinely interested in the answers to the questions he asks, is genuinely curious, rather than someone just ‘doing an interview.’ He’s particularly interested in people who have faced challenges in cycling and how they got over them. (Another MM parallel: The old Maron was just as interested in talking to a longtime club comic as a Robin Williams... Mitch is similarly into the psychological nuts and bolts of cycling.)

  • New Vegan,
    Wonderful
No it’s not super polished, it’s better than that. You get this wonderful inside look at the life and work of a pro cyclist.
  • whynotride
    Wow
IMO probably the best cycling podcast out there. Very informative and interesting. I hope it continues for a long time.

    Great job Mitch
The first podcast was easy to listen to and the flow was well executed without being forced. Keep up the good work and as it may be difficult to grab riders during the season the insiders look is something the pro peloton is missing. Can't wait until the next episode!
  • DonPuff
    Great Cycling Pod
Mitch brings you inside the peloton and team like no other. Great look at how a group of individuals work for the team. Looking forward to your pod as you explore all aspects of how the team dynamics work and of other teams.
  • Agaidis
    Fantastic!
So stoked for the second episode to come out! This podcast is packed full of insights about the life of world tour riders. As a serious cyclist, I was pleasantly surprised to discover new things about the sport both on and off the bike. Mitch is easy on the ears and not difficult to follow. Out of all the cycling podcasts I have listened to thus far, Life in the Peloton is by far the most engaging and interesting. Bring on the episodes, Mitch!
