I have been a long time listener of this show and although this podcast is hosted by and geared for my browner friends, as a YT woman I have learned so much and am incredibly grateful to have found this show hundreds and hundreds of episodes ago. I like the wide variety of topics discussed about personal finance, career goals, and advice and interviews with knowledgeable guests and entrepreneurs. Mandi’s career advice is a great resource. She has inspired me to get my resume and LinkedIn profile up to date and I know I will feel more confident going forward with the help that she has shared. Although Tiffany is leaving the show, I have been incredibly touched to see her progression over the years as a wife and a bonus mom and in her role as “rich auntie“. I have shared her book with many to learn about financial basics. I would like to think that if I was in her same financial situation, I would respond the same way, but to be truthful I don’t know if I would have before listening to the show. I am manifesting that someday I will be wealthier and when I get to that point, I will absolutely keep Tiffany’s approach in mind. She is an excellent example of how to live life to its fullest all while finding a good balance between setting healthy boundaries with money and showing up for the people in my circle. Keep up the good work! Forever a fan!!!

Who knew we needed an interview with Matthew Knowles. It was great to hear him confirm what you said about the election results but to go further to say that he’s seen it several times before and “this too shall pass.”

Mandi and Tiffany, I absolutely love y’all!!! I have been listening to BA for about 2 years and love all the education, laughs, community, encouragement and love that you ladies bring to the table. I just finished listening to Mandi’s last episode and I just want to say that you my dear have put into words all of my feelings. I am grateful that this is a safe space not only for you but for all of us and that you are able to articulate our sentiments! This podcast is so real and helpful! The highlight of the week. I wish I had of found them years ago, love Mandi and Tiffany! Now Tiffany is leaving, I hate to see her go. Love the concept of this podcast and really want to support it, but it's hard when you come in to hear an interview and Tiffany spent the entire podcast talking about herself and not asking questions or tying it back to what the interviewee said

By far my favorite podcast. I love being able to navigate my 20s with the great advice and overall positivity these ladies disperse weekly! I was able to switch jobs and negotiate a salary $20k more than what I was making while staying in the same field. Being able to do that as a 23 year old Black girl in the legal profession was a huge boost to my confidence. I don’t think I would have been able to do that without the guidance I’ve received simply by listening to this podcast. Thanks for being my role models♥️

Really enjoy this podcast and they cover so many important topics comprehensively with witty humor. My only gripe is I always have to fast forward like 30 min before the podcasters actually get to the meat of the topic. Other than that, love the podcast

I absolutely LOVE the Brown Ambition podcast. Yall feel like the sisters/cousins I always needed who are money savvy! The vibe is very educational while still being relaxed and fun. I’ve listened to this podcast over the years and it’s been so enjoyable hearing women who are further in life than me share their experiences, ups downs, perspectives and wins over challenges. This podcast is a breadth of fresh air week by week even the non finance related parts. It all just works, definitely listen if you are trying to achieve anything in life while remaining integral and balanced especially as a women. I absolutely love this podcast! Like every single episode even the guest ones (I typically hate guest episodes for pods). I always get something out of the content even if it just motivates me to open my laptop and take a look at some jobs on LinkedIn or look at my noodle budget (I read Tiffany’s GGWM book in 2 days 😭); I feel like I’m listening to women who just really want to be a voice in the black girl finance/business world.
