chrisperryrealtorMore episodes!!!Finally, a good podcast with real people. I’ve enjoyed the podcast so far. I hope you continue. I’ve travelled to country playing pool, staking good players, playing poker tournaments and more. It’s awesome that you focus on gambling and have different guests from different gambling back grounds. I look forward to future episodes. Update: I wish you released more episodes, more often. There isn’t enough good gambling podcasts to enjoy.

Ravi O' LiFreakonomics on steroidsMaybe if the music was not so bad the conversations would not be so boring. I listened to the backgammon story and i realized as a radio listener I prefer interviews to catnip
-
valleyrobsHorrible- bad interviewing skills -not a real gambler. He’s the guys who’s at the table always watching. After he lost his $40 dollars. -reads basic info/news from other podcast - just a waste of time. P.S. when you site facts from different places/studies please note where you got it from .

5mem5Season 2 is very mehSeason 1 was much better story telling and more interesting story lines. Season 2 didn’t hit the mark in my opinion.
-
drainplugofideasGreat story telling, compelling subjectThere’s something truly alluring about the topic and the host does a great job presenting the stories. I love that he travels to the locations to create the story which helps with the drama. One of my favorite podcasts this year.
-
daveynateTechnical NitpickingWould be excellent, but for whatever reason they don’t mic their subjects well for sit-down interviews. Really great stories are lost to budget-saving audio, which for a podcast is…not ideal.
-
Fat_Al_NYCSo good.Just catching up on the episodes. Really excellent. I hope there will be more!

bigE7292In your bloodGreat podcast for people who love to put money in play you know the people if you know if you’re the one or not it’s in your blood. Gambling is a way of life grandmothers and kids do it every day and don’t even realize it. This pod brings to light the best of the best!

Randall EdgarNot insightfulI was excited about this podcast, but it turned out to be a real letdown unfortunately. We learned literally nothing about the strategies employed by these people - the hole carders, horse bettors, gin and poker players - and instead the entire 50-60 minutes were interviews and stories about the people. Which may have been ok, but the people are pretty boring. The most recent episode is about a poker player and the big climax is him playing a 4-month online Omaha game against some random Dutch guy which was so boring I had to just turn it off. Could have been a great podcast series, but really missed the mark.
